Tomorrow I start HBOT in an attempt to get some relief from the debilitating #longcovid symptoms I’ve been experiencing since being infected with #COVID19 in December 2021. This 🧵 will journal my experience 1/n
There are no treatments for #longcovid. Let that sink in. A debilitating illness (similar to #MECFS) that can affect anyone after a #COVID19 infection, with no cure.Therefore those of us suffering with it are on our own as we desperately search for ways to get our health back 2/n
To quantify progress I will:

1) Record my step count

2) Track hours asleep

3) Record heart rate variability during an active stand test at the same time 2x/day

4) Post max bench press and squat load 1x per week (kidding, I can barely get out of the house right now)
