1/17.📢The core team of @LossAndDamage has arrived at #COP27 and we would like to take this opportunity to introduce ourselves. Please come and say hello 👋 and let us know 📩☎️ if you’d like to meet 🗣️to learn more about #LossAndDamage and our work. 🧵

2/17. Our founder @Rininreallife is working with us virtually 💻 for this COP. Erin, alongside @HeidiMareeWhite, will be providing technical support on #LossAndDamage for several negotiators from the #GlobalSouth. Together, Erin and Heidi lead our Support Centre.

3/17. @Rininreallife also leads the support team to the #NewGeneration, a group of young negotiators from from the #GlobalSouth that @LossandDamage works with alongside @youthmakechange and @IIED.

4/17.Our coordinator @nhyacinthe791 will be focusing on her role as a #LossAndDamage negotiator for #Rwanda and will be spending a lot of time in negotiation rooms, so please do say hello if you see her! Hyacinthe also co-leads @LossDamageYouth's advocacy and outreach work group.

5/17. Our Advocacy and Outreach work is led by @TeoSkeaping. At #COP27 he will be meeting with existing and potential partners and L&DC friends. Reach out to Teo if you’re interested in working with us or if you are a journalist.

6/17. The co-coordinator of our work on #LossAndDamage finance, @MukayirangaEva also at #COP27 and will be negotiating finance for #Rwanda. At #COP27 Eva will focus on the negotiators and when not negotiating will also lead @LossDamageYouth's working group on training.

7/17. Our support to negotiators from the #GlobalSouth is led by @HeidiMareeWhite who also leads our project on the #SantiagoNetwork for #LossAndDamage. At #COP27 Heidi will be focused on the negotiations and keeping us up to speed with everything technical.

8/17. Also on our team is @InezaGrrace the Global Coordinator of @LossDamageYouth. At #COP27 Ineza will split her time between the negotiations and amplifying youth voices — both inside and outside negotiating rooms— from around the world🌐.
