On April 1st or known as April Fool’s Day, Katsuki receives a letter from his FwB, Alpha Izuku. In the letter, Izuku states that he is pregnant with Katsuki’s child. And with the letter, an ultrasound photo…

Katsuki doesn’t believe it.

Rewrite of this old thread:
Katsuki still remembers that day he received that letter.

He was looking through his and his dorm mates’ mail when he saw familiar handwriting.

“Tch! /Now/ you decide to contact me,” mumbles Katsuki. “But why a letter, stupid Deku.”
Deku, or known as Midoriya Izuku, was a boy he knew throughout his childhood. Deku came from a pretty well off family and his father was friends with Katsuki’s parents.

So he and Deku played together a lot. But, like the little shit that he was, began seeing the green haired boy
as someone inferior to him.

Their relationship soured by the time middle school came about and then Katsuki’s family had to move. They didn’t keep in contact after the move.

Until a year or two ago, during his first semester at Uni, Katsuki saw him again.
It was at a Frat Party. Deku grew up into a pretty decent looking alpha. Now he sported a bit of goatee and muscles that clearly defined him as an alpha. But he still wore dorky nerd glasses.

And he looked uncomfortable being surrounded by drunk people.
He didn’t know why, but, like a knight in shining armor, Katsuki offers to take Deku some place quieter. A little reunion for the two of them.

Now that he was up closer to Deku, he had a nice scent too. Mint mixed with a strong pine.

And he didn’t miss the way Izuku’s pupils
dilated a bit, the little sniffs the alpha did.

Katsuki knew his scent was… enticing. All the smelly omegas would gush about it and then would try to get into his pants.

He would growl at them to leave him alone. But he didn’t mind the look Izuku was giving him.
In fact, it made something inside him stir as he wordless led Deku out of that house party and to his car.

Not even a second in the car, he doesn’t remember who initiated it, was when they started heavily making out.

Then the next having full blown sex in Katsuki’s backseat.
And that was how their friends (sort of) with benefits relationship began. Katsuki didn’t particularly like omegas and most definitely didn’t want to get an omega pregnant while still in school.

His mother would kill him and bury him in their backyard.
Deku seemed to have the same mindset and was even the one that suggested the friends with benefits idea.

Well, sex was sex to Katsuki regardless if he was sleeping with another alpha male.

So they continued their arrangement, but didn’t necessarily make up for the years that
turned sour when they reached middle school.

Katsuki did want to bring it up, but Izuku would dodge it. Maybe he didn’t want to be reminded of that time period?

Katsuki had no clue.

Everything was going great until a few weeks ago.
They were at a drive thru because the damn nerd was starving. So he took him to a local Ronald’s and ordered him a burger.

But the moment he got the bag into the car, Deku looked like he was going to barf.
/“Oi, nerd, you feeling okay?”/

/“N-No… I feel nauseous and that smell isn’t helping…,” Izuku groaned out, placing his hand over his mouth and nose. Katsuki’s was confused./

/“What smell? I don’t smell anything beside these greasy burgers you begged me to get you.”/
/“I-I think it’s the burgers…! I-I’m going to-“/

Yeah, Katsuki billed Deku for the vomit that had to be professionally cleaned out of his car. But after that, he heard Deku had been visiting doctors with his mom.

And over the course of these weeks, Deku doesn’t return any of
his calls and messages.

Which Katsuki found quite odd considering how Deku wanted to exchange phone numbers to keep in contact in the first place.

And Deku has been considered MIA on campus, but rumors say he switched to online schooling because he’s dangerously sick.
Katsuki did remember that Deku would get sick pretty badly as a kid.

So maybe those rumors were true.

But it doesn’t explain why he can’t at least answer one text. Deku was the type to be on his phone a lot to chat, even when sick.

Fairly odd behavior.
For now, Katsuki gazes down at the letter before tearing it open and taking out a folded piece of paper.

Unfolding it, something falls and lands on the ground. Katsuki picks it up and examines it.

It’s… an ultrasound picture.

Why did Deku send him an ultrasound pic?
He sees on the picture a little blob that Katsuki remembers is supposed to be the fetus inside a person’s womb.

Again, why did Deku send him something like this?

Turning his attention to the letter, he hopes that the answer will be there.
[Dear Kacchan,

[I’m writing this letter to you since it seems like you aren’t responding to my calls and texts.]

What the fuck? /HE/ is the one not responding to Katsuki’s messages.

[I haven’t been feeling very well lately and I have visited several doctors. Not one could tell
me what was wrong.]

Katsuki hums a bit. Those rumors about Deku being seriously sick are turning out to be more true than he thought. He continues reading.

[Then I went to one doctor who suggested the craziest thing I’ve ever heard: taking a pregnancy test.]
Katsuki almost laughs out loud at the absurdity of that.

[I know you will laugh, I did too and explained to the doctor that I’m biologically an alpha male. But she insisted and did the blood test… It came out positive, Kacchan.]

This makes Katsuki freeze in place.
There’s no fucking way this shit is true. Katsuki unconsciously made his way back into his dorm room. His roommates, Kaminari Denki and Sero Hanata, were too busy playing a video game to notice him.

He continued to read.

[I had her retake that test several times, even gave new
blood samples to test, but it remained the same. I’m somehow pregnant despite being a male alpha.]

Katsuki scoffed at this. This shit was getting more asinine by the minute.

[Then she did an ultrasound on my stomach and it took a few minutes, but… she found the baby forming
inside me. My body somehow made a womb, which was something she had never seen before. She told me I was around, based on the size, 10 weeks along… And the only person I had sex with for the last two years was with you…]

Katsuki didn’t believe his eyes as he read the next line
Deku wrote.

[So, you’re my baby’s dad. You don’t have to be in the baby’s life, but I just thought you deserved to know. In case you wanted something, I sent a copy of my ultrasound photo. This pregnancy will be very difficult. So I’m staying out of school until the due date.]
[Maybe I’ll hear back from you onc-]

Katsuki crumpled the letter and threw it into the trash. “Trying to play a joke on me, huh? Asshole.”

He remembered the date. 2xxx April 1st.

Also known as April Fool’s Day.

“Not falling for it bastard.”
He slipped out his phone and, like he had done before, called Deku’s phone.

And, like before, a robotic message answers him.

(I am sorry, the number you reached is not available right now. Please call back at a later time.)

Gnashing his teeth, he hung up the phone.
“Whoa! Dude!” whined Kaminari, covering his nose. “My poor beta senses are suffering over here! What’s got your jockstrap in a twist today?”

“One, /never/ say that to me again,” he growled out. “Two, just some bullshit pissing me off.”
“Everything pisses you off,” remarked Sero, not once taking his eyes off the video game he was playing. “What else is new?” He saw the picture Katsuki still clutched in his hand; he then smirked a bit. “Did someone send you actual pics of their nudes again?”
Katsuki scowled, discarding the photo into the trash as well. “Nope, something else that was obviously a prank. I’m heading for the damn shower.”

He marched toward the his bed to grab his toiletries and such. “Also, don’t you morons have reports due by midnight tonight?”
The look of pure horror crosses their faces would never stop making Katsuki smirk.

“O-Oh shit! My report for Aizawa-sensei’s!” Kaminari screamed in horror and fright. “He warned me he would fail me if I was late again!”

“I need to finish my assignments for Kayama-sensei’s class
or she will punish me for sure…,” muttered Sero, a haunted look on his face. “She’s a sadist I tell you…!”

Katsuki rolled his eyes, about to head for the communal showers downstairs.

“Dumbasses…”

.

.

.

.

“Hey,” remarked Kaminari. “Let’s see exactly what he threw away.”
Sero raised a brow. “Your ADHD is showing. You’re just trying to get out of writing again and wait until the last minute to finish the essay.”

“I am not! My curiosity had been piqued and I’m dying to know what kind of risqué photo our boy threw away with so much malice.”
Sero rolled his eyes as he tried to finish his art history paper as Kaminari raided the trash bin. After a minute or so, Kaminari exclaimed in triumph.

“Found it!”

Sero sighed and and turned to see the electric blond opening the wadded picture. His eyes were sparkling in
mischief that quickly morphed in to that of confusion.

“What the…?”

Sero asked, “Something wrong?”

“Yeah, take a look at this.” He handed Sero the picture and the raven haired guy looked down, expecting anything other than what he was seeing.
“Dude, this ain’t a nude photo,” remarked Kaminari. “It’s a fucking ultrasound picture.”

Sero nodded. “Yeah… Maybe a desperate omega is going after Bakugou-san again.”

“Could be… It’s happened before. That bitch was nuts. What was her name again?”

“Not sure, but I have to
admit, she was pretty hot.”

Kaminari nodded before looking down at the ultrasound photo again. It didn’t seem to be a fake though…

“Just throw it away,” said Sero, turning his attention back to his work. “Bakugou-san will be back soon and if he catches you both slacking off
and clutching that picture, kiss your ass goodbye.”

“Yeah, yeah.” For some strange reason, Kaminari couldn’t bring himself to throw away the ultrasound.

He quietly slipped it into one of his binders. ‘Welp, what Bakugou-san won’t know won’t let him kill me.’

Katsuki still hasn’t heard anything from Deku. Not ever since he got that prank letter and ultrasound photo.

Fucker must of been getting back at him for the bullying he caused him. Not saying he didn’t deserve it though…
He’s on his way to work, a small restaurant that sells amazing quality food. Katsuki doesn’t doubt that one day the owner will make it big one day.

Suddenly, a car with blacked out windows comes up beside him as he comes to a stop at a crosswalk.
The rear window rolls down and a voice calls out to him. “Bakugou Katsuki.”

Katsuki turns and, after so many years, comes face to face with none other than Midoriya Inko.

“Midoriya-san,” he says, remembering the usually calm demeanor beta woman from his childhood.
“So good to see you , young man,” she replies, a tight smile on her face. Like she didn’t want to be smiling at all. “I’m sorry this is out of the blue, but I /insist/ that you come with me this instant.”

Katsuki cocks a brow. “What? Did something happen?” Then a thought occurs
to him. “Did something happen to your so-“

Out of nowhere, two big alphas scoop Katsuki off the ground and practically shove him into the backseat of the luxury car before joining him inside.

“Oi! This can be considered kidnapping!” He snaps.

Inko just sits in front of him,
her a picture perfect rendition of poise. From her designer white blouse and black pencil skirt to her gold stiletto heels. Her manicured hands fold neatly in her lap, her smile abandoning her face.

He scowls at her. “I’m going to be late for work. So, what the hell is this all
about?”

Inko is silent for a moment before replying, “You asked about the well-being of my son, yes?”

Katsuki frowns hard. “Yeah… Where the fuck has he been? I heard he’s been sick.”

“Yes, he has,” Inko answers. “Caused by none other than you.”
Katsuki blinks in confusion. He knows he’s clean. Constantly goes to the doctor for checkups in case anything from his past comes up later.

So he growls out, “I ain’t given him a life threatening disease, if that’s what you think.”

“Oh, I know you’re not sick.”
“Okay, so-“

“Let me finish, Bakugou-san,” she says with authority. The guys on either side of him glare down at him, daring Katsuki to say anything to their mistress. He grumbles, but let’s her continue. “I know you aren’t sick… But you did /infect/ my son with something…
quite shocking.”

After those words leave her mouth, Katsuki unconsciously thinks back to that letter and picture he got in the mail. He shakes it, remembering it being a load of crap prank.

“And what exactly did I /infect/ your son with?”

“You’ll see when we get there.”
Katsuki finally notices that the car is moving along the road, the usual hum of a car engine absent. This must be one of those electric cars that don’t make any noise.

“And where exactly? Also, I’m seriously going to be late for work.”

Inko smiles, but, once again, it feels
fake as hell. “Don’t worry, I notified your place of work that a family emergency came up today and you won’t be able to make it in.”

Okay, Katsuki is a bit… disturbed by this. How the Hell did she figure out where he worked? Not even Deku knew where he worked at.
“You still haven’t told me exactly as to /where/ we are going. Where are you taking me to?” he asks, irritation flaring up in his scent. So much so, Inko has to pull out a fancy fan and fan her face.

A look of annoyance crosses her face before turning to look out the window.
“You’ll find out soon enough, Bakugou-san.”

Damn woman and her cryptic words. All Katsuki can do is sit and wait for this weird ride to be over.

No one speaks as the car drives along and after what seems like an eternity or stopping and going…
The car comes to a full stop and the driver goes, “We have arrived to the location, Midoriya-dono.”

Inko just nods as the two burly alphas step out of the car and one holds open the door for her and Katsuki to step out.

Inko steps out first, then Katsuki.
Once outside, Katsuki takes a look at his surroundings. He appears to be in a fancier part of the city, high rise buildings everywhere he looks.

Then he looks in front of him and sees a sign that reads: “Shie Hassaikai Medical Center”.
“Follow me, Bakugou-san.” Inko walks forward, her heals clicking on the with almost every step she takes.

The burly guys behind him give him a harsh nudge forward to follow her. The antiseptic smell of hospitals hits him when the front doors slide open as they all enter.
The front reception glances up from his computer, his honeycomb scent cranking up in sweetness level when Inko comes in.

Inko immediately smiles at him as the receptionist says, “Third floor, Midoriya-san.”
Inko nods as she and Katsuki walk for the elevators. Katsuki hisses out, “Okay, tell me why /I’m/ here. Is Deku in this hospital and that’s why he hasn’t been answering my calls and texts?”

The woman harshly turns back, her beta scent agitated a bit. “All I can say is that my
son is dangerously ill and being taken care of by the best of the best. /You/ aren’t here to seem my darling boy though.”

Wait, then why the fuck-

An elevator opens up and the bodyguards escort Katsuki inside followed by Inko. She taps her heels as she presses the button for
the third floor. The elevator doors shut and the contraption begins moving up. With each floor is an annoying dinging noise that frankly grates at Katsuki’s nerves.

They finally reach the third floor and the doors open up to a sign waiting for them.

“NICU to left.”
‘NICU…?’ Katsuki thinks as he’s practically shoved out of the elevator, following behind Inko.

They all head left.

At the entrance to the NICU wing, they are all provided masks so they don’t spread any germs. Katsuki begrudgingly puts his own as they are once again on the
move into the NICU wing.

The sounds of machines and the cries of infants hits Katsuki all at one time. His inner alpha is strangely starting to react despite not ever doing such a thing before.

Maybe because his alpha can sense these are sick and most likely premature babies?
They stop at a door that leads to a room with, strangely, one incubator. Inside this incubator is a small infant with those oxygen tubes in their nose and have all sorts of wiring on them.

There’s a heart monitor measuring the infant’s heart rate.
Katsuki’s alpha is starting to go a bit nuts. It keeps exclaiming the same thing over and over again.

/Pup! My pup…! Pup!/

“Alright!” exclaims Katsuki at Inko, the bodyguards tensing beside him. “Why the Hell have you brought me here for? Who’s kid is that? Tell me!”
Inko turns, an angry and irritated scowl on her face.

She snaps out in disgust. “This child… is /yours/, Bakugou Katsuki.” She stalks forward, like an angry predator. “I don’t know how you did it, but you got my /alpha/ son pregnant with it.”
It…

Did she just refer to a baby as being an “it”?

But what shocks Katsuki is her claim. “Are you part of this charade too? I got his letter on April Fool’s Day and I’m not falling for it!”

What he receives is a harsh slap to the face.
Katsuki is taken aback by this. His mind went blank for a second, but then he turns /angry/, his scent filling the room.

“What the Hell, you stupid-!”

Suddenly, the monitor of the baby’s heart rate turns a bit erratic. The alpha inside him growls.

/Hurt our pup! Stop!/
His pheromones stop and the infant’s heart rate goes back to normal slowly. He glances at Inko and sees the small smile on her lips. But the look in her eyes is downright malicious.

She… brought him inside and so close to a premature infant on purpose.

This… /bitch/ is rotten
to her core.

She was never this way when he was a kid. Inko was the kind of mother that would keep her distance, but be polite. So that means she must have been a great fucking actress.

She’s the literal definition of a wolf in sheep’s clothing.
“Your alpha stopped you, I take it,” inquires Inko, tilting her head a bit. “That just proves my point that you’re this child’s father. Your alpha would never let you cause harm to your own infant, especially in this state.”

Katsuki grits his teeth because that’s all his alpha
is chanting since they got to this floor. Nothing fake could make his alpha react like it did.

This… this is /real/.

And that child in the incubator… is his and-

“Where’s Deku?”
He takes a step forward, a growl escaping his throat. If the baby is this small and has to be put on machines to even breathe, then Deku might be in bad shape.

He may not have heard from the nerd and all phone calls keep getting that robotic voice doesn’t mean Katsuki’s a
heartless monster.

Inko’s expression hardens. “His whereabouts are none of /your/ concern, but I will tell you this.” She leans in, her beta scent agitated. “My son died approximately /3/ times giving birth to /your/ child.”
Inko jabbed a finger into Katsuki’s chest. “His body was not equipped to handle a fetus. But bless my naive son, he stuck it out for 7 months. It took a huge toll on both his mind and body. Then, he went into early labor yesterday morning.”
Katsuki feels a small pit forming in his soul at this news. Izuku went into labor and practically died 3 times while delivering the child. His alpha stirs.

/Bad alpha. Wasn’t there for him and pup./
“His heart stopped about two times and then his blood pressure dropped so much,” explained Inko. “If his heart stopped again, the doctors said it was very likely they wouldn’t get it to restart again while in traditional labor. So they decided to go for an emergency c-section.”
Inko sighs, rubbing her temple while the bags underneath her eyes come to Katsuki’s attention. They must have been hidden under makeup. “Before all this, his mental health took a sharp dive. So much so, he said he didn’t want to keep the child anymore. So he signed this.”
She pulls out a folded document and hands it to Katsuki. He takes it and opens it up to see a document that makes the alpha’s eyes widen.

The document is a /Relinquishment of Parental Rights/.

At the bottom, Izuku’s signature is there plain as day.
Katsuki almost crumbles up the paper, trying hard to keep his pheromones in check. “Is this what Deku /truly/ wants?” He feels like something else is going on here.

Inko nods. “Yes… His mental state is not right at this moment to take care of a child.”
“Then maybe when his health gets better-“

“Bakugou-san, Izuku has been placed into a medically induced coma after the c-section. And they aren’t sure when he will be stable enough to wake up from it.”
Just Katsuki's luck.

First, he was basically kidnapped.

Second, learning that not only was Izuku telling the truth, but is now suddenly a father.

Third, apparantly by Inko, Izuku gave up all his parental rights to the infant.

Thus leaving Katsuki as the only parent this
little infant has.

Inko then struts past him, heading for the door. "Starting today, that child will not be recognized as my granddaughter."

Katsuki looks at the incubator. So... he has a daughter now.

"So, for the sake of my son's wellbeing, you both are to stay away from him
as humanly possible. No calls, texts, social media, etc., from both you and that girl when she grows older. Failure to adhere to my demands will involve law enforcement. Do I make myself clear, Bakugou-san?"

Katsuki clenches his fists, so badly wanting to deck her.
But Inko is a powerful business woman with many connections.

If he so much as lays a single finger on her, he will face charges that will not only put him in debt, but those around him as well. Jail time too and his little girl will be without either parent. He can't do that to
her.

"Crystal clear...," he hisses out, keeping himself from fling himself at the despicable woman. She gives an almost taunting smile, as if she wants him to react to her jabbering.

"Good, this will be our final interaction with each other. Goodbye, Bakugou-san."
With that, she sees herself out of the room along with her bodyguards. The clicking of her expensive heels the last thing Katsuki hears before only hearing the beeping of the heart monitor.

He smirks a bit.

/Midoriya Inko may have won this battle./

Katsuki makes his way closer
to the incubator, seeing how tiny and frail his daughter looks. Tubes and wires are all over her tiny body, her almost consumed by them. He places a hand on the plexiglass seperating them, slowly clawing at it.

/But Katsuki will make sure to win the ENITRE war. And obliterate
that woman if it's the last thing he does./

This entire situation just reeks of manipulation and lies. Whether Izuku is apart of it will remain a mystery for now.

Katsuki notices the wristband on his daughter's little ankle. It reads: M. Kaida.

'Kaida... Little Dragon, huh?'
He looks through the plexiglass more, noticing something wrong. It’s not noticeable from a distance, but from up close…

There’s little drilled holes in what is supposed a closed box to regulate temperature and humidification for the premature infant to thrive. To protect the
infant from all irritants and infections to their delicate skin. And to also keep out strong scents from worried alphas and omegas.

That’s why she was reacting to his scent so badly.

Someone tampered with the incubator.

‘This has that bitch written all over it.’
He also doesn’t like the feel of this hospital at all. And not once since he’s gotten here has a nurse come into check Kaida. Even when her heart monitor was going berserk.

And that receptionist from downstairs was a bit /too/ friendly with Inko.

He’s not leaving his kid here.
He needs to get her somewhere actually safe for her. Then a certain person comes to mind. Someone that has connections to a well known hospital and owes Katsuki a favor.

He reaches for his phone and presses on a contact. After the second ring, a male voice answers, “Hello?”
“Hey former class prez,” says Katsuki, looking down at his child. His alpha is restless, wanting to get his pup to safety. “I’m cashing in that favor you owe me.”

The man, Iida Tenya, says, “Bakugou-san, surprised to hear from you. What do you want?”
“There’s someone I need moved to your family’s hospital. Right now.”

Iida is silent for a moment before replying, “Alright. May I know the patient’s name?”

“Mi- I mean, Bakugou Kaida.”

“A relative of yours?”

“Yeah… She’s my daughter.”
There’s a moment of silence. So much so, Katsuki’s a little worried Iida’s brain is overheating.

Finally, the man over the phone replies, “I’m sorry, your /what/ now?!”
.

.

.

.

“Holy shit, you weren’t lying,” says Sero as he gazes into the incubator, Kaida having all the proper wires and respirator on her tiny body.

“I don’t lie, Scotch Tape!” barks Katsuki, looking at an envelope in his hands.
They are both in a private room at Iida’s family’s hospital. The moment Tenya had arrived at the hospital Katsuki and Kaida were at, he had whispered to Katsuki.

/“This hospital is a death trap.”/

And it was a bitch moving Kaida out of that Shie something hospital. That same
damn receptionist he saw when Inko brought him there was making it difficult to move her. But the moment Iida flashed his family’s crest, a silver Crane with its wings outstretched, that prick’s eyes widened in shock.

And he wasted no time in releasing Kaida into Iida Hospital’s
care.

Now, Katsuki has in his hands a certain test. It had bugged him for a while since this whole thing started.

How was he, an alpha, able to get Deku, another alpha, pregnant without the process of bitching?

Inko, and Deku in his letter, made it clear that he was still an
alpha when he got pregnant with their daughter.

Katsuki knows that he’s truly her father. He also had a DNA test done instead of solely relying on his instincts.

He was 100% a match.

The test in his hands at this moment is a secondary gender test.
He got one done when he first presented at 12, but he remembers the look the doctor had when he was looking at the results.

Like he couldn’t comprehend what he was reading.

Kaminari is beside him, looking down at the envelope. “That the test, man?”

“Yeah.”
Sero is on his other side. “Didn’t you take a secondary test when you presented?”

“I did,” replies Katsuki, slowly opening the envelope. “But something about the doctor’s expression back then and what is happening now is making me question it.”

“Like it could be wrong or
something?”

Katsuki nods. “It won’t be the first time in history that someone’s secondary gender was wrong.”

“That may be,” says Sero, “but we /know/ you aren’t an omega. Nor a beta.”

“Maybe he’s a Prime?”

“If I was a Prime, the doctor back then would have said that.”
“Hey, it was just an idea.” Kaminari shrugs his shoulders. “It’s not like there’s a gender /higher/ than a Prime.”

“Let me just read the damn results!” Katsuki fully opens the envelope and pulls out and unfolds the results paper. He reads it… And reads it again, very confused.
“Something wrong?” Kaminari asks, trying to look at the results. He gets a glimpse and then it’s his turn to be puzzled. “Well, I’ve never seen /that/ before.”

“What the /fuck/?”

Sero looks at the results too, seeing printed one the paper:

[RESULTS: INCONCLUSIVE]
“I’ve never seen or heard of anyone’s second gender being “inconclusive”.” Sero glances up at Katsuki. “Have you?”

Katsuki shakes his head. “No… But I will get to the bottom of this.” He crumples up the results a bit in his hand. “I’m going to find four eyes and have him do
another test.”

Before the betas can say a word, Katsuki stalks out of the room. As he marches down the halls, he knows one thing is clear.

He’s /not/ an alpha.

What he is remains a mystery until more tests can be done. But it does help answer his questions.
Since he’s not an alpha, he must be a gender that can get alphas pregnant. Possibly a secondary gender that is more rare than a prime is.

That’s most likely how he knocked up Deku.

Just thinking about the green haired alpha makes something inside Katsuki /whine/.
Deku died 3 times giving birth to Kaida…

There’s no telling what kind of shape Deku is in right now.

And that snake, Inko, is by his side.

Katsuki feels like Inko has more up her sleeve. She seemed adamant that Kaida and him keep out of Deku’s life and had that document of
relinquishment of parental rights at the ready.

Is that document Katsuki received even real? It probably is, Inko most likely has connections to judges and lawyers.

But is Deku’s signature at the bottom real? Or is it forgery?
‘One thing at a time, Katsuki.’

Katsuki has to take this step by step. Not all at once. But one things for sure.

Inko will manipulate this entire situation to her favor. Making sure Katsuki won’t have a chance.

But Katsuki can wait.

He will wait and pounce when she least
expects him to.

He finds Tenya’s office and marches himself inside. Tenya, at his desk, immediately jabs his arm at him.

“Bakugou-san! Please learn how to-“

“I want you to retest me.” Katsuki holds up the result paper. “I have a feeling I’m… something that will break
medical history. Up for it, Four Eyes?”

Tenya turns silent, folding his arms under his chin in thought. Then he says, “What is this /something/ you think you are?”

Katsuki smirks. “Don’t know. We will just have to figure it out.”

.

.

.

.

Izuku groans a bit as he wakes up.
A white ceiling and the beeping of a heart monitor greet him. His throat feels extremely dry and sore, like something was shoved down his throat earlier.

Then he feels a gentle hand on his head.

“Izuku, my baby boy…!” his mom, Inko, exclaims. “You’re finally awake…!”
“Mom…?” Izuku croaks out, Inko immediately going and grabbing him some water. She presses a button on the side of the bed and Izuku feels himself moving forward until he’s more upright.

She presses the glass to his lips and makes him drink.
He takes greedy swallows, some dripping down his chin. His hand not full of IV’s weakly grasps onto it. Once he’s had his fill, his mother takes away the cup.

His arm weakly falls back onto his abdomen… And something doesn’t feel right.

He was expecting feel the medium sized
bump. To feel the small movements underneath his palm. But he doesn’t feel anything but a flat stomach.

His heart rate begins to pick up as he glances at his mother, her worried expression meeting his.

“M-Mom… W-What happened…? W-Where’s my baby…?”
A torn look crosses her face as she gently takes his hand. “Honey… You’ve been asleep for a while…”

“H-How long…?”

Inko looks away for a bit, as if contemplating her next words. Izuku squeezes her hand, albeit weakly.

“How long, mom…?!”

“5… months…”
5… months…?

Izuku feels his ears start to ring as he looks at his mother, asking again, “A-And my baby… W-Where is my baby, mom?”

Inko slowly shakes her head. “I’m-… I’m sorry Izuku… She didn’t make it through… The stress of your water breaking and the delivery was too
much for a premature baby… I’m so sorry, honey…”

There’s a loud sound Izuku hears and doctors and nurses come rushing in. He sees in his peripheral the doctor injecting something into his IV.

Izuku suddenly feels exhausted and the sound begins to stop.
He realizes the sound he was hearing was the sound of his own screaming.

Inko watches his son be put back to sleep. Wiped off her face the look of a concerned mother, now she dons the look of business woman.

She glances at a nurse. “Is everything in order?”
The nurse nods. “Yes. Everything is in order. We will be expecting the payment shortly, correct?”

Inko nods. “Correct. And all records have been “sealed”, right?”

The nurse nods and Inko finds herself grinning. Good.

Everything is going her way.

CW/TW: mentions of mpreg, blackmail, lying/manipulation, restraining orders, supposed stillborn, revenge, violence, drugging, bad mom Inko
Inko waits in the stupendously clean office. Not a thing is out of place, not even a slip of paper. Her heels click against the mahogany wood while looking at her nails.

Then the door leading into the office opens and a young doctor comes in. He has short, brownish red hair and
yellowish gold eyes. A majority of his face is hidden behind a black mask that matches his black scrubs.

He looks at her, his expression unreadable as usual. “Midoriya-san, pleasure to see you again,” he says in a rather bored tone. “Wasn’t expecting you to still be here.”
“I’m still here because I’ve come to discuss something with you, Chisaki-san,” she replies calmly, folding her hands in her lap. “It’s regards to my son’s condition. He had been put into a medically induced coma for 5 months, correct?”

Chisaki raises a brow. “Yes, considering
I’m the one that ordered him to be put under. Why are you asking something as trivial as this for?”

“It’s about when my son woke up.” Her hands fidget a little. “His muscles had atrophied a bit during his coma.”

“Yes, I’m very well aware of that. What of it?”
“My son was able to lift his arms and displayed strength when he woke up,” she explains. “And I know for a fact that isn’t a normal behavior in coma patients when they awaken.”

Chisaki is silent for a moment, but then says, “It must be his alpha then.”
“His alpha?” inquires Inko, her heel slightly tapping on the floor. “What does his alpha got to do with this?”

Chisaki sighs, rubbing his temple before saying, “His alpha, like all secondary genders, is fueled by instinct and adrenaline. It can cause, despite the condition of
the body, more strength than normal. And for your son’s case, his alpha is more driven by /maternal/ instincts.”

Inko grits her teeth. “I thought the nurses injected him with maternal instinct suppressants during his coma?”

“They have been, but they aren’t /strong/ enough.”
Inko blinks in shock. “They aren’t /STRONG/ enough…!” She hisses, her manicured nails digging into the wood of the seat. “Those nurses said they were the best grade suppressants on the market. How can they not be strong enough…?!”
“Simple really,” says Chisaki, folding his hands in front of him. “He’s the first case of a /male/ alpha becoming pregnant that I’ve ever seen in my career.”

He stands up and heads for his bookcases. He then pulls out a black envelope that was hidden between two books.
“The suppressant drugs that are on the market are more suited for female alphas, and male and female omegas. But nothing for a male alpha.”

“So,” says Inko, her scent souring as she looks at her fellow beta in barely contained annoyance, “you don’t have anything useful in this
hospital to help suppress those bothersome instincts? He will know something isn’t right when those instincts won’t go away despite his child being /dead/.”

“Worry not, Midoriya-san.” He opens the envelope and pulls out a small bag that contains a mystery black powder. “The
moment you first brought him into my hospital, I’ve been working on a little something to help with that.”

“Why didn’t you give that to him in the first place then?” asks Inko with a little bite in her tone.

“Well, this is still considered an experimental drug. Most of its
ingredients I procured from the black market.” He sets the little baggie down on his desk. “I only tested it out on a normal alpha that recently had a child with his omega. But the results were promising.”

Inko cocks a brow. “What happened?”

“His paternal instincts became
nonexistent for at least 5 days.”

Inko feels her jaw almost hit the floor. Five DAYS?! Most on the market suppressants only last a day or two at most for paternal instincts when it’s needed. But five days….

She can’t help the smile that crosses her face.
“If it can wipe away paternal instincts from an alpha so easily…” She grins wider. “Imagine what it will do with maternal ones.”

Chisaki’s eyes gleam a bit. “Only one way to find out. But let’s start off with a /small/ dosage first and see what happens.”

“Likewise.”

It’s been five months since Katsuki got Kaida out of that creepy hospital. She’s doing a whole lot better now.

She had to stay in the NICU until October, which was the month she was supposed to be born in. But Kaida’s more healthy than she was before.
Accept one thing…

“Asthma?” Katsuki asks, his daughter on her back as the doctor exams her. “She may develop asthma…?”

“Yes Bakugou-san,” says the doctor, them adjusting the stethoscope on Kaida. “Her lungs weren’t developed all the way when she was born.”
Katsuki glances at Kaida, who doesn’t have a care in the world. When she looks at him, a little smile crosses her face.

She is developing well like any other baby despite being born so early. Kaida would be considered 3 months old if she was born in October.
His large hand tickles the bottom of her little foot. She lets out a laugh, kicking her little feet.

Her small amount of wavy blond locks sway as she does so. Katsuki even sees the beginning signs of freckles developing on her skin.

So much like her dam, Izuku.
“She’s not displaying the symptoms of asthma,” states the doctor, flipping through their chart. “But it doesn’t mean that she won’t have it in the future. So we will need to keep an eye on her in case she starts developing symptoms.”

Katsuki nods. “Yeah. Is that all for today?”
The doctor nods. “Yes. Oh, by the way, Iida-san is asking for you to come upstairs to his office. He says he got some results you sent in.”

Katsuki grins at this.

Finally, it looks like four eyes has some results for him as to what the fuck he is.
Katsuki gently takes Kaida into his arms before putting her into the baby carrier on his chest. It’s quite a sight to the doctor that such a large man has a tiny baby strapped to his chest.

He bids the doctor goodbye and heads upstairs. Knowing where Four Eye’s office is by
heart, he doesn’t waste time in barging in on the man.

Iida looks up from his wire-framed glasses, a look of vexation in his eyes. But he doesn’t say anything about Katsuki just barging in.

On his desk lays an open Manila folder with can only be results, good or bad, about what
the Hell Katsuki is.

“Have a seat, Bakugou-san.” Iida gestures to the chair in front of his desk. “I have some pretty shocking news to give you.”

“Yeah?” Katsuki asks, sitting down. “And what is this shocking news that took you 5 months to uncover?”

Iida takes a deep breath.
“What I’m going to tell you remains in this office, alright.” This piques Katsuki’s curiosity. Iida is really serious about this.

“Alright, but I ain’t keeping shit from my close friends and family though. Got that.”

Iida just sighs before looking through his papers.
“Fine. Now, I got into contact with several people, one of whom is a geneticist who primarily studies DNA collected from archeological excavations. I shared with her your blood samples and she shared shocking results.”

“What did she say?”
Iida adjusts his glasses, looking deathly serious before explaining, “All secondary genders have genetic codes in our DNA that makes us either betas, alphas, or omegas.”

“Yeah, I know that, was explained to us in biology in HS.”

“As I was saying, says Iida, looking down at the
papers in his hand. “She says that your blood carries an entirely different genetic code that is neither beta, alpha, or omega.”

Katsuki stares in shock. “What the fuck…? What the Hell am I then?”

“She says that your DNA matches a sample from a /extinct/ secondary gender.”
Katsuki blinks once. Then twice. Then-

“What? An /extinct/ secondary gender? Am I a Delta or Gamma?”

“Neither,” replies Iida. “My friend says your code matches a gender that went extinct before those two. Something thought was myth. Katsuki… you are an /Enigma/.”

25 yo Izuku sadly dies from overworking himself and ends up reincarnated into a Otome game he used to play…. An Omegaverse one.

And he’s reincarnated as the side villain of the game. The omega protagonist’s twin brother, a beta who got jealous constantly
whenever the protagonist or anyone got too close to an alpha lead.

The side villain, while not as bad as the main one, would heavily butt himself in between the protagonist and love interests. The alpha leads primarily ignored him though, much to his annoyance.
In the game, Izuku’s character was eventually found trying to frame their twin for stealing exam answer sheets and promptly expelled by the student council and teachers from the most prestigious private school the game is set in.

After the expulsion, the twin is never heard from

It’s a chance encounter where Katsuki bumps into skinny, green haired guy that looks like he hasn’t slept for days. The resulting collision results with both of their wallets and the contents to spill onto the ground.
Katsuki curses while the skinny man apologizes profusely.

He ignores him, hoping his dragon and tiger tattoos would spook the man off as he gathers his stuff. Gladly they did, the green haired man hightails it away from the blond Yakuza member.
After this, Katsuki goes to buy himself cigarettes… Only for his card to decline.

“What the fuck…?!” Katsuki glances down at his card and notices that while it has the same All Might print, it’s not his name on it.

It belongs to a Midoriya Deku.

He grinds his teeth, thinking

Three years ago, two strange men came to the village in the mountains. They appeared to have been soldiers of some kind or at least the green haired man appeared so. His blond haired companion appeared to be more like a mercenary.
The scars that littered the blonde’s face and on the green haired man’s body deterred many people from approaching them. They mostly kept to themselves though.

They quickly moved into the abandoned cabin nestled far into the woods from the village and fixed it up.
With their skills, they chased off bandits and the occasional beasts that made their way up the mountain. These actions warmed up the villagers to these two strange men.

Which they later found out are lovers and only had eyes for each other.

To pay back for all they had done
