I didn't realize this. John Durham personally took over the Danchenko trial. What a personal and professional humiliation. #ETTD
I remember thinking the Danchenko indictment was a piece of crap from the start. It's pretty stunning that "top prosecutor" John Durham would think he could pull off a conviction on such thin and distorted facts.
Fox news and its propagandists also share in the humiliation, for their endless breathless hyping of the Durham probe, truly a witch hunt.

There's nothing like raising expectations and then disappointing bigly to make the pain greater.
MAGA Republicans should feel humiliated too. They tried to get Durham to expand his probe to "leaks," to intimidate the FBI and news media, it seems. Mark Meadows & Jim Jordan wrote Durham a letter about "unauthorized disclosures." republicans-oversight.house.gov/wp-content/upl…
And I'd be remiss if I didn't give a special humiliation shoutout to @CBSNews, whose @Foxnews transplant breathlessly hyped the Durham probe. As if her thick red marker could somehow reframe a thin indictment.

I'm sorry, I don't get ANY argument for electing Republicans. Of course Americans are worried about inflation. But Republicans are the LAST ones to fix it. Time & again they burn down the economy & Dems revive it. Biden's doing that.

Be mad, but don't vote for the arsonists ffs.
THIS is the incontrovertible proof that Republicans won't fix inflation. They vote over & over against lowering prices. And against other policies most Americans are dying for (literally!).

America needs serious lawmakers who help Americans, not their own profiles on Foxnews.
When you add the threat to democracy, there's no way Republicans deserve votes. It's not just a handful of quacks. GOP leaders have declared war on democracy. That's what denying elections means! Their years-long information war burst into violence on Jan6. God knows what's next.

DOJ's key cooperating witness is a Trump employee. Seems he initially protected Trump, but in re-interviews spilled his guts: "[H]is story changed dramatically… described moving boxes at Trump’s request… The witness is now considered a key part of the Mar-a-Lago investigation."
Quite the understatement: Authorities are "concerned that if or when the witness’s identity eventually becomes public, that person could face harassment or threats from Trump supporters."

Trump & MAGA will eat him alive, even though the poor jerk lied to DOJ for Trump initially.
