If the Times’ failure to check its own supposedly factual reporting on the precise factual issue supporting their editorial isn’t “reckless disregard,” nothing is.

It’s really “Undocumented Drivers Licenses,” not “Immigrant Drivers Licenses.”

Legal immigrants (green cards) are already eligible for Minnesota Drivers Licenses, if otherwise qualified, right, @MnDPS_DVS?

While all undocumented foreign citizens are immigrants, not all immigrants - all of whom initially arrived as foreign nationals - are undocumented.

Legacy media should not blur the legitimate distinction based on our country’s Constitution and laws.
