Looks like BJP failed to manage internal dissent and sidelined winning candidates. This is going to be one of its challenges going forward.

Also a Congress win may indicate the conversion mafia has gained ground in Himachal.

Overall, BJP has also done a poor job at keeping its own cadre enthused. Doesn't address their issues or their work but bends over to please the other side.
Yes, BJP does not act against conversion but conversion mafia acts against it.

Another case of BJP trying to "win over" the enemy by appeasement while shooting itself in its own foot.

OPS is unsustainable economically. But yes, other parties may push for that. My solution is to reduce the size of government dramatically.

Does anyone understand the disappearing replies bug (?) of @Twitter?

It says there are 6 replies .e.g. When I open it there is only 1 (mine), and 1 quote tweet.

The other replies are there though, you can find them via search. @elonmusk @TwitterSupport Image
Happens in so many Tweets, this was just an example. How many replies do you see on expanding it?

Like, here is a reply that I found via search, but has been disappeared from under the Tweet when you expand it.

1. Own up to the brutal history of Islamic Conquest
2. Return the temple sites destroyed and built over.
3. Reject special schemes, institutions, law for "Muslims-only" by the govt. Root for equality.
4. Acknowledge the ongoing violence by Muslims against non-Muslims, from Pakistan to Kashmir to Bengal to Bangladesh.
5. Speak up against community-enabled violence, rape and targeting of non-Muslim women.
6. Acknowledge wrongs, stop playing victim.

They didn’t. But if they feel bad about that wouldn’t they be volunteering to turn the Hindu temple sites back rather than fighting tooth and nail to keep the monuments to brutality?

Unfortunately @NaorGilon’s statement is too “diplomatic” and fails to actually take a stand.

What #NadavLapid did was holocaust denial. To make it about being a good guest implies Lapid was right but needed to be polite.

This is a fail from the ambassador.
False. Read what he says.

He’s upset that people are doubting Schindlers List and he is condemning that people are making that parallel.

He is not likening the Kashmir genocide to the holocaust.
Here’s what Gilon is telling Lapid.

1. You should have been a good guest
2. India is supporting Israel films so be pragmatic
3. He is upset at Indian comments doubting holocaust films as a result of Lapid’s words.

Lol, that’s quite a spin.

Apparently Pakistan become a terrorist state because US “bombed” it (exactly what are you talking about) and “warmongered” and that created a whole lot of Islamic terrorist group arraigned against India. 😆

Nothing to do with Pakistan’s proxy war.
A good example of how *not* to do research. @DrJavadTHashmi works to fit facts to his theory rather than build a theory based on observation.

Apparently Boko Haram exists because US bombed Nigeria. And elite Bangladeshis slaughtered non-Muslims in a cafe for the same reason.
What the argument underscores is the complete lack of agency of Muslims. Poor dears, they just can’t help becoming terrorists because of the big bad West.

The US has badly messed up lots of places in the world. Not all respond with terrorizing their own societies and neighbors.

I don't see a problem with students practising English-speaking skills. Try Chinese too.

The problem is in *denying* opportunities to those without English-speaking/writing skills. Government must end #EnglishApartheid in higher education and judiciary and level playing field.
The so-called "Dravidian" hate movement against #HindiImposition was never about Tamil. EVR called Tamil a barbarian language.

It was always about establishing English supremacy. Just like Hindu/Brahmin-hate ia a cover for #ChristoIslamic conversion.

Lol. "English-medium" is not needed for corporate jobs in China or Japan or Korea or Germany or France. Even for MNCs. Why is it *needed* in India?
