#DelhiHighCourt to hear a criminal appeal by MLA Kuldeep Singh Sengar against CBI.
Sengar is an accused in the Unnao Rape Case. He was sentenced to life term Imprisonment for raping a minor girl in UP's unnao in 2017.

Correction *Former BJP MLA
Counsel for Sengar informs the court, that the present plea has been moved for interim bail for attending marriage of his daughter scheduled on February 8, 2023.
On contrary, the counsel for CBI submits that he is also a convict in a #rapecase & has his bail plea is pending.
Taking note of the submissions, the court lists the matter for January 16, 2023.
