@kevinpmiller left when Elon took over. That's the kind of man he is. I'm honored to call him my friend. He doesn't toot his own horn. So I try to when I can. Because of his work.

From Kevin
"IT'S BEEN MY HONOUR TO SERVE THOSE HURT BY
PSYCHOTROPICS. AS I DEPART, I THANK YOU.
Those of you who have been ardent supporters if this pageβ€”and of 'Letters from Generation Rx' - know full well that over the past 11-12 years, I have devoted countless thousands of hours in pursuit of the truth. Many view my work as controversial;
some have said I "had no right" to the story of a family who fought off the ravages of mental health symptoms with vitamins and minerals; others objected to the stories of two parents who killed their children while under the toxic influence of psychiatric drugs;
yet others have objected to the film's claims that the true casualties of #stigma are those who've been victimized by the real side effects these drugs .. only to be told that it wasn't the drugs that manifested these awful events .. it was the people who were "mentally ill."
So be it. The only thing that ever mattered to me was to feature the stories from the more than 2,000+ strong who wroteβ€”and to shine a light on some of the brave souls who have done "hand-to-hand combat" with government agencies, the media, the psychiatric and
medical establishments, and elected officials as a means to share the facts. Not 'alternative facts,' no .. just real data. A hat tip to Drs. Bonnie Kaplan, Julia Rucklidge, Robert Whitaker, @madinamerica2
and others who persist.
(like me)
I am proud I devoted so many years to these "Letters," particularly because I didn't have "any skin in the game," meaning, I had not been personally affected by the loss of any friends or loved ones to these drugs prior to beginning my last two films.
"I simply saw an injustice and chose to fight it.

I have acted with the best of intentions - and hope that I have served you well. Godspeed, God Bless, and good health to all."

The sale of #psychiatric drugs to children is a $69 billion-a-year industry in America. 'GENERATION Rx' (2008) poses the question: "What are the REAL effects on children when we give them #antipsychotic, #ADHD or #antidepressant drugs?" NOW ONLINE FOR FREE

I want to thank every single person who speaks out about psychiatric harm and the damage the drugs can do.
It's going to take all of us to change things but I can see it slowly happening now.
It's been unbelievable to watch.

@kevinpmiller
I owned it business when I became literally disabled by the psychiatric drugs.
The well meaning professionals told me I was mental ill.
My life as I knew it changed forever.
Devalued and poor I was treated like crap.
That's when I made the connection to how they had treated my disabled siblings in the past. They were devalued by society, not allowed to participate. They put them in institutions and restraints. Eventually killing them. Protected to death by the state.

Cadentown Rosenwald School
Caden Lane, Lexington, Fayette County, KY

SIGNIFICANCE
Cadentown was one of approximately twenty-five African-American hamlets formed in Fayette County,
Kentucky, after the Civil War. Former slaves purchased lots from developers such as Owen Caden to create their own communities. These rural hamlets were situated near the large farms on which many of the residents labored. Cadentown's development began in 1867, and by the
late 1870s every lot in the community had been sold. Two churches were soon organized in Cadentown.

Julius Rosenwald, who became president of Sears Roebuck and Company in 1909, organized the philanthropic Julius Rosenwald Fund. This organization donated matching funds for the

From 2016
As Chair of the PAIMI Advisory Council and a voice for individuals who have a mental health diagnosis and other disabilities, a grave concern I have is the proposed forced treatment legislation, or Assisted Outpatient Treatment Orders. The PAIMI Advisory Council
feels this legislation focuses on a small group of individuals yet casts a wide net over the many individuals who have a mental health diagnosis, may not be complying with treatment, yet do not pose a threat to others. One of the components of KRS 202A already addresses
outpatient treatment orders, however, it is an underutilized component of KRS 202A. Engaging an individual treatment, wrapping that individuals with strong community supports and services is what is needed, not more laws that restrict the rights of many Kentuckians who have a

That is why I fight. πŸ’ͺ
The nurse has to live with it. "The restrainers"...
It's sickening people do it for a living.
I think it might have been a mercy killing.
We'll never know.
We need statistics on. Death by restraint
@GovAndyBeshear
Brother survived restrained at the asylum but died by restraints I'm a medical setting.
He went in for knee surgery. Restraints 4 Tube feeding, left him alone, he choked on his own vomit. He was coming home the next day. You don't expect it @
Children's Hospital Cincinnati
It always bothered me about those left behind at the institutions.

They have no voice.

Only by the grace of God was brother able to cone back home.
I hate institutions.
I hate the state of Kentucky for killing my sister, destroying our family instead of providing services.
