That order was passed in peculiar facts and circumstances, there was threat perception correct ...

Kaul: This court has said complaints arising out of the same offence will be clubbed. One FIR will be the source.

SG: In Arnab Goswami matter, this is taken from that order. Intention is that lordships protected ...

SG: an individual from 5 complaints.

Justice Shah: Please see that order, i was party to it. Only 1 case was set aside.

SG: Then only thing to consider is your lordships giving protection...

Justice Shah: Have to consider, correct, if there is big fraud then each depositor..
