SLAMM (Shared Liquidity Automated Market Maker) - a new decentralized exchange concept created by @Delphi_Digital. This model assumes the existence of multiple fragmented liquidity pools (on different blockchains) that share liquidity among themselves as needed.

In order for this to work, there must be a hub (e.g. as a separate blockchain on @cosmos or smartcontract on an existing blockchain) that manages the pools on the other blockchains and shifts liquidity as needed.
