I went to HR of the department and institution;
I discussed it with a disability adviser;
I discussed it with the international office adviser;
I filed a formal complaint with the dean; I consulted with the ombudsperson.
The outcome of all of this was zero
I complained to the HR representative, who raised the issue to the head of the department, who then spoke to the bully without giving my identity. The bully then emailed the entire group asking the person who had complained to come forward. Nothing changed
