Traders biggest dilemma is when to book profit

Here is simple solution which I m using from many years.

This not based on any indicators .

( Based on pure price action & days low)

I am swing breakout trader so I will tell you this thread 🧵 how I book profit

1⃣ #bgrenergy I took trade after 52 week high broken and find little consolidation near major resistance zone.

In same day up 20% then next day 10%

In 3rd day when it broken previous days low I exited half . (Another half after 20% move again low broken )

2⃣ #precisionwire

Gap Up opning near resistance zone .

Entered & after 4 days low broken exited at 16% profit

Top 10 price action (secrets) lessons which I learned after 6 years of experiences.

1⃣ - When market recover the strongest stocks recover very fast & will ready for new high

Ex -#gael

after correction of #nifty , it fell then again recovered very fast & furious way

2⃣ - If stock never come to retest it's weekly & monthly breakout zone then the chances of it's 2x is much more.

Ex - #datamatic after BO 5 year never retest BO zone & consolidating near high.

Chances of it's 2x is much more 🌠

3️⃣ If stock is giving BO of all time high or more then 1 year range with high volume then it can give 20/30% return in few weeks.

Ex -#mawana sugar after given 1 year BO of all time high given 22% return in 4 days

My swing cash strategy ☢️
(In simple language)

1⃣ #stock selection process - always choose that stock which are consolidating near all time high

(Because whenever stock will give all time high breakout then it will easily give 20/30% return in 1/2 months

2⃣Volume analysis - In that consolidating period volume should be high of up move days then down move days. And last 3/4 month volume of accumulation is must higher then previous days.

Volume analysis indepth -

3️⃣ fund diversification - always deploy your capital in 3/4 stocks, not more then that or not less then 3.

And, your 3/4 stocks must be from different strong sectors.
