The #US NSS of October 2022 sounds like an attempt to sit on two chairs. "We kind of openly believe that #Russia needs to be destroyed, but it also seems to be through diplomatic means."
There is also a favorite #American opinion that the people of the #US are elected and only they can set their own rules. In my opinion, there is very little objectivity in this document and the US should be more restrained in expressing its attitude towards other countries.
