Rename it #AMC Theatres International, put Odeons and Finniko, other Euro theatres and Saudi AMC Cinemas all the other subsidiaries under #AMC Theatres International (sounds grander, more powerful). New CUSIP # assigned for shares of new co. Exposing uncovered #NakedShorts
New CUSIP ID and name change will expose the #NakedShorts. STATED reason - to unite businesses under common branding 😉
Or it could be a merger of #AMC and #HYMC that results in one company with a new CUSIP. Or #AMC merging with a different third party
