The bell rang indicating class was over and Bakugo Katsuki already had his things packed. He threw his bag over his shoulder and walked past the empty desk in front of him. He rushed past the missing posters in the hallway.
He ignored the face of his childhood friend that played on every news station as he got on the train. He put his headphones on so he couldn't hear the whispers and the gossip of people who swore they saw him. He ignored his mother's text scolding him for staying out late. Again.
He got off the train and stepped on several more missing posters that were littered on the floor. Looks like they spread their search area. A missing omega was a big deal after all. Their chances of being trafficked, or kidnapped or murdered were high.
Katsuki kept walking till he got to it. The loft. The loft was supposed to be theirs when they officially mated and married after high school. A stupid contract between their parents. One Katsuki hated and resented Izuku for.
He figured out his anger was misplaced after their first year at UA. Him and Izuku had been through a lot together, and Katsuki finally made peace with their fate. But Izuku had already talked to his mother and as a gift to him, convinced her to dissolved the contract.
Izuku was always looking out for his needs and desires and in return, Katsuki made sure to look out for his safety and happiness. Even if they were no longer betrothed, it didn't change how close they were. If anything, they were closer now more than ever.
So how the fuck did Katsuki miss this?! He entered the loft building from the back elevator and pushed the button to the highest floor. Despite their contract being dissolved, his parents never sold the loft. The keys were still in the same place, ready for their wedding day.
When he got to the loft, he jangled with the keys and took a deep breath, before unlocking the door.

"Izuku, I'm home." He announced to no response. Katsuki sighed deeply as he kicked his shoes off and threw his bag down. He filled a glass with water and stomped up the stairs.
He opened the door to the bedroom and sulked at the sight.

No luck. The omega still hadn't woken up.

It had been a week since Halloween Night. Exactly 6 days, 18 hours and 30 minutes since Midoriya Izuku went into drop.
Katsuki put the glass of water by his bedside table, he adjusted his pillows so he could be more comfortable, scented his neck and wrist, and replaced his clothing. He cleaned and changed the IV's and catheter so the omega could still have his nutrients.
He got a damp cloth and wiped the sweat off his brow and then he took the scarf off around his neck and placed it in a comfortable spot near Izuku's pillow. After, he took out his phone and started reading him the news.

"They released a new iPhone today."
He stroked his hair gently.

"It's the same goddamn phone only bigger." Katsuki snorted. He scrolled on his phone and saw more and more news stories and theories about what happened to Midoriya Izuku. The mystery became an internet sensation.
"This one guy think you jumped off a bridge...he doesn't know what he's talking about. You wouldn't do that!" The alpha snapped. "Right?" He whispered. Izuku was a happy, strong willed person. But the way Katsuki found him... He never wanted to see him like that again.
He didn't know what made Izuku drop. Katsuki was at a Halloween party at Todoroki's house that night. Big parties were never his thing but the idiot brigade dragged him out. He never thought he would actually drink, but he did have a few beers, and shots, and a cocktail or two..
Okay, he got fucking wasted. Whatever, it was his last year of high school, he could have a little fun. Izuku though? Izuku never went to parties. His mom was ultra paranoid about them and never allowed him to and even though she relaxed a bit since she got her new boyfriend,
Izuku still didn’t like to make her worry. He was a total mama’s boy who wanted to make her life easier any way he could.

Which was why Katsuki was shocked to see him there! The party had all but ended and the alpha realized he forgot his cell phone so we went back inside.
He stumbled into the messy kitchen and tried to look for it when he smelled the distinct scent of an omega in distress. It was strong. Katsuki followed his nose to the stairwell and that's when he saw him. Izuku wearing only a loose t shirt hugging himself and shaking violently.
"D-Deku?!" Katsuki called to him as he tried to stumble down the stairs, counting them as he slowly took each step.

"Ka-" Izuku looked up and met his eyes and he looked awful. He had a black eye, finger prints around his neck, scabs on his elbows and knees,
bruises and bite marks, and finally there was blood running down his leg.

"Izuku, what the hell happened to you?!"

"I....I.." The omega began to hyperventilate before his body finally succumbed to his distress and he passed out. Katsuki barely managed to run and catch him.
"WHAT THE HELL?! WHO DID THIS TO YOU?! IZUKU! IZUKU!" Katsuki laid him gently on the stairwell and wrapped him in his coat. Then he ran upstairs to search for the asshole who did this. But the entire house was empty.
Afterwards, Katsuki rushed him to the nearest hospital. It was a busy night since it was Halloween and the doctors all gave him dirty looks as he lied and said he was his mate and they both were definitely adults and of age to drink alcohol.
He gave them both fake names and the doctors were so swamped, they didn't question it. After the nurses and doctors did their inspection, they told Katsuki everything since they were "mated". His condition was horrifying.

He had an exorbitant amount of alcohol in his system.
They also found drugs that are typically used to sedate omegas in a feral state. Other than obvious injuries, he had a fractured arm, and a concussion. They believe he fell from a high place. And lastly, they discovered he had been sexually assaulted.
Upon that discovery, the doctor said he had to turn the case over to the police since they didn't really believe that Izuku was any older than 17. It was clear by the way they treated Katsuki, that they didn't really believe his bullshit from the start.
When they stepped away to make the call, Katsuki realized a few things that would make getting the police involved a god awful idea. The most pressing thing being that Katsuki found Izuku in the police cheif, Todoroki Enji's house!
Izuku was really close with Shoto and his family. He actually was currently doing an internship with his father which made Katsuki's mind race. What if the person who hurt Izuku wasn't any of his classmates at the party?
Katsuki was with Shoto the whole night, well most of the night until he ditched his own party to bang Yaoyourozu at a nearby park. Point was, it wasn't Shoto! But it could have been anyone else, and he didn't trust the police at all!
Katsuki realized he had to take matters into his own hands, and his drunk mind probably played a huge part in his rash decision to grab Izuku and bust out of the hospital through the window. He brought him to the only place he knew was 100 percent safe. Where no one would look.
The fact that it had been a week and the hospital staff never reported seeing Izuku who was all over the news reaffirmed to Katsuki he made the right decision. Todoroki Enji must have shut them up.

Katsuki spent the week trying to figure out everything Izuku did that day.
He remembered the nerd being in good spirits.

"Happy Halloween, Kacchan!" He had greeted him brightly. His mom made him a special bento where his onigiri were shaped like ghosts. He made stupid spooky puns all day. He had even tried and failed to scare Katsuki after class.
The Izuku that morning and the Izuku that night were two different people.

Katsuki had talked to all of his friends to see what they remembered about him. A few had seen him at the party.

"I did see Deku-kun at the party! He looked rough!"
From Ochaco, Katsuki learned Izuku entered the house with the black eye and the scrapes. But she remembered him being one hundred percent sober. She only saw him for a little bit because she was too distracted by her delinquent girlfriend who insisted on flirting with EVERYONE.
A few of their other classmates also saw him at the party. According to them, he was there because he was looking for Katsuki...

Katsuki confirmed this when he looked through Deku's phone after figuring out the password. He was the only person Izuku texted that night.
11:05 PM
🐇
'Are you still at the party?'

🐇
'Do you think I can stay at your place tonight?'

🐇
'Sorry, you're probably having fun? I don't really have anywhere to go...'

11:35 PM
🐇
'I'm gonna stop by Todoroki's..I hope you're there.'
Katsuki didn't get those texts until it was too late. Knowing he was only there to look for him made him feel guilty to no end. And..it made the other reports from kids who were at the party more confusing. Because at some point, Izuku stopped looking and he started drinking.
"I didn't know omegas could drink that much!"

"Who knew Midoriya was such a party animal?"

"He totally hogged the punch bowl!"

Someone at that party had to have spiked his drink and made whatever rough night he had infinitely worse, but not one was coming forward with who!
He had to hide him until he could find out who that is, and make sure they pay for what they did!

Katsuki stared at Izuku and sighed as he stroked his cheek with his thumb.

"I'm gonna find who did this to you, Izuku... I'm gonna make it safe for you so...so wake up, okay?"
Katsuki read him the notes he took that day in class, caught him up on mindless gossip and read to him the spoilers for the next All Might comic book that he found on Twitter. Then he went to their kitchen, sliced an apple for him and put it by his bedside.

"Seeya tomorrow.."
He kissed his forehead, made sure all the lights were turned off and then closed and locked all the doors.

Twenty minutes after Katsuki left, Izuku fluttered his eyes open and sighed.

"Yeah...seeya..."
TBC 🎭
Izuku had awoken from his drop a few days ago… or he guessed a few Kacchan visits ago. He hadn’t had the strength to get up at all. He still wasn’t fully recovered from what happened. He didn’t really know where he was, all he knew was he felt safe there.
He was surrounded by comforting fabrics and scents, and the whole place smelled like Kacchan. Izuku should have told him he was conscious, and that was awake for a few of his visits and he was grateful for them. He should tell Kacchan what happened so he stops wasting his time.
But he didn’t know how. He didn’t know how to tell him about the worst night of his life. He didn’t know how to tell him how stupid he was. He didn’t know how to tell him how he ended up in that situation in the first place. All he knew was that he didn’t want to leave the room.
He didn’t want this comforting safe place to end. He didn’t want his visits to end. He didn’t want to go back to school, especially now that he was a news sensation. The last thing he wanted or needed was a million people asking him what happened that night.
Izuku didn’t want to get out of bed, he didn’t want to move, he didn’t want to exist. Everything hurt still. Everything outside of that room was too difficult to face. And Kacchan… Talking to Kacchan would also hurt too much. He didn’t want to confirm what he already knew.
But still…he was thirsty. Izuku removed his IV’s and guzzled the water Kacchan left for him. He then tip toed to the bathroom and refilled the cup so the alpha couldn’t see he had woken up. He left the apple slices since that would be too difficult to replace.
He crawled back in the bed and noticed the scarf Kacchan left for him. Izuku greedily grabbed it and inhaled the scent like it was his first breath of oxygen after drowning. He felt immensely better. Kacchan always had a way of making him feel safe.
Tears flowed as he couldn’t help but feel his heart break all over again. Kacchan was kind, and he cared a lot about him. But he didn’t love him, he would never love him. This was only temporary until Izuku got better. Then they would graduate and they wouldn’t marry.
They wouldn’t mate or stay together forever like Izuku hoped. He knew growing up that Kacchan hated the contract they were forced into but he himself never had a problem with it. Kacchan was amazing, he would blessed to have an alpha who was half the man he was.
But Kacchan would always resent him if he was forced to be with him. Izuku wanted him to love him too. He wanted him to choose him. But more importantly, he wanted him to be happy. So, he begged his mom to release him from the contract.
She told him all the reasons she couldn’t. They were only able to live as well as they were because of it. But Izuku didn’t care. It didn’t make Kacchan happy so he did something he would come to regret later. It was an empty threat, but his mom took it seriously.
"If you don't release him from the contract, I'll release him the only way I can!" The omega threatened while holding a knife to his throat. It was a desperate move, but it worked. His mom pulled him out of the contract, and their lives went downhill from there.
Without the Bakugo's financial support, they had to downsize to an apartment his mother could barely afford with her rent alone. Izuku felt guilty because he knew she missed the finer luxuries they used to live with but he really didn't mind the smaller living space.
He was content not being able to afford as much and even took up a part time job to help, but then one day she came home extremely happy. She told him he could quit his job, that now they had help. She was dating a nice man who would make their lives much easier.
His name was Chisaki Kai and Izuku liked him at first. He appeared to adore his mom, but now…

Izuku choked back a sob as he ran back the bathroom and threw up. He failed her too… He should go back home, he should help her, but how could he when she didn’t want his help?
Izuku flushed the toilet, rinsed his mount out and did his best to clean up everything so he didn’t leave any evidence that he had left his bed. He crawled back in, reconnected his IV’s and tried his best to go back to sleep… He was better off hidden from the world anyway…

Katsuki went to class in the morning and did his best to ignore the gossip. But today, people were especially loud.

“Bakugo-kun, did you see?” Uraraka approached him.

“See what?” Katsuki rolled his eyes.

“Deku-kun’s Mom was admitted to the hospital this morning.”
Katsuki didn’t know what to make of that.

“Did they say why?” He questioned.

“Probably because of the stress. With her son gone and everything.” Yaoyourozu guessed.

“That’s what everyone thinks but one of those YouTube guys said they have inside information.”
“What kind of information?” Shoto questioned.

“They said she had bruises or something!”

“Can you guys stop blabbing about shit you don’t know?!” Katsuki snapped. “This isn’t a fucking tv show! It’s real life! Izuku is a real person! If you don’t know for yourself then can it!”
“He’s our friend too, Bakugo! You’re not the only one whose worried!” Shoto yelled. “He was last seen at MY house! I need to know what happened to him just as much as you do!”

“Did you know he was there?” Katsuki whispered. “Before he went missing, did you see him?”
“Did you?” Shoto whispered back.

“I did.” Kirishima spoke up from the other side of the room. He looked pissed.

“Huh?” Both guys turned to him.

“I said I saw him there! And if anyone finds him, I hope to God, it’s NOT you two!” Eijiro growled under his breath.
Katsuki stood up and marched over to him.

“What the fuck did you just say?!”

“I said I hope you don’t find him! Why do you think he was drinking so much, huh?! What do you think he possibly saw at that party to upset him so much?” Ei grabbed Katsuki’s shirt.
“Do you know what happened to him that night?!” Katsuki barked. “Did you do something to him?!”

“The only ones who hurt him that night as far as I know are his ex fiancé and his supposed BEST FRIEND!”

“Everyone, sit down!” Aizawa, their teacher marched in the class.
Katsuki stewed as class dragged on and he tried to figure out what the hell Kirishima was talking about! He was drunk as fuck. He did a lot of stupid things that night, but nothing that would hurt Deku…right? He tried to rack his brain.

‘What do you think he SAW…’

Oh.
Oh FUCK
Halfway through class, he glared daggers Ashido’s way and she looked at him with the utmost confusion. She spent the rest of the day avoiding him because even though she had no clue what she did wrong, she knew whatever it was meant she was on Katsuki’s shit list.
Shoto seemed to figure it out right away because he spent the whole day feeling like human garbage. And he had ALREADY felt like that since Izuku was last seen at his home. Now he felt like human garbage mixed with dog shit. Katsuki almost felt like telling him Izuku was safe.
That way at least some part of his guilt could be relieved. But there was still a part of him that wasn’t 100 percent sure that Shoto had nothing to do with what happened to him. Katsuki couldn’t wait until the day was over. He had something to clear up with Izuku!
When the last bell of the day chimed, Katsuki stood up and was about to rush out of class when Ochaco grabbed his hand.

“Bakugo-kun! Wait!”

“What?!” Katsuki snapped at her.

“Do you think he’s alive?” She looked down sadly, tears pooling in her eyes. “I just feel so bad…”
“I saw him that night…I saw he was hurt and…and then I lost him. And then this morning, I heard about what happened to his mom… you know he was scared of her boyfriend, right?”

“Huh?” Katsuki blinked.

“Her b-boyfriend? Did Deku-kun not tell you about him?”
"I know she got a new guys, what's this about him being scared of him?!" Katsuki shouted. The only thing Izuku had ever said about him was that he was young and he made his mom happy. Katsuki used to tease him about his mom being a cradle robber, but that's all he knew!
"I guess it is just like him not to want to worry you..." Ochaco grumbled. "He only ever told me when I caught him throwing up blood one day between class. He said...he said the guy punched him in the stomach, but it was the only time he ever did so to not freak out!"
“What the fuck?” Katsuki knew there was something fishy going on at home. The text telling him he had nowhere to go that night told him so. He decided he should take this chance to find out what the fuck was going on. He went straight to the hospital and asked to see Inko.

Todoroki Shoto wandered aimlessly after school. It was just a game. Midoriya saw him… but it was just a stupid game. It didn’t mean anything. Still, he shouldn’t have played along. He regretted at this point ever even throwing that party.
It was something he thought to do since his father was out of town. He thought it would make his friends happy. But thinking back, he only made those friends since Midoriya got him to open up in the first place. And now he betrayed him, AND he lost him.
He hoped he was okay. Every online theory about what happened to him just made him feel worse and worse.

Kidnapping
Alien abduction
Suicide
Bullying
Demonic Cult

All of it was too much to think about happening to his closest friend. Someone he cherished.
Then there was the theories that he did something to him, or his father did something to him. Shoto wouldn’t be able to handle it if any of his family had something to do with his disappearance. His father had changed and actually was fond of Midoriya…he wouldn’t hurt him.
At least Shoto thought he wouldn’t, but every time he heard him discussing the case on the phone, he had a guilty expression his face. One Shoto couldn’t shake off. He paused by the lake he was walking by and looking at his reflection…he needed to talk to his father.
Shoto ran to the police station but the detectives there informed him his father had gone home early that day. That was strange…

Shoto burst into his house and kicked off his shoes when he saw a familiar pair of black boots.

What the hell was Touya doing at home?
He heard raised voices between his eldest brother and his father and ran to upstairs, pressing his ear to the door.

“Don’t play dumb with me!” His father shouted. “Where were you Halloween Night?!”

“Wouldn’t you like to know?!”

“TOUYA! If you did something to that boy!!!”
“Why are so obsessed with some little omega, huh?! He your new pet? Shoto didn’t work out so you took some poor fatherless kid under your wing to make you proud?” Touya teased. “And yet, here you are…covering what you think are MY tracks. Nice to know you still care, DAD.”
Shoto heard a small scuffle before his father spoke once more.

"Where is he?!"

"Hell if I know." Touya laughed. "But I can say this..even if he does turn up alive, he's never stepping foot in your office again."

"WHAT DID YOU DO?!"

"Father!" Shoto burst in the door.
"Sh..Shoto." Todoroki Enji retracted his fist which he had aimed at his eldest son's face.

"Caught red handed, huh? See, Shoto? Our old man hasn't changed one bit." Touya smirked.

"What...did you do to Midoriya?" Shoto questioned, horrified.
"What did I do?" Touya walked over to him and put his hand on his shoulder before whispering in his ear. "Offered him some comfort after YOU broke his heart. He didn't know me that well so honestly? He'll get over what I did..but YOU? That's some fucked up shit, little bro."
"WHERE IS HE?! TELL ME!" Shoto shoved him back with tears in his eyes.

"Not a clue, but how about I look for him, huh? Let's see who finds his body first!"

Shoto had enough as he punched Touya himself and ran to his room and slammed the door.
The door slam caused a photo frame to fall and break off his desk. He grabbed it shakily. It was a picture of him, Bakugo and Midoriya visiting a theme park. He remembered that day...

"You love him, right?" He had asked Izuku while Katsuki was trying to win some prize for him.
"Is it really that obvious?" The omega had blushed.

"Yeah... you should tell him how you feel before you terminate that contract. He might feel the same way!" Shoto encouraged him.

"If he does feel the same way..." Izuku said shakily. "Then I don't want us bound by a contract."
"I want him to be with me because HE wants to. If it's meant to be...then it will happen, you know?" He smiled sadly.

"Then it's going to happen." Shoto put his hand on his shoulder. "Because everyone can see it, you two are meant to be together."
"I..I hope you're right." Izuku giggled nervously. "But it's too much for me to wish for right now. It hurts, you know? It hurts to breathe if I think about it not working out."

"DIE STUPID FISH BOWLS! THAT ALL MIGHT PLUSH IS MINE!"

"I don't think you have to worry about that."
Shoto pointed at Katsuki shoving more money to the nervous staff member at the game booth.

Izuku looked at the determined alpha with stars in his eyes and giggled. "Thanks... you're a good friend, Todoroki-kun."

Tears fell on the picture frame. He hated himself. He was an idiot

"Let me see her, damnit!" Katsuki snapped at the hospital receptionist.

"Calm down! She is not allowed visitors at the moment! Especially from you over excitable children!" The receptionist scolded as she pointed to the youtubers and podcasters also waiting in the lobby
"GET LOST LOSERS! GET A REAL JOB!" Katsuki snapped. "And YOU let me see her or-"

"Or what?" The security guard folded his arms behind him.

Katsuki turned and glared at him...and then he had an idea.

"Or you'll have to escort me out of the hospital yourself!"
The security guard took him up on his threat and as soon as they passed by an open utility closet, Katsuki tackled him inside it and knocked him unconscious before stealing his uniform. He also took his clip board which happened to have the patients names and room numbers.
Katsuki found her room number and walked in to find her looking outside the window sadly. It was clear she had no visitors as there wasn't even a flower or sliced fruit for her.

"Auntie?" Katsuki whispered.

"K-Katsuki-kun?" Midoriya Inko whipped her head around.
She had a red handprint on her cheek, and faded bruises on her arms.

“What happened to you?” Katsuki questioned.

“Oh…you know…I lost my son and the stress…” She began to tear up. “I don’t deserve to stress over him. It’s my fault he’s gone.”
“Auntie..” Katsuki closed the door behind him. “What happened that night?”

“You’ll think I’m a bad mother when I tell you…and as much as I’d love to blame your family-”

“What’s my family have to do with this?!”

“I-it’s not their fault. Please forget I said anything…”
“No, tell me! Did they do something because you went back on the contract?!” Katsuki interrogated. He told his parents not to retaliate in any way.

“How much do you know about the contract?” Inko questioned him.

“I don’t know. Something debt between our families.”
“Yes… the Bakugo family and the Midoriya family have a long history. Any time a Midoriya heir presents as an omega, they are owed to the Bakugo family. Either as a servant or if the Bakugo family has an alpha heir, a bride.”
“Izuku’s father, however, passed away. Despite being a wealthy family, the Midoriya family refused to support us since Izuku presented omega and was owed to your family. Your mother and father made sure we were taken care of but since I went back on the contract, that stopped.”
“I tried to do my best for Izuku.” Inko cried. “I tried to make him happy. He had no idea how close we were to being homeless. I could only afford so much. And then I met Chisaki and I thought everything would be okay. He was kind and he was wealthy.”
“I didn’t ask where the money came from. I had a feeling it was dirty. I had a feeling it came from blood, even. But I didn’t ask questions and I begged Izuku not to. But then Chisaki started doing business from our home.”
“I should have left him the first time he hit Izuku.” Inko began to sob. “I’m such a terrible mother. I was shocked. I didn’t know what to do. He meant to strike me and Izuku got in the way. And it only got worse from there!”
“I didn’t know else I was going to get the money to survive…and then that night…that night Izuku had enough. He tried to get him away from me…I told him I was fine, he was only raising his voice, he wasn’t going to hurt me but Izuku he…he tried to fight him and Chisaki…”
Inko held herself and began shaking at the memory. “He threw him from our second floor apartment onto the street. My poor Izuku called for me, he begged me to run away with him but…but I couldn’t. Chisaki was our only way to live! I’m so awful! I let him get hurt and-”
“Now he’s gone! Now my poor baby is gone and likely dead!” As she said that last word, her heart rate spiked and the machine beeped machine alerted the nurses. Katsuki couldn’t stay to give her any comfort. He had to get to Izuku now.
He had so many things on his mind as he made his way to the loft. Why didn’t Izuku tell him negating the contract would mean they would struggle that much?! Why didn’t he at least tell him about his new step dad from hell! And then there was what he saw at the party…

GODDAMN IT
And despite knowing what he knows now, he it didn’t answer who dared to touch him when he was obviously in a horrible place. Who forced themselves on a distressed drunk omega?! Katsuki needed answers. He unlocked the loft and tried to calm himself down.
He couldn’t go in there guns blazing. He had to be as calm as he possibly could. He grabbed a glass, filled it with water and walked up stairs. He knew what he needed to do, he just hoped it was the right choice.

Katsuki opened the bedroom door slowly to see Izuku ‘asleep’.
He walked over, replaced the water and sat next to him. Then he grabbed his hand gently and scented his wrist.

“Hey…Izuku.” Katsuki whispered. “I know you woke up, ya know. You can’t fool me.”

Izuku’s eyes snapped open in shock before turning to face him.
“It’s okay.” Katsuki smiled gently. “I’m not mad. You can stay here as long as you need. I just…” He sighed. “I just need to know what happened.”

Water filled the omegas eyes as he began to sob. “I…I’m sorry…”
TBC 🚰
Katsuki let Izuku cry for as long as he needed. He had clearly been through a lot, and had been going through a lot without telling him. At some point, he removed all his IV’s, changed his clothes, and started a bath for him.
He may have been out of drop but he was hanging on by a thread. Katsuki washed his hair and helped clean him up but Izuku was still not speaking to him. Only able to sniffle and nod. At least he wasn’t pretending anymore. He figured it out by the water.
Katsuki would always fill him a glass then return and replace the full one that he had filled the previous day. One day, he had a hunch, a feeling, that Izuku had woken up. So he took a sip of the water from the day before, and sure enough, the cup tasted like Izuku.
They had grown up together and shared various sodas and milk and juice boxes so Katsuki would know that taste anywhere. He let him keep pretending be asleep because he didn’t want to push him. He wanted him to be comfortable enough to tell him on his own.
But he needed answers, and he needed to clear things up with him. After the bath, Katsuki tucked Izuku into the bed and sat next to him.

“Mind if I join you tonight? Sleepover like when we were kids?” Katsuki whispered.

Izuku looked at him nervously before nodding.
Katsuki laid next to him and put his arm around his waist. He cradled him again his chest and Izuku melted at the contact. It was nice. He wished he could thank him, but he didn’t know how to tell him the answers he wanted.

“Izuku…” Katsuki said steadily.
“What you saw at that party…it was just a stupid game. A dare. Girls vs boys and the girls almost won and I couldn’t have that. I hated every second of what you saw but damnit I wanted to win.” Katsuki explained causing Izuku to slowly look up at him.
“I understand if you’re mad at me but listen!” Katsuki grabbed his hand and squeezed it tightly. “I spent my whole life resenting you for something that wasn’t your fault. What I thought was a curse from our families was actually a fucking gift!”
“This place. This loft…it was supposed to be ours after we graduated and got married. I know you did your best to stop it from happening for my sake but… I still want this with you.” Katsuki stroked his cheek. “I still want…life with you.”

“Kacchan…” Izuku croaked.
Tears fell down his cheeks and Katsuki wiped each one away.

“You won’t want me…not after-”

“The hospital told me what happened to you that night… it’s not your fault, Izuku. Whoever took advantage of you is a piece of shit! And it’s not your damn fault!”
Izuku couldn’t believe what he was hearing. Kacchan wanted him even after everything. He broke down and let him comfort him. He let his scent envelop him, and wash away all his fears. He couldn’t really speak even though he wanted to.
All he could do was cry as he recalled the painful events of that night.

It started as a normal day. Well, as normal as it could be with Chisaki around.

“Mom, there’s a party tonight.”

“That’s nice sweetie, you should go.” His mom had said like a robot.
“But…but you don’t like parties. Right?” Izuku pouted. She was on something again. Chisaki dealt drugs in their home. After everything he had put them through, his mom started using them to cope.

“You’re 17, Izuku. You should get out of the house.”
“Are you sure? It’s a Halloween party. You don’t like Halloween.”

“I’ve always let you dress up. Haven’t I, Izuku? I’ve always done everything for you, haven’t I? I just want your happiness. So go to your party.”

“I’ll come home after school.” Izuku sighed. “So don’t worry.”
“I don’t have to worry about anything anymore since Chisaki, see?” She forced a smile and Izuku grimaced at the sight. He wished she would stop pretending. He wished she would stop using. “I only hope you find an alpha that takes care of you since Katsuki-kun doesn’t want you.”
“I don’t need to find an alpha, mom. I’m fine.”

Especially one like Chisaki. Izuku put his shoes on while she hummed deliriously and left to go to school. He needed to shake off the bad feelings. Today would be a good day. It was Halloween! He was going to have fun!
“Good morning Kacchan! Happy Halloween!” Izuku was always happy to see Katsuki. He knew the day was going to be a good one since he got to see him, even if it was only during school hours.

“By the way Midoriya.” Shoto had whispered to him in the hallway on the way to lunch.
“Bakugo’s coming to the party.”

“H-he is?!” Izuku blinked in shock. Kacchan never went to parties.

“I got Kirishima, and Ashido to force him to come. You should come too!” Shoto encouraged.

“My mom…she worries too much.” Izuku giggled nervously. “I can’t.”
“It’s our third year. You should take risks. Come to the party. I bet you anything he’ll ask you out there.”

“Wh-what makes you say that?” Izuku blushed furiously.

“Midoriya, have you really not noticed that he’s been courting you since the semester started?” Shoto blinked.
Izuku’s breath hitched as he tried to not to believe what Todoroki was saying. Yes, Kacchan gifted him a new much more stylish yellow bag. The notebooks he was holding were also given to him earlier that week and the pencil tucked behind his ear was also a gift from Kacchan but,
Izuku just figured Kacchan was being friendly! After all, the way he gave him those gifts…

“You still have that big ugly thing on your back? It’s an eyesore, take this instead!”

“You’re pencil is too damn loud! Have this pen! It’s quieter!”
“The old hag got me these notebooks! I’m not a fucking nerd who needs them like you, so take ‘em!”

Definitely NOT courting!

“I think you’re wrong, but either way…even if by some miracle, he does like me, I still have to be home for mom tonight. Sorry.” Izuku shrugged.
“Suit yourself.” Shoto sighed. “After I went through all that trouble to make sure he can make it.”

“Thanks Todoroki-kun.” Izuku smiled at him. “You really are a great friend.”

The school day went by as normally as possible.
From what Izuku could hear, everyone who was anyone was going to be at that party.

“You should come! Please!” Uraraka begged him after the last bell rang.

“I can’t! But you have a good time!”

“Bakugo-kun! Make him come!”

Katsuki spit out the water he was drinking.
“Say that again?”

“To the PARTY!” Ochaco whacked him on the head.

“I’m only going cause I lost a stupid bet! What makes you think I can convince him?!”

“It’s okay Kacchan.” Izuku giggled. “I’m not going to go. But I hope you both have fun.”
Izuku gathered his things and rushed home. He had a bad feeling in the pit of his stomach that kept growing. He walked home to find Chisaki’s shoes by the door. Damnit. Izuku thought he wasn’t supposed to be home for a week.
“I can’t! I’ll pay you back any other way!” He heard his mom cry from her bedroom.

“Do you have any idea how EXPENSIVE what you took was?! You can’t just use what I left here! I already do too much for you and your brat! You have to make it up to me!”
“I-I can’t! I’m a mother! If Izuku found out, he’d never look me in the eye again! Please! I’m too old for this! No one would buy a night with me anyway!” His mom sobbed and Izuku saw red. He burst through the door and tackled Chisaki Kai to the ground.
“What the hell are you doing?! Leave my mom alone!” Izuku snapped.

“Izuku! Izuku stop!” Inko begged.

“You stupid brat! Get off me!” Chisaki socked him in the face and grabbed him by the throat. “You’re lucky I’m not making YOU pay for what your mom stole!”
“LEAVE US ALONE!” Izuku wailed as he kicked the drug dealer in the face.

“HOW DARE YOU DIRTY MY FACE WITH YOUR FILTHY FEET!” Chisaki punched him in the stomach over and over.

“KAI! STOP! PLEASE!” Inko sobbed. “HE’S JUST A BOY!”
“Mom!” Izuku yelled as he kicked Chisaki in the groin, knocking him over. “COME ON!” He held his hand out to her. “LETS RUN!”

But she just sat there shaking, staring at his hand.

“We can’t…” She whimpered. “We can’t, Izuku…we’ll have nothing.”

“Mom…”
Izuku’s eyes watered when suddenly Chisaki grabbed him by his hair.

“AHHH!”

“I’ve had enough of your little brat Inko!”

“Kai! Please! He doesn’t know what he’s doing!”

“I NEVER WANT TO SEE HIM AGAIN!”
Kai dragged him to the window by his hair before grabbing his throat and dangling outside the ledge.

“LISTEN HERE KID! YOUR MOM DOESN’T WANT YOU ANYMORE! She got in this situation cause that little alpha didn’t want you anymore! NOBODY WANTS YOU! SO GET LOST!”
Chisaki then let go of him and let him fall to the ground. Izuku screamed as his arm hit the pavement and choked out a sob.

“Mom….” He whined pathetically. “Mom…please…come with me.”

“Goodbye kid!” Chisaki threw his shoes at him. “You’re on your own now.”
Izuku was in too much pain to get up and go help her. He laid there on the cold sidewalk trying to process how this all happened. After awhile he got up and started walking aimlessly. His stomach grumbled because he was hungry.
He realized his mom needed help, and he wasn’t equipped to save her himself. He thought of the only person he could ask at the moment…and even though he hated burdening him, he had to save his mom. So he texted Kacchan.
After about thirty minutes with no response, he thought to go find him at Todoroki’s. He hoped since it was Halloween, no one would question his injuries. He could just pass it off as a costume.

The house was huge and loud and Izuku wondered how he would find Kacchan.
He entered and the first person he saw was Uraraka.

“Deku-kun! You came!” She cheered loudly while raising her beer can. “Woah! What happened to you?!”

“Have you seen Kacchan?!” Izuku questioned.

“Huh?!”

“I SAID have you seen Kacchan?!”
“Izuku-kun! What are you doing here?” Toga threw her arms around him, making him wince in pain.

“Ah…”

“Toga, leave him alone!” Ochaco demanded.

“Live a little Ochaco-Chan! Ooo! Look at that hunk!” She ran to the other side of the room.

“Ugh! She’s unbelievable!”
Ochaco fumed. “I’ll be back! Wait here for me?!” She ran after Toga, but Izuku didn’t have time to wait for her. He just wanted to find Kacchan and get out of there.

He squeezed threw the crowd and tried to avoid attention but a lot of people were surprised to see him there.
“Woah! Midoriya! What are you doing here?!” Kirishima greeted him.

“Have you seen Kacchan?” Izuku got to the point.

“Bakugo? Last time I saw him…. He was with Todoroki by the pool! Here! I’ll take you there!”

“Oh! Thanks!”
Kirishima grabbed his wrist and Izuku tried not to squeak from the pain. He dragged him through the house when they saw a bunch of people glued to the windows looking out to the pool.

They were cheering and screaming and taking pictures.

“What the hell is going on?”
Eijiro shoved his way outside with Izuku and they both froze at the sight in the hot tub.

Todoroki and Kacchan were making out in front of everyone.

Izuku felt his heart shatter into a million pieces. Everyone was hooting and hollering around them, and Kirishima said something,
But Izuku couldn’t hear him. He couldn’t hear anything. All he could do was watch helplessly as his best friend kissed the man he loved, touched him, put his tongue in his mouth. He couldn’t breathe, all he could feel was the pain from the fall and the pain in his chest.
At some point, Kirishima dragged him back inside. He brought him to a corner where not a lot of people were and brought him some spiked punch.

“I’m sorry Midoriya. They’re assholes! You don’t need them! Here, drink this, you’ll feel better.”
Izuku grabbed the cup and looked at it. He had never tried alcohol before. He had always tried to be the best son for his mom, the best omega for Kacchan… but now? What the point? He guzzled it down.

“Thanks…” He smiled sadly at Eijiro. He felt an instant buzz.
“Where do they have more?” Izuku questioned.

“In the kitchen, I’ll get it for you!”

“No, it’s fine.” Izuku stood up. “I…I’ll get it.”

“Let me join you.”

“Kirishima-kun, I kinda wanna be alone. Just…let me be for awhile.”
“Alright…if you insist. I’ll be at the game room if you need me!” Kirishima grabbed his hand. “Don’t hesitate to find me!”

“Thanks…” Izuku sighed. He walked back to the kitchen and grabbed a beer can. He didn’t like the smell of beer but he guzzled it down anyway.
“Nobody wants you! So get lost!”

Chisaki’s words played in his head over and over. And he didn’t want to think about them anymore, so he drank more and more. He ended up attracting a crowd once he practically drank the whole punch bowl.

“Drink another Midoriya!”
Someone handed him a cup and he downed it to cheers and jeers. People were pointing their phones at him and recording and he didn’t like that. He needed to get away so he grabbed another cup and stumbled up the stairs. He picked a random room and hoped it was empty.
The room was dark, and he couldn’t really see anything except for a Todoroki family portrait with the faces crossed out with a sharpie of everyone except Touya and Enji Todoroki. Devil horns were drawn on Shoto’s and Izuku bust out laughing.

“Serves you right….evil…”
“Look who wandered into my den? If it isn’t Papa’s new project.”

A voice startled Izuku causing him to drop the picture frame.

“I…I’m sorry.” Izuku gasped. “I didn’t know anyone was in here. I’ll go.”

“No.” A match lit up revealing Touya Todoroki holding a cigarette. “Stay.”
“T-Touya-kun? When did you get back?” Izuku knew he was in a treatment program.

“Just today actually. I don’t think Shoto realized I was home when he decided to throw his little secret party. Things the golden child can get away with, right?”
Touya walked over to him and took a sip of his spiked punch. “Fuck, I missed that.”

“Sh-shouldn’t you not be having any?” Izuku blinked.

“Shouldn’t you?” Touya laughed. “You need this more than I do! Look at you!” He hand him his cigarette. “Take a hit.”
“Um…I don’t like cigarettes.” Izuku coughed.

“And you don’t like SOMEONE from my family either. Who pissed you off, huh? Dad or Shoto?”

“Um…” Izuku sniffled as he remembered what he saw earlier. “Sh-Shoto he…he was supposed to be my friend!” He cried.
“He knew how I felt about Kacchan! He knew how much I loved him! He gave me hope that he loved me too and then he- then he… he kissed him! He kissed him just like that! He was all over him! How could he do that to me?!”

“No way…. That Bakugo brat?” Touya chuffed.
“How messed up.”

“I…I shouldn’t be so upset.” Izuku sniffled as he sank to the ground. “Kacchan would never want me anyway…no one would.”

“You must be really wasted, kid. Here.” Touya offered him a water bottle. “Drink it.”
Izuku grabbed the bottle and guzzled the whole thing.

“Come on, you need to lay down.” He guided him to his mattress.

“Oh…I’m f-fine.”

“Fine? You’re all beat up! You get in a fight with Shoto or something?”

“No… that was from earlier. My mom’s boyfriend…”
“He’s a real jerk, and I tried to save her but…she wouldn’t leave with me…she doesn’t want me either.” Izuku said as Touya laid him on the mattress.

“I know how that feels.” The alpha crawled on top of him. Suddenly, the room began to spin. “To be unwanted. It sucks, huh?”
“Mmhmm..” Izuku cried.

“You wanna know something though? You’re a beautiful omega.” Touya whispered. “Even when you’re all wasted like, your scent? It’s inviting.” The alpha kissed his neck.

“Um…do you really think so?” Izuku blinked.

“It’s kinda making me lose my mind.”
Before Izuku could protest, Touya kissed him. He had never been kissed before. It felt strange. His whole body felt strange, lethargic, compliant. Was this the power of an alpha?

“Wanna know something Izuku? I want you. Maybe not later, but right now? I want you real bad…”
He kissed him again, more feverishly, passionately, he stuck his tongue down his throat and for a moment, Izuku just enjoyed how he felt. He felt good being kissed like that. He felt good being touched like that. Then Touya started to undress him.

“Um…I…I’ve never…”
“Shhh…just let it happen.”

“Touya-kun please I-”

“You won’t feel anything baby…nothing but pleasure, I promise.”

“No…I- I’m not ready for-”

“SHUT UP!” Touya choked him before relaxing his hand around his throat. “You talk too much.”
“You want to feel wanted, right? Then shut up and take it.”

Izuku whimpered as he felt himself get even dizzier. Something was wrong. He couldn’t speak. All he could do was lay there and let him do what he wanted.

He didn’t know how long it lasted. It hurt.
Sometimes he felt good, sometimes he felt bad. All he knew was he wanted it to end. Noises came out of him, he didn’t recognize. Touya said words to him he didn’t fully understand. He looked crazy. When he was finally done, he left him there and crawled out the window.
He didn’t even bother to clean him up. Izuku was shaking all over as he tried to process what on earth just happened. He had never done anything like that before. He always wanted his first time to be special with someone he loved. He felt awful, dirty…and it hurt.
It seems whatever drugs were in his system were wearing off because everything all over hurt. He was thrown out, betrayed and used and he didn’t even know where he was supposed to go now! He was so scared and all alone!
Izuku couldn’t see in the dark room, he couldn’t figure out where his clothes were. He found one shirt that was big enough to cover him and he threw it on. He suddenly remembered Kirishima telling him he could find him in the game room if he needed him.
Izuku stumbled out of the room and tried to find the alpha but he quickly realized how quiet the house was. The party must have ended. Izuku tried to walk down the steps, counting each one when he saw him.

“Deku? What the hell happened to you?”
No. No no no no! He couldn’t have Kacchan see him like this! He couldn’t have Kacchan smell Touya all over him or see evidence that he…that he…

“Ka-” The pain of everything took over and the world went black.

Now here he was being held by Kacchan, comforted, and…wanted?
“I’m sorry Izuku.” Katsuki whispered to him as he kissed his forehead. “I’m sorry I ever hurt you…I’m sorry I couldn’t stop whoever did this. But I’m going to find them. And I’m going to crush them, you hear? First your mom’s shitty boyfriend! Then the other guy!”
“You just gotta tell me who.”

“T-Touya…” Izuku managed to get out. “Todoroki Touya….he’s the one who…he-”

“You don’t have to say it.” Katsuki reassured him as he stroked his arm. “Don’t worry.” He kissed his lips gently. “Tomorrow, he’ll be dead.”
TBC 🚬
The next morning, Katsuki gave Izuku a small tour of the loft. The omega had only been to the bathroom and the bedroom and he didn’t know where anything else was. Izuku held on tightly to Katsuki’s arm. The living room and kitchen were spacious and beautiful.
It felt weird that this was supposed to be their home after they were married and mated. And now they were…well, he needed to clarify that part but he was still afraid to.

“What’s wrong?” Katsuki picked up on his worried expression as he sat him on their couch. It was soft.
“Um… I know you’re helping me… and I know what you s-said but… um.. when you said you want to be with me. You mean later or…now? Or?”

Katsuki brushed his lips gently against his, gazing into his eyes for permission to keep going.
Izuku blushed and nodded before the alpha sealed their lips together. Kissing Kacchan filled his stomach with butterflies. It felt warm, like a fresh cup of tea on a crisp autumn morning. It was comforting. It was home.

“Even before that shitty day, I’ve been wanting you…”
Katsuki informed him. “I’ve been trying to court you but obviously I’m bad with this shit. Izuku, I love you.”

Izuku gasped in shock. He never expected those words to ever come out of his mouth. “I…I love you too.” The omega sniffled.
Katsuki kissed him once again and Izuku melted at the contact. He couldn’t believe it. After everything, he was still able to feel this kind of happiness

“This isn’t a dream, is it?” Izuku’s eyes watered.

“I was thinking the same thing.” Katsuki laughed before pinching himself.
"So? Izuku blinked. "Is it?"

Katsuki kissed him before biting his lip. "Nope. It's real."

"Good." Izuku sniffled. "Because I need it to be."

They spent the morning getting used to each other in that way. Touching, talking, kissing. It was nice. Izuku didn't want him to leave
At some point, he wrote down everything that happened with his mom, Chisaki, Touya, all of it. Katsuki had a hard time reading it, but he needed to. He needed to know every way he failed Izuku so he could make it up to him ten fold.
It was hard for Izuku to speak without breaking down which was why he wrote it in a notebook for him. Katsuki could tell what parts were especially difficult as the ink was darker or smudged or the handwriting was sloppy. He held him as he read it and apologized over and over.
"You can stay here as long as you need, ya know." Katsuki whispered after he closed the notebook. "You deserve some fucking peace after all you've been through."

"Thank you, Kacchan." Izuku let him wipe his tears. "If you didn't bring me here, I..."
"I don't know what I would have done!"

Katsuki kissed him and held him tight. "I mean it. As long as you need. You don't ever have to leave."

"As long as you keep coming back...I might take you up on that." Izuku laughed, beside himself.
Katsuki pressed their lips together once more. He just wanted Izuku safe. He didn't care about anyone else who was worried about him. He didn't care about the police who were looking for him, he didn't care about ever leaving his embrace again.
But, every asshole that hurt him had to pay. And he would forever hate himself if they still walked the earth without paying for their miserable existence in blood.

"I'm gonna make us lunch then I have to go." Katsuki informed Izuku.

"C-can you stay?" The omega questioned.
"Just one more night? I-I'm sorry, I-"

"Don't apologize, nerd." Katsuki grinned before pinching his nose. "Yeah. I'll stay."

Izuku felt relieved as he threw his arms around him gratefully. "Thank you. Thank you, Kacchan."
Katsuki couldn't help it. He owed Izuku whatever he wanted. He was putty in his hands. It felt natural sharing a living space with him, holding his hand, making him dinner, bathing with him, sharing a bed. He couldn't believe he spent so long rejecting this amazing life.
He became addicted to making Izuku smile any way he could. He hoped it would become more natural like it used to be soon. That he would forget everything that ever took his smile away. But he knew it would take time, and he was glad he had it.
He had never been more grateful for his drunk split second decision to not trust that damn hospital.

When it was time for him to go the next morning, he didn't wake Izuku and instead opted to quietly make him breakfast and leave behind a reassuring love note.
He knew if he woke him up, he would never have the strength to leave him behind and take care of what needed to be done. And that was ending two miserable scum bags life. The first thing he needed to do was charge his phone. He forgot to bring a charger with him to the loft.
Katsuki rushed to his house, hoping to avoid the hag and her relentless questioning and was shocked to find police cars surrounding the front yard. Damnit, did she report him missing?!

"Hey! Hag!" He rushed inside and a police officer grabbed him by the shoulder.
"Are you Bakugo Katsuki?!" He interrogated.

"What about it?!" The alpha snapped.

"Katsuki! Don't say anything!" His mom cried as handcuffs were slapped on his wrist.

"WHAT THE FUCK?!"

"You're under arrest for the disappearance of Midoriya Izuku!"

Todoroki Enji stared at the scowling teenager in front of him who refused to say a word.

“Bakugo, do you understand that mountain of evidence we have against you?” He laid out on the table in the interrogation room pictures of the beaten up security guard,
the hospital file of the unknown omega who was treated for a severe drop on Halloween night, and pictures from the security footage of Katsuki exiting the hospital window holding Izuku.

“We just need to know where he is…”

Katsuki glared daggers at him.
“Can you at least tell us if we’re looking for a boy or a body?” Enji stressed.

“Why don’t you ask your shit stain eldest son that question?” Katsuki seethed.

“My SON was not the last person seen alive with him? YOU were! Now tell me where he is!”
Katsuki crossed his arms and kicked his feet on the table. He wasn’t saying anything more. Yeah, he looked guilty as shit. But he couldn’t tell them where Izuku was for a few reasons. One, he couldn’t have him in police custody.
The omega was in no state to be giving statements or accusing people of things or explaining everything that happened that night. Two, Todoroki Enji was the police chief and who knew how often Touya decided to visit his father at work? Being around any Todoroki would trigger him.
Three, even if everything was as stress free as possible, and it was an open and shut case and Chisaki and Touya both were thrown in the slammer, the law wouldn’t give them half the punishment they deserved. Katsuki needed to do this himself. He needed them free.
So he wasn’t saying shit until his lawyer got there.

“Bakugo, I am giving you one chance to tell your side of the story before we decide it for you! We will find out where he is! So tell us now!” Enji demanded.

“Don’t listen to him, kid.”
The door opened and his lawyer, Usagiyama Rumi, a beautiful woman with long white hair marched in with her briefcase.

“They don’t have anything to charge you with a crime. It’s all circumstantial.”

“Usagiyama.” Enji growled.

“Uncuff the brat, Todoroki-San.” She grinned.
“If you want to play that game, I can hold him here for the assault on the security officer!”

“My client’s parents will pay that bail in a heartbeat.” She reminded him.

“Well until the check clears, he stays here!” Enji growled.

“Fine. But he’s done answering your questions!”
"That's up to him. It's the weekend so they can't post bail until the morning. We'll get him to crack."

"Not under my watch!"

"I hate to interrupt this back and forth." Takami Keigo, the cheif's deputy walked in. "But may I have a moment with you Todoroki-san?"
Enji glared at Rumi and then Katsuki before stomping out of the room.

"What do you want Keigo?!" The police chief seethed. "This better be important!"

"It is... I think there's more to the story here. Bakugo-kun could be being set up."
"What makes you say that?! It's an open and shut case! He definitely did something to him! He withdrew from their engagement then he was found beaten and assaulted?! You can't tell me he's not the one who did it!"

"But Todoroki-san. He's the one who brought him there, right?"
"Why would he personally bring him to the hospital if he's the one caused his injuries? Given their previous relationship, isn't it more likely he fled with him as an alpha instinct? The nurses did report he seemed intoxicated as well." Keigo pointed out.
"Why the sudden benefit of the doubt?" Enji squinted his eyes.

"Because there was a bit of an impromptu wedding today." Keigo informed him.

"An impromptu wedding?"

"Midoriya Inko and Chisaki Kai."

"Chisaki Kai?!" Enji gasped in shock. "That mob dweller?!"
"A bit strange to get married after your son disappears, don't you think? I don't know what happened to Izuku-kun, but if they can pin it all on Bakugo Katsuki, how much do you think they stand to gain financially if they agree to drop the charges?"
"So what do you propose we do? A marriage isn't a reason to arrest someone." Enji clicked his tongue.

"I need you to find any way to keep Bakugo-kun here. I'll make him talk." Keigo declared.

"That's going to be difficult with HER here."

"Rumi-chan can also be reasoned with."
Keigo smiled cheekily. "We go way back."

Katsuki was irritated at the fact he had to stay behind a damn cell for at least 24 hours. Stupid business hours. His anxiety increased as he realized it could potentially be more. He needed someone to tell Izuku. He had no phone.
He wouldn't have any idea and he would probably panic and worry if Katsuki didn't show up to help care for him. The last thing he needed him to do was something stupid. The alpha needed to figure out who he could trust to check on him and hope to god they weren't an idiot.
He also needed to make sure Izuku wouldn't freak out around them. Which meant Shoto was out of the picture. He remembered Izuku's account of the events at the party and realized there was ONE person who he could ask, but:

1. He was pissed at him

And

2. He was an idiot.
Still, it was his only shot.

"Hey, Baldy!" Katsuki yelled at one of the guards. "I want my one phone call."

Kirishima Eijiro, Ashido Mina and Kaminari Denki were crowded around Denki's laptop in shock. Everyone was talking about Bakugo's arrest.
"The young heir to the Bakugo household is suspected for assault, kidnapping and potential murder." The news anchor reported.

"That's bullshit!" Denki snapped. "Bakugo is gaga for Midoriya! He would never hurt him!"

"Not as into him as you think." Kirishima grumbled.
"For the last time, we were all wasted! It was my stupid dare!" Mina sighed. "It's not like he actually enjoyed tonguing down another alpha. I just dared them cause it was hot! I would have never done it if I knew Midoriya was at the party!" She pouted.
“Still! Bakugo and Todoroki should never have gone along with it! If they hadn’t…if they hadn’t done that, then he wouldn’t have been so upset and then…then I would have never thought to offer him that drink..gosh I’m an idiot!” Eijiro began to shake.
“It’s not your fault, Ei!” Mina rubbed his back.

“He asked to be alone but I never should have left him by himself! I should have at least kept an eye on him!” Ei teared up.

“It doesn’t matter!” Denki put his hand on his shoulder. “Bakugo wouldn’t have done this to him!”
“The police have the wrong guy!”

Suddenly, Eijiro’s phone began to ring. He grabbed it and gasped in shock at the caller ID.

“Who is it?” Mina questioned.

“Musutafu jail…” Eijiro blinked.

“Answer it!” Denki insisted.

“On speaker!” Mina put her hand to her lips.
“Hello?” Eijiro answered it and listened to the automated machine asking him whether he accepted all charges. He pushed the number for yes nervously.

“Shitty Hair.”

“Bakugo, what the hell?!” Kirishima snapped. “What’s going on?!”

“Shut up and listen to me, go it?!”
“Why should I?!” Eijiro snapped. “Is Midoriya even alive?! What did you do to him?!”

“I can’t talk about that over the phone, dipshit! But there is something I can talk about and I need you to listen VERY FUCKING CAREFULLY!”
Eijiro looked up at Denki and Mina who motioned for him to hear him out.

“What could you possibly want from me?” Eijiro growled.

“I know that quiz tomorrow in Aizawa-Sensei’s class is IMPORTANT to you. In my BACKPACK at my house, there’s a notebook with KEY information!”
“Ya need to study it. It will HELP you. And don’t you dare share my notes with anyone! I’m only sharing it with you because I’m stuck here! Got it?! The notebook with the KEY info is GREEN. Okay?!”

Kirishima didn’t know what the hell he was going on about.
The last thing he cared about was a stupid quiz.

“Why are you-” Kirishima began to say before Denki clamped his mouth shut.

“Say you understand.” He mouthed to him.

“I mean…I understand! Yeah! Thanks for the help?”

Katsuki sighed in frustration.
“If you truly understand my notes, then take my PHONE and LAPTOP with you HOME. I only trust you with it, got it?! I ONLY TRUST YOU.”

“Yeah…I got it. I’ll study really hard and hopefully ace that test. Good luck in prison! Thanks man!”

“You better fucking ace it or I swear-”
The phone then cut off and the machine informed him he was out of time. Kirishima looked at Mina who was just as lost then at Denki who seemed to understand something he didn’t.

“Well?” Eijiro pushed.

“Well come on! Let’s go to his house!” Denki stood up.
“But I don’t care about the quiz!” Eijiro protested.

“He’s not talking about the quiz! He’s talking about Midoriya!” Denki grabbed his and Mina’s arms. “Now come on! Let’s go get that key!”
Eijiro stared in awe at the key he found in his friend’s backpack attached to a green dog tag with an address on it.

“So…he wants me to go help Midoriya?” He finally pieced everything together.

“And he only trusts you to do it apparently. That’s a big deal.” Mina pointed out.
They had snuck into Katsuki’s house through the underground garage to avoid being detected.

“Does th-this mean he’s alright then? He’s alive?” Eijiro sniffled.

“Being alive doesn’t necessarily mean he’s alright. Those injuries on the news weren’t made up…” Denki sulked.
“But! But Bakugo was watching out for him this whole time. So, how they found him in hospital and how he is now? There’s only one way to find out.” Mina encouraged. “Tell us everything when you get back! And tell him we love and miss him!”
“Also tell him I’m really sorry for that stupid dare!”

Eijiro looked at the key and squeezed it in his palm tightly. He would not let Midoriya down this time. He stood up and began to walk out of the room.

“Wait!” Denki grabbed his shoulder and handed him a bag.
“Don’t forget the phone and laptop!”

“Right! That’s what he meant by that. He wants me to give it to Midoriya to use.” Eijiro nodded. He was really glad he had others listening with him. He would have completely missed that!
It took him awhile to get to the address on the tag. It was about half hour train ride away. The town was nice thought. It seemed like a beautiful place to settle down. He was in awe at the luxury loft complex he arrived at. At least it wasn’t an abandoned warehouse?
He stepped into the elevator and pushed the button to the highest floor when someone rushed in before the doors closed.

“Oh, sorry I didn’t mean to close it before-” Eijiro began to say when he recognized the other guy in the elevator. “Todoroki?! What are you doing here?!”
Shoto crossed his arms and caught his breath. “I was at the station when Bakugo made the call. I overheard and figured out his message so I followed you.”

“If you overheard his message then you know he only trusts ME to do this!” Eijiro snapped.
“Which is what I don’t get at all, no offense! I’M Midoriya’s closest friend! If anyone can help him in need, it’s me!” Shoto insisted.

“Do you not remember the backstabbing betrayal of your so called ‘closest friend?!’”
“Of course I remember! Which is why I need to see him and apologize! Besides, not that it matters, but Bakugo’s the one who pushed me to do it so we could win that game!” Shoto sighed. “Let me make it up to him any way I can!”
“Yeah, you wanna make it up to him, don’t include that little detail! You’ll just make it worse!” Eijiro said in disgust.

“I won’t…I just…I need to be sure he’s okay.” Shoto said as his eyes teared up. Eijiro understood where he was coming from.
They both were worried about him. They both regrets about the night he went missing. But even so, Bakugo insisted it just be him.

“Wait outside. If Midoriya wants to see you, I’ll let you in, okay?” Eijiro relented.

“Fine.” Shoto sighed. “Can you at least tell him I’m sorry?”
“I’ll try.” Kirishima promised. “But please, don’t come in unless I say so.”

The elevator opened and the two walked in the long hallway. Shoto leaned against the wall by the hall window and Eijiro put the key in and turned the knob. He walked into the beautiful loft in awe.
“Woah.” He said. It was huge. But the first floor with the living room and kitchen at least was empty.

“Kacchan?” He heard a loud helpless whine from upstairs. “Kacchan, help me!”

“Midoriya!” Kirishima rushed upstairs and opened the bedroom door and froze as the scent hit him.
He dropped the bag and stumbled back.

“Kirishima…..kun?” Izuku’s face was flushed, as he covered himself quickly with a nearby blanket. But he didn’t need to see him to know. It was obvious.

He was in heat.
TBC 🔥
Izuku was beside himself at the unwelcome visitor in his safe haven. It was bad enough that his heat came unexpectedly early. It was bad enough that it triggered memories of that night he would rather forget. But now there was an alpha here that wasn’t Kacchan. He began to panic.
“Wh-Where’s Kacchan?! How’d you get in here? What’s going on?” His mind spiraled as he tried to cover himself even though he knew a fluffy blanket was nothing to a feral alphas strength.

“D-don’t freak out!” Kirishima covered his nose. “Bakugo sent me here! I won’t hurt you!”
“Kacchan sent you? That doesn’t make sense! Why would he-”

“He’s been arrested!” Eijiro informed him. “His parents should bail him out tomorrow but he sent me here with a phone and a computer for you!”

“Huh?!” Izuku cried. “Arrested?! Why?”
Eijiro tried his best to keep his composure but it was difficult. Midoriya smelled amazing, he was half dressed, and he looked so helpless struggling through his heat, he had to fight his alpha instinct to ‘assist’ the best way he knew how.

“The night you went missing…”
“He checked you into a hospital then busted you out once the doctors called the police. They think he gave you those injuries.” He explained shakily backing away more and more and digging his nails into his leg to keep calm.

“Kacchan would never hurt me!”
“Mmm…” Izuku grimaced as he held his stomach and tears prickled in his eyes. “I need him…Kirishima-kun, can’t you bring him to me?” He looked up at him and Eijiro had to slam the door. It was too much. He ran down the stairs and caught his breath. Thank God Shoto was outside.
This was obviously not what Bakugo meant by “Help Midoriya”. But Eijiro’s stupid alpha brain was putting ideas in his head that Katsuki was a generous alpha that ordered him to assist his omega through his heat and he was the only one who he trusted to do it.
“No! No!” Kirishima went to the kitchen and splashed his face with water. “That’s not at all what Bakugo meant! Right?” He had to catch his breath. Midoriya’s scent was strong though. And now that he knew it, he could still smell it all the way downstairs.
He needed air, he needed someone to reason with him. He ran into the hallway and inhaled deeply as he slammed the loft door shut.

“What’s wrong?! Is he alright?! Is he in there?!” Shoto looked terrified.

“He’s in there. He’s alright…” Kirishima caught his breath.
“You scared me. I thought you found a body.” Shoto sighed in relief.

“You can’t go in there.” Kirishima put his hand on his shoulder. “Midoriya. He’s in heat.”

“You didn’t touch him, did you?!” Shoto grabbed his shirt.

“No! Of course not! But…”
“…Someone needs to care for him! I don’t know what to do!” Kirishima blushed furiously. “It’s difficult to be around his scent like this!”

“Leave it to me then.” Shoto rolled his eyes. “He needs lots of water, snacks, something to help him through it till Bakugo gets back,”
“A warm towel and some reassurance that Bakugo didn’t abandon him!”

“Wow, you sure know a lot about this…” Eijiro noted.

“My sister’s an omega and I’ve helped Momo a couple of times. Though obviously the way I help Momo is different than the way I help Nee-San.” He blushed.
“Alright. I’ll go let him know you’re here.”

“Be quick.” Shoto glared at him.

They both walked into the loft and Shoto sat on the couch and observed the space.

“This is nice. I was worried Midoriya was locked away in some basement.” He sighed.

“Me too.” Ei grimaced.
The alpha tried to prepare himself before walking up the stairs. In the mean time, Shoto noticed a notebook sitting on the coffee table. He grabbed it mindlessly and began reading its contents.

He was shocked at what he read. It was everything that happened that night.
“Kirishima…” He called shakily as tears poured down his face. “Come back.”

Eijiro ran back down the stairs and froze as he saw Todoroki trembling in anger.

“What’s the matter, dude?!”

“Don’t….don’t tell him I’m here.” He closed the notebook.
He stood up and marched to the door. “I will be right out here. Don’t you dare touch him or I will kill you myself.” Shoto gave him instructions on what he needed to set up before he could leave Midoriya alone. “If it becomes too much, if you get overwhelmed, come out for air.”
Kirishima nodded in agreement, confused about his sudden change of heart about seeing Midoriya. He went upstairs, took a deep breath and opened the door. Thankfully the omega had fallen asleep. He was still in pain and sniffling in distress as he squeezed a scarf close to him.
Kirishima emptied the bag from Katsuki’s bedroom and plugged the phone and laptop in. He then placed the empty bag next to Izuku who turned and grabbed it greedily, inhaling its scent for dear life.

“Kacchan…” He stifled a sob.

“He’ll be out soon…hopefully by tomorrow, ok?”
Kirishima wondered at that moment if he was doing the right thing. Keeping Izuku’s location a secret. He still didn’t know why Katsuki was hiding him out. Whoever hurt him would be brought to Justice if they found him alive, right? Whatever the right answer was,
He couldn’t very well subject him to police interrogation in the middle of his heat. He followed Shoto’s instructions and prepared him water, l some snacks Bakugo had stored away for him and looked around for certain shaped objects that would be uh…safe for him to use.
After he laid everything out for Izuku, he began to walk out of the room when the omega latched onto his wrist tightly.

“Alpha…” Izuku said hazily, overwhelmed by his heat. “Help…”

Kirishima froze and tried to collect himself. This wasn’t what he really wanted,
“I’m sorry…” Eijiro whispered before pulling his wrist away. “Bakugo will be here soon to help you.”

“I…” Izuku retreated as he gained a small moment of clarity. “I’m sorry…I…can’t believe I just did that.” He began to hyperventilate as he remembered Touya’s words.
‘You want to feel wanted, right?’

“I’m s-sorry!” Izuku sobbed and Eijiro rushed by his side. This wasn’t a heat induced breakdown. He was panicking.

“Hey. Hey, it’s alright! I get it. You’re not being yourself right now! It’s fine!” He tried to comfort him without touch.
“No…I-I’m awful. I’m disgusting. I-it’s my fault.” He cried.

“Midoriya.” Eijiro grabbed his hand firmly. “I don’t know everything that happened to you. Or how you ended up here. Or why Bakugo is keeping you here. But, you’re safe, okay? Whoever hurt you isn’t going to anymore.”
He helped get him some water and talked him down until he fell asleep again. Then he went downstairs and sat on the couch. Todoroki was still out there and he never did get to tell him that he or Mina were sorry about that night. But Izuku was in no place to think about it.
He looked at the coffee table and remembered that Todoroki was reading something on it before he decided against seeing Izuku. He walked into the hallway and found the other alpha with his head in his knees and a notebook next to him.

“Hey man, you alright?”
“It was my brother.” Shoto mumbled.

“Huh?”

“At the party. My brother. He- he’s the one who assaulted Midoriya. It’s all here.” He slid the notebook Eijiro’s way. “Midoriya was already having a terrible night and Bakugo and I made things worse! Then Touya did that!”
“It’s no wonder he dropped! It’s no wonder Bakugo decided to hide him instead taking to the police. It all makes sense. I shouldn’t even be here! I followed you because I thought the only thing I did was kiss Bakugo but no, I made his life hell!” Shoto cried.
“Hey man! You didn’t! Your family isn’t you! You’ve waited out here for almost two hours just to be sure nothing bad happened to him! You may have acted stupidly at that party and that’s up to Midoriya to forgive you, but you didn’t do anything as awful as your brother!”
“I may as well have!” Shoto cried. “I drove him right into his bed! If I just let us lose the stupid game, Midoriya would have found Bakugo and he would have gotten his injuries from his fight treated and gotten some rest! Not…not this!” He lamented.
Eijiro picked up the notebook and finally read it. He read every detail that happened that night. Everything with Chisaki Kai, everything with Touya, all of it.

“I let him down that night too. I’m the one who gave him the first drink.” Eijiro sighed.
“He couldn’t fight back against Touya because he was wasted and obviously drugged from the looks of it. Not sure who drugged his drink considering lots of people handed him drinks that night but if I didn’t offer him the first one? If I just took him to the hospital myself?”
“We all messed up that night.” Shoto sighed. “We all failed him.”

“Well I’m done failing him.” Kirishima stood up with his fist shaking.

“I know what you’re thinking. Touya is mine.” Shoto said with burning anger. “I’ll make sure he never hurts anyone again.”
“That’s one down. I’ll take on the other one.”

“The boyfriend?”

“Yeah.” Kirishima nodded.

“Because of who my father is, I’ll get a lesser sentence but you…”

“If I don’t, Bakugo will. And Midoriya deserves a happy ending.”
“He can’t get that if the person he loves stays locked away in prison.” Eijiro popped his neck.

“He’ll be upset we took this from him, you know.” Shoto smiled softly. “His vengence.”

“Yeah, well Bakugo can’t afford to be selfish. We? We can.” Eijiro offered his hand to him.
“Alright then.” Shoto grabbed his hand. “Let’s do this. For Midoriya.”

“For Midoriya.”
TBC 🤝 🔪
Keigo sat across from Katsuki in the interrogation room, placing tea and snacks out for him.

“Come on, Bakugo-kun. You must be hungry.” He smiled sweetly.

“I’m not falling for your good cop, bag cop shtick!” Katsuki snapped. “And you’re not even supposed to talk to me.”
“The lawyer lady said so.” He glared at him.

“I just want to get you a snack is all.” Keigo pushed the plate with cookies toward him. “Afterall, I don’t think you did it.”

Katsuki rolled his eyes and ate the cookies before making a zipping motion on his lips.
He was hungry but he still wasn’t giving them Deku’s location.

“You’re a funny guy, Bakugo-kun.” Keigo laughed. “You’re just a kid though. You don’t belong here paying for an adults crime. I know you wanna protect Midoriya-kun. I understand. We’re close, did you know that?”
“Todoroki-San is very busy so Izuku-kun spends most of his internship helping me out. He’s very chatty. Told me a lot about you. I think it was very kind of him to release you from your engagement even though he wanted it.” Keigo pried before chewing on his own cookie.
Katsuki glared at him. He knew he was trying to ride him up and get him to spill before his parents released him. But it wasn’t going to work.

“I was a bit shocked to find that his mother’s boyfriend was Chisaki Kai. Well, I guess he’s her husband now.” Keigo said offhandedly.
“Her WHAT?!” Katsuki spit his tea out.

“They got married just yesterday. A bit suspicious I think. You get thrown in prison. They agree to drop the charges as long as your family pays up.”

“THE HAG BETTER NOT GIVE A CENT TO THAT BASTARD!” Katsuki roared.
Keigo smirked smugly before sipping his own tea. “Bastard? Was he unkind to Izuku-kun?”

Katsuki bit his lip as he stared at the deputy. When Chisaki turns up dead, he’ll be the first suspect if he comes right out and says what he knows.
He grabbed another cookie and shoved it in his mouth.

“Why are you letting him get away, Bakugo-kun? Just you telling me anything about him you know that night is enough to arrest him. He could pay for what he’s done. Or did you wanna handle that yourself?”
Katsuki looked away. This guy acting like he knew everything pissed him off.

“If that’s the case, I’ll have to find a way to keep you here for Izuku’s sake.” Keigo sighed. “I wonder what I can plant in your home.”

“You think I’m fucking stupid?!”
“I know you’re recording our conversation! You can’t lie to me!”

“I’m not, actually. Whatever you say to me will never hold up in court.” Keigo reassured. “Help me help Izuku. He wouldn’t want you to rot in prison for life. Tell me what you know and I will do the rest.”
Katsuki looked at him, trying to gauge whether or not he could trust him. His brain told him to keep his mouth shut. But he had a gut feeling that was gnawing away at him. One that knew the path that would make Izuku happiest was right in front of him.

He took a deep breath.

Shoto texted back and forth with his brother. He knew what he had to do, and he finally found the best way to do it.

Touya 🚬
I don’t remember you borrowing any money.

🍜
I didn’t tell you I borrowed it.

Touya 🚬
Shit for brains.

🍜
Just meet me so I can return it.
The plan was simple. He would have Touya meet him where he was. Right outside an abandoned arcade they used to go together before his life went to shit. Then when Touya walked in front of his car, he would step on the accelerator and run him into the wall, crushing him to death.
If that didn’t work, he had a gun. Shoto would just prefer not to use it. It’s too loud.

He waited 30 minutes. But for some reason Touya didn’t show up.

🍜
Where are you?

No response. 30 minutes soon turned into an hour. He tried calling him, but he was sent to voicemail.
Shoto shrugged and went to look for his location. His father insisted on bugging Touya’s phone when he returned from his treatment center. Shoto thought that was going too far but now he was grateful for it. He opened his device and searched his location.

“No…SHIT!”

Eijiro honked his horn in front of the railroad tracks. He had been tailing Chisaki Kai all evening, waiting for his last “business” deal to end so he could go home. Then right before he entered Midoriya’s apartment, he would hit him with a cow tranquilizer he had.
He would drag him into his car from there and throw him off the cliff into the ocean where he would drown. It was a pretty quick way to end his life without doing too much dirty work. He wouldn’t have to worry about blood or anything like that. The current would do it’s job.
However, Chisaki seemed to change direction a block from his home. He suddenly flipped around and made all sorts of weird movements. It made Eijiro if he figured out he was following him! He unfortunately lost him at the railroad tracks, stopped by the oncoming train barrier.
“DAMNIT!” He cursed to himself. Eijiro knew he only had to tonight to fulfill his end of the bargain. He didn’t know Chisaki well enough to try and guess where he was going. He looked at his surroundings, and that’s when he realized he recognized seeing this area on the train.
“No way….he’s not-” He suddenly put the petal to the metal and drove as fast as he possibly could.

He knew where he was going. He just really hope he made it on time!

Katsuki rode in the back of Keigo’s car. The deputy released him after he told him what he knew.
“I just need to go up with you to make sure Izuku-kun is safe and sound. Off the record. As soon as I confirm that, I’ll let you hide out there until I find a way to bring Touya and Chisaki to justice, okay? But you have to stay hidden! Or I’ll get in a lot of trouble.”
Keigo informed him.

“If this is a trick, I’ll end you.” Katsuki seethed.

“You’re welcome, Bakugo-kun.” Keigo laughed.

Katsuki really hoped he wasn’t being an idiot by leading him straight to Izuku. He just needed to see him.
“It’s right here.” Katsuki pointed to the apartment complex. “There’s guest parking over there.”

“Okay.” Keigo followed his instructions then froze as he got to the guest parking spots. “Are you setting me up?”

“Huh?!” Katsuki blinked.

“Over there. That’s Touya’s car.”

Izuku hummed to himself as he tried to wash the blood stains off the rug in the living room. He hoped Kacchan wouldn’t be mad. The omega was still feverish from his heat but the pain in his heart didn’t hurt as much anymore.

It all started after Kirishima left his room.
He felt bad. He was grateful for his help and he was especially grateful he didn’t do anything when he had the chance. Izuku tried his best to walk down the stairs and keep his focus despite his heat.

“K-Kirishima-kun?” He had called for him but no response.
Izuku was scared to leave the loft. He really didn’t know what was outside the doors. But he thought he should at least check when suddenly he heard Todoroki’s voice. It startled him. But then he heard how remorseful he sounded. The omega pushes his ear to the door.
He overheard their conversation and their plans. It touched him to his core. Izuku felt so grateful that despite everything that happened to him, he had Kacchan who loved him and he had his friends who were willing to throw their whole futures away for him. He cried to himself.
Despite everything that happened to him, he was blessed beyond belief. It made him feel happy. But he knew he couldn’t let them do it. He couldn’t let Kacchan or Todoroki or Kirishima go to prison for his sake. Besides, it wasn’t their pain that needed to be washed away in blood.
It was his. As much as he wanted to rely on his friends and his alpha for help, he needed to be the one to even the score. Chisaki Kai hurt his mother. And when he opened the laptop Kirishima brought for him, he found out he forced her to marry him.
And a Touya…Touya took something from him he could never get back.

There were three people after both of their lives. If Izuku didn’t do it himself, they would be dead by morning anyway. So, he took matters into his own hands.
Touya was easy to get over to the loft.

Izuku texted him the address with the phone Kirishima left him, along with the information that he was in heat and that he ‘missed him’. He immediately texted back that he was on the way. It grossed him out that Touya have any remorse.
He called Chisaki himself.

“You’re alive?!”

“Yes, but I’ll tell everyone you kidnapped me unless you meet me here and buy my silence. Then I’ll be out of your hair forever.”

“You’ve for some nerve, kid. But fine.”
Touya arrived first. Izuku was terrified. But he knew getting him to lose his senses was easy especially because he was in heat.

“Get over here, I’ll have you re-live the best night of your life.” Touya had lunged for him and Izuku choked him with the cell phone charger.
Not enough to kill him, but enough to get him to back off. That’s when Chisaki walked in.

“What on earth?”

“Oh. You’re here.” Izuku shoved Touya to the ground with the chord still around his neck.
“You bitch!” Touya choked out as he tried to pull the chord off his neck.

“What did you drag me into?!” Chisaki grabbed a gun and Izuku threw his slick soaked panties in his face causing him to drop it. “What the…”

Chisaki was still an alpha, afterall.
“Good, I was hoping you would bring one!” Izuku grabbed the gun and pointed it at him. “Get on your knees.”

Chisaki had no choice but to obey as he begrudgingly kneeled.

“And you. Don’t make a move.” He pointed it at Touya.
“What do you want, huh?! You don’t have the guts to shoot us!” Chisaki snapped.

“Do you wanna try me?! I’m in heat you know. I’m not exactly in the right mindset!” Izuku laughed. “I can do anything if it makes me feel REALLY good. And you know what would make me feel good?”
“You’re crazy!” Touya lunged at him and Izuku shot him in the leg. “AHHHH!”

“Oh! Wow! It’s a silencer! Even more convenient!” Izuku giggled as he pet the gun.

“JUST WHAT DO YOU WANT?!” Chisaki snapped.

“I want you…to do to him what he did to me.” Izuku said coldly.
“Huh?” Both alphas looked at him in confusion.

“Touya took something special from me. He hurt me in a way I could never recover from. So sorry Chisaki.” He pointed the gun at his head. “You’re going to have to get REALLY DIRTY and I MIGHT let you live.”
“You sick freak!” Chisaki grabbed his leg and Izuku shot him in the arm. “AHHHH! I’d rather die then humiliate myself that way! You wanna kill me then do it!!!”

“You’re no fun, Chisaki Kai.” Izuku said sadly. “Suit yourself. I’ll have him top you.”

“YOU WOULDN’T DARE!”
“Touya wants to live, right?” Izuku pointed the gun at him. “So do it.”

“Fine! Fine! I’ll get this over with and then when I get out of here, I will hunt you down and end your pathetic little life!”

Izuku smiled brightly. “I’m happy you see it my way.”
Izuku honestly didn’t care to see it. He sat back and read a book as he heard the two alphas struggle. Then when Touya screamed in anger for having lost the fight and having Chisaki violate him. He stood up and shot both of them in the head.

“I said ‘might’” He laughed.
Izuku realized he had to do something about the bodies before Kacchan got there the next day. Luckily for him. There was a trash chute in the hallway. Maybe not the most conspicuous place to hide a body but he was already planning on turning himself in.
They were garbage and they deserved to be disposed of as such.

Izuku was surprised that beside the blood stain the smell of distressed alpha in the apartment, there wasn’t much traces left of them. He got cleaning supplies and got to work.
Izuku scrubbed and scrubbed and before he knew it, there was only a tiny spot left. He sighed in relief in his handy work.

“IZUKU!” Katsuki burst in the loft door followed by Deputy Takami.

“Kacchan?!” Izuku gasped. “T-Takami-Sensei?!”

“Izuku-kun! You’re okay.” Keigo sighed.
Katsuki looked around to see if that horrible monster was anywhere and that’s when he realized the whole place smelled like bleach. Izuku was on the floor scrubbing and his shirt had blood on it.

“No one came up here, did they?” Katsuki questioned, fearing the answer.
“Midoriya!” Todoroki and Kirishima said at the same time as they rushed into the apartment.

“Bakugo?! Deputy Takami?!” Shoto blinked. “Touya didn’t come up here, did he?”

“Or Chisaki Kai! I saw his car out there! No one hurt you, did they?!” Kirishima questioned.
“I killed them. So no, nobody hurt me.” Izuku confessed firmly while scrubbing the rug.

“Huh? Izuku…” Keigo said, horrified. “You wouldn’t…”

“I did. All me, Takami-Sensei. They deserved it. They are in the trash dumb downstairs if you need proof. You can arrest me.”
At that moment, Keigo had to act quickly as all three of the alphas in the room turned on him with murderous intentions.

“WAIT WAIT! HOLD ON!” Keigo pulled a gun out and pointed it at them. “I’m on your side here!”

“Don’t hurt Takami-Sensei, Kacchan.” Izuku said lifelessly.
“You dummy!” Katsuki cried. “Why did you do that?! I was going to end their pathetic lives! I was gonna protect you!”

“Actually, we were going to do it.” Shoto confessed. “We were going to do it so you and Bakugo could be happy.”

“Yeah, so arrest us!” Eijiro pleaded.
“Izuku…” Keigo sat next to him. “This will be my last lesson I teach you. I really had a lot of fun with you running around the office.” He smiled at him. “Sometimes in the eyes of the law, what’s right isn’t always what’s just.”

“I think I’ve realized that.”
“But when you’re in a position of power like myself, sometimes you can bend Justice to your will.” Keigo winked. “All it takes is a little creativity.”

“What do you mean?” Izuku asked him.

“I mean leave your mom’s care up to me. And follow my instructions to the letter.”
Three months later

“Kacchan! Listen! You can really hear the ocean in this one!” Izuku put a seashell to his ear.

“What’s it say? Your bright green swim trunks are too small on you?” Katsuki snickered.
“No! It says Kacchan is not getting any tonight if he keeps being mean!” Izuku stuck his tongue out.

“Hey!” Katsuki snatched the shell from his hand. “FUCK YOU, SHELL!” He threw it back to the sea which washed it right back up with the next wave.
Izuku laughed before picking up the shell. “Looks like it wants you to hear what it has to say.”

Katsuki rolled his eyes before grabbing Izuku’s face and kissing him roughly. Their life had been peaceful like this. Simple. They both ran away to Keigo’s beach house.
He gave them new identities so they were able to freely start over. They wore disguises in public so no one would recognize them. Their private beach was the only place they could be themselves.

The official story was that Chisaki had murdered Izuku and tried to frame Katsuki
Katsuki was so distraught at losing his mate, he busted out of prison and ended his life. Touya was the hit man Chisaki paid and they got into a dispute over money and ended up killing each other. Katsuki and Izuku’s mothers knew the real story and they wrote letters in secret.
Kacchan ended up getting a job at a bookstore close to home. Their new life was abrupt but it worked for them.

Izuku finally felt safe and the happiest he had ever been. They even got married. It was their new identities on the legal documents but it may as well have been them.
More importantly, they were officially mated.

“Go on.” Izuku whispered. “Listen to what it has to say.”

“Fine. But only cause you insist.” Katsuki rolled his eyes. He put the shell into his ear and Izuku tiptoed and whispered.

“My life has never been better. Thank you.”
“You cute little shit.” Katsuki snickered before kissing him intensely. “I love you.”

“I love you too.” Izuku smiled happily.

“Gonna share that love with the rest of us?” Kirishima questioned as he and Todoroki sunbathed.

They decided to join them in the spur of the moment.
“No! It’s all mine!” Katsuki snapped.

“Sharing is caring!”

“No one is sharing Kacchan!” Izuku squeezed him possessively.

“Would you guys calm down? I’m trying to relax.” Shoto sighed while putting cucumbers on his eyes.

“You don’t have to try hard.” Eijiro observed.
“This new life is rather peaceful.”

“It’s not really a new life.” Izuku said while looking up at Katsuki. “It’s just our life. The life we were meant to have.”

“Yeah.” Katsuki grinned. “Our life.” He kissed him happily as the sun set on another day in their new forever.

Midoriya Kazui was excited as his dam dressed him up in his best clothes. Combed his unruly spiky hair, and put the smell good stuff all over him. It was a routine he was used to and something he found fun.

"Today, I'm gonna do it!" Izuku puffed his cheeks.
"Yeah! There's lantern sharks! And Lemon sharks and Whale sharks! And Nurse sharks!" Kazui and the kid, Mahiro became fast friends. Kazui ended up following him and his family all through the aquarium.

"You should come have dinner with us!" Mahiro begged.
"Yeah! That sounds fun!" Kazui completely forgot about his class as he walked out of the aquarium with them to the parking lot.

"Where are your parents, dear?" Kazui's mother asked him. "We're happy Mahiro made a friend, but.. maybe it's time you go back with your Mama?"

CW: Self Harm, Dark themes (But major healing and love at end!)

Midoriya Izuku lived his biggest dream as the number one hero. It was a short time, but it was the best time of his life. He lost One for All at 23 years old and now he was back to being quirkless.
Izuku gratefully guzzled the water as Katsuki held his head to his heart and let him hear it beat. He always knew exactly what to do.

“Kacchan, you had a hard night last night.” Izuku reminded him. “I saw the news, you were helping those civilians evacuate for hours.”
“The last thing you need to worry about is my runny eggs!”

“Izuku!” Katsuki kissed him. “When we got married, I made an oath. In sickness and in health, damnit! Helping you and your runny eggs is my job that I take seriously!”

Izuku smiled gratefully at him.

Bakugo Katsuki was a very important businessman. No, he was more like a business tyrant. Needless to say, he was extremely busy and this annoying ass wedding planner was the last of his worries. He looked at his assistant,
“I had the wrong idea about you. Thank you for watching over my son. Please continue to allow him to be part of your success.” Inko bowed.

“It wouldn’t be success without him.” Katsuki smirked before standing up. “I’ll try and take more days off for the both of us.”

Izuku jolted awake as his alarm blared for him to get ready for work. Shit! Was he at his mom’s?! He hadn’t slept here in two years, at least. His began to pound. Oh no.
Oh no.
Oh no no no!

How much did he drink last night?! What did he do?!

“Are you boys ready for your first day?” Bakugo Mitsuki excitedly asked her son and his childhood friend as they walked out of the house.

“Don’t you dare snap a picture!” Katsuki seethed.
“I am excited, thank you Auntie.” Izuku smiled at her politely and let her take a photo. He then followed Kacchan out the door nervously.

“You better walk behind me!” Katsuki roared.

“Whatever you say, Kacchan.” Izuku said dejectedly. Their relationship was bad.
Izuku could only blame himself for it. He kept his distance from the alpha. But he had to live with him, and unbeknownst to Katsuki, he had to have a future with him. Because they were married.

Izuku wished he could be blissfully unaware of this fact like Kacchan was.

Midoriya Izuku took a deep breath as he looked into the morning sunrise. He needed to do it. He needed to confess his love to Kacchan. Ever since the war, things between them were nice… but awkward. There was something unspoken. A looming tension.
“I wish it were that easy, but the other world has enchanted objects! The other me insisted the Kacchan from that world was great at tricking people with it! I know the Kacchan from our world would never hurt Kazu, but I can’t risk it not being that Kacchan!” Izuku stressed.
“I get it.” Katsuki sighed as he stared down at the journal. “It’s really ours, huh? The brat?”

Izuku paused for a moment. “Yeah… he’s a lot like you.”

They stared at each other as that thought set in. They had a child that they made together. Out of love.
