You get to be a real NHS hero. By doing this thing, which you can do surprisingly easily, you may have even done it before.

It is so easy in fact, that young children, some as young as 3, do it without any issues in many Asian countries.

And those children have been shown, in international study after international study, to outperform UK children in their maths*.

School and work attendance has been shown to increase as sickness absences decrease.

Long-term negative effects, linked to infections, also decrease.
