1. It appears that the crop fires have for the most part dissipated in the #Ukraine battlespace so the FIRMS data is more likely war related. It appears that #Belgorod #Russia has had some events in what appear to be two industrial areas.
2. These are fairly recent. 3 to 12 hours old. The one the left looks like could possibly be some kind of industrial plant evidence by the tall smoke stacks. Could be power generation.
3. The fires on the right of the above FIRMS map are likely another industrial site. Those large pipes that seem to go undergrounds could be water, oil or gas.
4. Here's evidence of continued widespread Russian attacks on #Zaporizhia.
5. And more attacks on #Kryvyi Rih.
6. There are certainly other areas of action but these are the ones with large FIRMS fires detected.

1. With so many factual & legal errors in Judge Cannon's orders the DOJ did not rush to file, perhaps preferring to take the time create a brief that is legally and factually rock solid. My guess is they may wait for Monday to have the emergency request heard by a regular wheel

Venue question for former federal prosecutors. Assuming that @GregAbbott_TX and @GovRonDeSantis conspired to prevent the refugees from appearing at their immigration hearings that is a violation of 18 USC 1512(b)(2)(D) could venue be set in the district of Massachusetts?
2. We need to start putting together the evidence. Do we have photos of the kidnappings? Did the perpetrators have visible fire arms? Anyone in law enforcement uniform? We need the names of everyone who was involved including the owners and operators of the plane and the crews.
3. Where did the planning of the kidnappings occur? Who was in the room when any discussion of blocking them from appearing in federal immigration court was discussed? Names of any attorneys who were involved. These crimes are RICO predicate and even if the USA drops the ball

1. Recent FIRMS fires recorded in the past 24 hours show ongoing action in #Kupiansk on both sides of the river. The fires on the west side appear to be located in an industrial area.

This is one of three recent active FIRMS locations targeting transportation sites.
2. This is NW of Makivka that appears to be a chemical factory.
3. Makivka's rail yard appears to have been targeted.

1. The Mesa County data breach case appears to be moving rapidly. Doug Frank who was identified in the Mike Lindell search warrant was met by FBI agents when he arrived on a plane who seized his phone.
2. Lindell's search warrant Attachment B "Items to be Seized" describes Frank along with others as Subjects but appears to included them with "other co-conspirators." From the warrant it appears that they used a false identity perhaps a stolen password to
2. access the system that the warrant describes as a protected computer under 18 USC 1030. They appear to be suspected of trying to inject some hack or otherwise manipulate the computer BIOS that could indicate they were trying to change the election data.

1. If I had to guess what Russian force might be ready to surrender in the Kherson battle space I would pick the northern force. They are likely to be complexly cut off from both supply and retreat as this map shows. Green circles are where roads are threatened. Image
2. In the west the Ukraine forces are about to take control of the road and the east road has bridges that can be taken out by HIMARS. I would expect that the Russian northern force is fairly well-beaten having not had adequate supply for weeks.
