1 #ufotwitter - Interview w/@jaystratton by @g_knapp, during the @ExploreSCU conference in Huntsville, Alabama last June. It was shot by @JeremyCorbell & first aired on @WeaponizedPod Episode 3.

Knapp: Huntsville (no longer Vegas) has become the de facto #UFO capital of America
2 Knapp had hoped he would land an interview w/Jay Stratton, somebody he has known for a very long time & a name he couldn't mention publicly. Until now. And Stratton loves the Mexican restaurant, Lindo Michoacan (Great place w/fantastic chimichangas fried ice cream!) in Vegas.
3 Stratton (known as Axelrod in Skinwalkers at the Pentagon) has been there from AAWSAP to AATIP, to the UAPTF and AARO.

Knapp learned Stratton and @travisstaylor1 would be in the audience at the SCU conference. They both work at @radiancetechinc and in the RT press release,
4 they didn't hide the UFO angle and history JS and TT had with the subject.

In the Pentagon, Stratton was a top expert in reverse engineering certain threats.
5 Jeremy and George met lots of people at the SCU conference whose names are not public.

Stratton to Corbell: AAWSAP was all about disruptive tech but lots of other things they learned when they studied places like #skinwalker.
6 Stratton interview begins and he gives his military background. Went to Office of Naval Intellignece to be an aerospace engineer to reverse engineer what foreign capabilities can & cannot do. Went to DIA to work in the DWO to look @ leading edge, disruptive tech and threats.
7 (I won't go crazy on this thread bc I WILL transcribe this all over the next week or so. IMO, as I listen to him speak, it's clear that Stratton is an extrenely credible & knowledgable person. In fact, that was obvious to me when I met w/him & his wife last Nov. in Huntsville)
8 If he went into a meeting with a two-star or one-star, he was kind of at their peer level. At some meetings, he would sometimes represent someone above him, sitting in their seats and speaking for them.

UFOs: Every time he has done anything with UFO/UAP, it was his job.
9 He's not a UFO guy & wasn't interested in the subject (didn't have the books or watch the shows) growing up. He/they realized that something needed 2 be done w/unknown cases they encountered.

2006-2007, he & Lacatski talked about the problem set (related to figuring out UFOs).
10 JS told Lacatski he wanted to see one with his own eyes. A nuts and bolts craft. Lacatski told him they could see one at Skinwalker Ranch and gave HS "Hunt for the Skinwalker" and JS took it to Iraq and read it in the Green Zone.
11 2008, he went back to ONI and left Lacatski. Better commute and loved ONI. JS said AAWSAP had two bidders. BAASS and another company. He knows the people involved and believes there was no favoritism when BAASS was chosen.
12 The DIRDs: We wanted to know what leading experts thought was leading edge.

Lacatski kept him up to speed. Heart and soul of AAWSAP was the technology areas and preventing a disruptive technology. The other stuff was collateral. If you go to SWR to see a nuts & bolts that
13 you might be able to put your hands on & u see other things that u can't explain, that no one 'til this day can explain... Is it something to do w/the tech? An effect on the body? Is it something that is driving u to see things that aren't really there? All needed 2B studied.
14 Throughout this whole process, he was learning. It helped him know what he needed when he got to the Task Force. Compares how radical Islam spreads like a virus and take that mindset to other things such as the phenomena they were seeing. Liked brining in non-military folks
15 with a different mindset.

Here's the Tic Tac report JS put together. It's part of a larger report that has NOT been released.

media.lasvegasnow.com/nxsglobal/lasv…
16 JS was aware Lue was going leave the Pentagon but NOT aware that the NYT was coming out in 2017. In 2017 to early 2018, UFOs were not his job in any form or fashion. But Lue and JS are friends and he had face to face with Lue and his office 3 days before he (Lue) resigned.
17 He watched TTSA event & was interested. He also sympathized w/why Lue resigned (couldn't get the info. up the chain of command).

Every time he & Lue knocked on a door, they had that door slammed in their face. A lot of it was careerism & people afraid of an article in WaPo.
18 Early on, there WERE issues w/fundamental folks in Pentagon not wanting this studied bc it was demons. That seems 2 have died off bc his colleagues in senior levels don't think like that.

Got email to NYT story from old boss saying, "Merry Xmas." Had no idea it was coming.
19 Just when he thought he was out of UFOs, they pulled him back in. Old boss sent him email, told him 2 consider this new (UFO-related) position & he got that promotion/job in ONI. She (old boss) wanted a joint effort 2 tackle the problem & take care of folks like @DietrichVFA41
20 His old boss empowered him w/Direct Liaison Authority across the entire government & told him to go for it. "I wouldn't let anything stop me unless they throw me out." He knew, from experience that he need things like FBI, Coast Guard & others for their Title 18 authorities.
21 Need folks w/the right Title 50 & 10 authorities to do this right & get that level of respect. To get those true answers, you have to have the right people involved. Treated it like building a biz. Started knocking on doors, and thanks to his new rank, those doors opened.
22 Lue resigns & NYT article. Jay gets a promotion, puts together a plan, & hits the ground running. A fantastic clip from interview. I hope it's now obvious to all how lucky we were to have him heading up this effort & why it sucked when he had to go back his old gig. #ufo
23 Trust is paramount. We're already 70 years behind the power curve for trust. Blue Book and Roswell killed trust. He chose to start at 2004 for the ODNI UFO report bc that's the first report where he had pilot reporting and data. He wanted the Task Force to have a singular
24 message & wanted TF to have its own spokesperson 4 briefings. He would see a response form DoD spokesperson & say "Oh my gosh, why did we say that?" & then try to clean it up. "But there's no cleaning up @ that point." Then u had the problem (Garry Reid) Lue had to deal with.
25 DoD is very rank structured so if someone senior (makes me think of Reid and/or whoever was telling Susan Gough what to say) is telling you to do something and it's not illegal, you probably better do it. He avoided the political bs.
26 Transcript later this week but it's a busy week of work for me so that's not guaranteed.

1 #ufotwitter Easily my favorite anecdote thus far, from FS-V5. If you’ve been following along (or u read SATP), you know about Lacatski, Skinwalker, 'Tubular Bells' & AAWSAP. This adds to the "fun."

Hummingbird. Wednesday 24 December 2008.

"A very strange coincidence occurred
2 FSV5: "this afternoon as Bob Bigelow & Colm Kelleher called me about the second project (on AAWSAP ~Joe) we've agreed I would do. They caught me at the wheel of the Highlander, as I had just parked it in Berkeley.

"I was with Janine who had gone into a used bookstore to sell
3 FSV5: "her brother's old vinyl records. Helping her carry the heavy boxes, one record on top of a pile caught my eye. It was Mike Oldfield's ‘Tubular Bells,’ with the now-famous ‘pretzel’ symbol on the cover, resembling the object that had appeared to Dr. Lacatski on his first

1 #ufotwitter Barnes at it again. This time, he brought @ewong along for the ride, & had contributions from @helenecooper of 12/16/17 fame.

This unknown advanced tech? It's from China!🙄 There's really no evidence of that but I'm sure some of JB's DoD sources liked seeing that.
2 "The classified report to Congress last month discussed at least two incidents of a rival power conducting aerial surveillance with what appeared to be unknown cutting-edge technology, according to U.S. officials.
3 "While the report did not attribute the incidents to any country, two American officials familiar with the research said the surveillance probably was conducted by China."

(PROBABLY? That's some hard-hitting, investigative journalism! How does that make it past NYT editors?)

1 #ufotwitter Were the 2019 WC events a test of our own tech? If u listen to E2 of @WeaponizedPod, you'll see that's unlikely. BUT, John "Guts" Gutierrez, an active-duty Naval commander for 17 years, left the door open, just a bit.

Guts "And who knows, maybe it was a test of our
2 Guts: "information-gathering capabilities? But that is not something that would be typically done, right? There's much more important aspects of our task and procedures that need to be tested, not how information flows up and down the chain of command. That's easy."
3 But if u DO see black tech, there's a procedure in place:

Guts: "At the end of that process...u agree to whatever paperwork they tell u, that, 'Hey, u can't talk about this.' That didn't happen w/anybody in 2019."

But it DID happen w/Tic Tac as @hughespj1 told us re: Roger.

1 #ufo - When I saw another balloon was over Latin America, this popped into my head. 🙂

"One day the aliens landed, just as everyone always said they would. They fell out of a guileless blue sky and into the middle of a clear, cold November day, four of them, four alien ships
2 "drifting down like the snow that had been threatening to fall all week. America was just shouldering its way into daylight as they made planetfall, so they landed there: one in the Delaware Valley about fifteen miles north of Philadelphia, one in Ohio, one in a desolate region
3 "of Colorado, and one - for whatever reason - in a cane field outside of Caracas, Venezuela. To those who actually saw them come down, the ships seemed to fall rather than to descend under any intelligent control: a black nailhead suddenly tacked to the sky, coming all at

1 #ufotwitter #uaptwitter - Episode 2 of, "Weaponized."

3 "They also talk in-depth about the now famous UFO swarm event series that occurred off the coast of California in 2019."
