How do you move your kundalini energy out of your head?
People who feel that kundalini energy is “stuck” in their head usually say that it’s the sort that rises from the base of the spine and stops in one of three specific places: #yoga#Kundalini#spirituality
at the base of the skull, at the prominence of the occipital bone, and at the crown of the head about two inches above the fontanel. #yoga#Kundalini#spirituality
If you think that kundalini sensation flow is stopping at one of these places, you will want to release it so it can flow down the body front (through ren meridian) in a complete circuit back down to center of gravity in solar plexus/ dan tien. #yoga#Kundalini#spirituality
The water method: Place the first two fingers of your left hand on the point of the blockage and the first two fingers of the right hand across the solar plexus, just above the navel. #yoga#Kundalini#spirituality
Open your mouth slightly and place your tongue on the roof of your mouth You should feel a sensation like that of stretching out a cramp or loosening a knot in a muscle. You should subvocalize at the blockage something like the word, “open”. #yoga#Kundalini#spirituality
You should visualize it unfolding like a flower, releasing like a valve or floodgate, or dissolving like a clot of earth in a high pressure stream of water.
Once the sensation passes the top of the head, you should feel it flowing down over your face, neck & chest and into the solar plexus, only to be drawn back up again from that reservoir. You should be able to sense a complete circuit being made.
The air method: The acute symptoms of “kundalini crisis” or “kundalini attack” are often just caused by hyperventilation, because the most common method for “activating kundalini” is to do pranayama or breathwork.
Symptoms: rapid breathing or shortness of breath, dizziness, tingling heat/cold sensations, in different body parts, hand and/or foot spasms, headaches, and/or abdominal pain. Consciously slowing breath to a 7/11 count & lying down to prevent falls generally relieve symptoms.
The fire method: Another form of kundalini experience starts at the crown and climbs down and back up through the central channel/core of the body. The image is of a fire, fed by the three lowest chakras, that climbs up the central channel.
Visualize the crown chakra as a downward-facing bowl, or the brain as if it were made of soft gold. As the visualized fire heats this, imagine that drops of nectar, or gold or white rain drip down into the fire, #yoga#Kundalini#spirituality

Being the destroyer who destroys Brahmaa, Indra, Rudra, Yama & Varuna, he is known as ‘Hari’.
Shukracharya: A great knowledgeable person who was respected even by Devas and Saints. He was an expert in Political Science. He founded the Shukra Niti. In his niti he has laid down the following points:
#SanatanaDharma #hinduism https://t.co/syF74bOq87twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
One should never reveal certain things in front of others.
It’s great if you are loved and respected by all, but don’t show it off in front of others- doing so will lower your respect in the eyes of others

If you have to face insult at any point in your life, it’s best to keep it to yourself; telling that to everyone you know will make you feel insulted in front of others as well.

Tantra is an abstract religion, it doesn't have a clear definition. Different seekers define it differently, many not even consistent with each other. Tantra, though, is clearly recognized as being very different from the ancient Hindu Vedic tradition. #SanatanaDharma#Hinduismtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
Before trying to delve into tantrism, it is important to understand that this is not a single coherent system. It is rather a tradition that gradually evolved from an accumulation of practices and rituals, in order to attain the grace of the divine. #SanatanaDharma#Hinduismtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
The practitioner of tantra uses his own prana or divine energy in order to harness it to the universal prana, thereby attaining his goal. The goal in question could be either spiritual, material or both. #SanatanaDharma#Hinduismtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
Tantra in Hinduism could be considered to be parallel to the Hindu Vedic tradition. Tantra contains written records of the Agama, which comes in four main parts, as follows: #SanatanaDharma#Hinduismtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
Jnana or metaphysical knowledge
Yoga or meditative practices
Kriya or ritual practices
Charya or ethical and religious principles of conduct #SanatanaDharma#Hinduism
Most of the staunch Hindu Vedic practitioners, however, consider the Tantras to be anti-Vedic in character and hence, altogether shun both the cult and the practitioners of the same. #SanatanaDharma#Hinduismtwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
The universe consists of a Mahabrahmanda, or grand Cosmos, and of numerous Brihatbrahmanda, or macrocosms evolved from it. As is said by the Nirvana Tantra, all which is in the first is in the second. #spirituality#Cosmostwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
In the latter are heavenly bodies and beings, which are microcosms reflecting on a minor scale the greater worlds which evolve them. "As above, so below." This mystical maxim of the West is stated in the Vishvasara Tantra as follows: #spirituality#Cosmostwitter.com/i/web/status/1…
