1. As per Supreme court of India, no can can be forced for #vaccination , it is a violation of Right to Life, Article 21.
2. As per Delhi high court judgement Informed consent of parent is a must. #InformedConsent means parents have to be told about the de@th causing side effects of this MR vaccine. (All the deaths and severe side effects media reported since 1989 are given)
3. This document can be given as a legal notice to all Public and Private institutions and its office bearers to follow the law of the land or face consequences including jail term.

On the compensation being sought, the affidavit said that the petitioners have other legal remedies including approaching a civil court for damages.
It was also emphasised that a strict liability on Union or State governments for administering the vaccine is not legally tenable, since the vaccines are manufactured by third-parties.

Our account @awakenindiamvmt was suspended for tweeting regarding potential C0vid V@ccine adverse events and violating supposed #twitter policy on spreading misleading and potentially harmful information related to COVID-19.
The data we had presented is officially accepted by many peer reviewed research papers as well Government Sources like VAERS.
If reporting about peer reviewed and documented evidence of potential adverse events of Covid v@ccine is misleading then
it would be considered the highest attack on free speech and the ability to inform and educate the public. It is the right of every individual to be informed about both the risks and benefits of any medical intervention.
