The Pre-Alpha Testnet consists of Scroll L1 and Scroll L2 test network (a fork of Ethereum utilizing a PoA-based consensus, and a zero-knowledge rollup testnet deployed on top of the former).

There are some pre-deployed demo applications: a faucet on Scroll L1, a bridge between Scroll L1 and Scroll L2 based on the @HopProtocol UI, a fork of @Uniswap V2 running on Scroll L2, block explorers for both Scroll L1 and L2 using @blockscoutcom , and a rollup explorer.

Then open the site below :

- Next we are going to configure our metamask for the scroll testnet
• Click on " Add to Metamask"
• Click on "Approve"
• Switch Network to Scroll T1
• Repeat same for the rest.

You can check your #metamask wallet to see if all networks and tokens were added.

Second, We claim faucet.

To continue the testnet from here, look at the picture below and see where the navigation bar is. I will refer to it.

On the Nav. bar, click on faucet to go to the faucet app or use the link :
prealpha.scroll.io/faucet/

To prevent faucet botting, you must sign in with Twitter. We request read-only access. Your Twitter account must have at least 1 Tweet, 30 followers, and be older than 1 month.

Once in the Faucet app, click the Request button and approve your twitter to receive 1 TSETH and 100 TSUSDC in your Scroll L1 wallet. It may take a few seconds for them to appear, but you can check the status by looking for a transaction to your address on the L1 Block Explorer.

● BRIDGE

Click the Bridge button in the navigation bar to open the Bridge app, which is based on Hop Exchange UI. The Bridge supports Deposit and Withdraw operations.

We will deposit from Scroll L1 to L2 and Withdraw from Scroll L2 back to L1.
