Thread:
1) Lack of support from upper management: HR leaders often report feeling unsupported in their efforts to implement necessary changes within the organization.
2) Limited resources: HR professionals may feel that they don't have the necessary resources (such as budget, staff, or time) to effectively perform their duties.
Most are dealing with double the duties and half the staff they had a decade ago...
3) High workload: HR leaders may complain about feeling overwhelmed with a high volume of tasks and responsibilities.
If everything is a priority and urgent, nothing is a priority.
4) Lack of recognition: HR professionals may feel that their contributions are not adequately recognized or appreciated within the organization.
5) Lack of effective communication: HR leaders may express frustration with communication breakdowns within the organization, leading to misunderstandings and misunderstandings about HR initiatives.

Fortunately, it is covered by your employer's health coverage, but you have to pay the deductible.
Your deductible is $1,000.
Thread:
1/ You learn later that your neighbor, who is uninsured, also needs the same life saving procedure.
2/ You feel so bad for her. You feel so grateful that you have coverage through your employer. Sure, it cost you a $1,000 out of pocket and you pay about $400 per paycheck in premiums, but at least this life saving procedure was covered.
