I'm not a #binance #genius but when an investment is made into your company is it normal to have to pay your investor...even if it is a #shitcoin. Image
Does anyone know in what form #binance made its investment in #FTX...... was it in #BUSD? and what value was received?
If it was #BUSD what did #FTX do with that #BUSD if it wasn't. where did #FTX get BUSD to be able to payout #binance?
The #BUSD that #binance received from #FTX.....is it possible to track where it went?
Was it used to make the investment into #multicoin and/or others?
Was that BUSD then invested into other startup shitboxes? any ideas?

I just read
@ThegreatLambiny tweets on #binance and #multicoin

#multicoin are the #muppets that compared #binance to the #piratebay and they also got stitched badly by #FTX not once. not twice but three times.
frozen out of 10% of their AUM and stitched in Fund II and III

Back in Aug 2021.... #binance bungled their attempt to use #EddieUK to secure licensing by stealth in the UK.
Which didn't go well. the @TheFCA was onto #binance
again in early 2022 the FCA raised some questions as to #binance's actions

This time in relation to its attempt to take control of #Eqonex via. convertible loan.

Who should be upset about this?
Well ..
If I was a government official or tax paying citizen of Miami-Dade.
If I was part of the Miami Heat franchise. If I was a basketball fan or just an ordinary citizen who decided to become a customer of FTX
or was in anyway influenced by FTX being putting up in lights at the home of one of the most recognised sporting teams globally.

Personally I do not think that just cancelling the contract, putting in debtors declaration and tearing down the sign cuts the mustard.
Yeah we all know SBF lied, cheated and stole.

But CZ walked with $2.1B. Didn't provide answers. Those that were provided by FTX were false/misleading.

Surely that requires further scrutiny.

Why am I so fixated on an event that happened almost 2 years ago.
Because it provides an insight into the relationship between Binance and FTX in the form of an independent report by a government department for a government organisation.
