*note: there is no such thing as a “labour shortage.” There are only compensation shortages.

If businesses cannot offer the wages and benefits needed to attract workers, then it is the wages and benefits lacking.

Environments hostile to workers require greater compensation.

What’s going on with this is that education funding is being diverted from public secular institutions to private, for-profit, religious organizations.
