These bad apartments wouldn’t exist if there was no profit. And who are they profiting from? The Federal Government. Stop paying for subpar living conditions.
Other steps to reduce the crime, stop liberal policies like defunding police, support and let police do their jobs, enact school choice, create jobs, encourage community redevelopment (opportunity zone districts) and support entrepreneurship.
