Joe Biden is targeting retirement benefits to pursue radical #ESG agenda. I'm fighting back in a lawsuit with @UtahAG and @TXAG!
Biden's @USDOL rule would undermine key protections for retirement savings of 158 million American workers. It would allow 401(k) managers to direct their clients’ money to ESG investments - running contrary to the laws outlined in ERISA.
Investments should be made using sound economic principles, not woke policies. These firms have a responsibility to invest with their clients’ best financial interests in mind, rather than Biden’s disastrous agenda. #lagov

A viral video was demoted 50% pending a 7-day fact checking period. That demotion continued by Facebook even though no “fact checking” actually occurred. Follow 🧵 for more coercive and collusive efforts by the @WhiteHouse to pressure @facebook to censor @TuckerCarlson!
On 4/14/21, the White House emailed Facebook to lament that a #TuckerCarlson video criticizing the #COVID vaccine was the most watched video on the platform. Facebook replied they would look into it.
Later, #Facebook informed the #WhiteHouse that Tucker Carlson’s video did not qualify for removal; but the video was labeled with a pointer to “authoritative” (White House approved) information, the video was not “recommended” to others, and it was demoted on Facebook.

On Monday, I called on the CEO of @netflix to remove “Cuties” from his service due to the great harm it causes to kids in Louisiana and beyond.
This “film” whets the appetites of those who wish to harm our children in the most unimaginable ways – criminals my office spends countless hours finding, apprehending, and prosecuting.
By airing “Cuties” on such a large platform – Netflix is effectively normalizing horrific crimes on our most vulnerable and further emboldening manufacturers, possessors, and distributors of child pornography. They should #TakeItDown immediately!
