1. Need to think about health of people and initiate actions to ban advertising ultra processed food /drink products high in sugar.

2. Issue a health warning on such food products high is sugar salt or fats so that celebrities are prohibited from endorsement .
Why so ?
Consumer Protection Act 2019 defines misleading ads. /7

CPA Guidelines June 2019 clearly say that any ad targeting children shall not feature celebrities if such products have health warning by any other law./8

And lastly the @mygovindia has considered misleading ads to be “prejudicial to the interests of public and consumers”. Ending harmful food advertising and #Health warning would protect peoples health rights and right to know . /9
