1. Truth
First law of Shiva Karma is truth. This law asks followers to follow the path of truth, justice & being true to themselves & those around. Remember that dishonesty & false deeds may prevail in small battles, but truth always wins the war.

2. Knowledge is God.
A single person cannot possess the knowledge of everything, but everyone may possess the knowledge of something. We should find that seed of knowledge within us, and then do all our karma around it. #SanatanaDharma#HarHarMahadevॐ
3. Everything is an illusion.
Whatever your life is, wherever you are; if your happiness depends on material things, then its an illusion, and it’ll be gone with that thing. Third law of Shiva Karma asks believers not to attach their happiness to earthly things. #HarHarMahadevॐ
4. Beyond happiness.
The world we’re living in is growing more self-obsessed. Everyone is worried about their happiness and doesn’t care if people around them are happy or not. #SanatanaDharma#HarHarMahadevॐ
However, real happiness is beyond limits, and it could be felt only when we have found the seed of knowledge within us, and we’re truthful with others and ourselves.
Remember, happiness comes from within, not outside. #SanatanaDharma#HarHarMahadevॐ
5. Be formless.
Notice a happy person around you; you’ll see that illusion doesn't control them. Put them in any situation anywhere; they’ll be calm & content. The 5th & most fundamental laws of Shiva Karma is to be formless like water. #SanatanaDharma#HarHarMahadevॐ
6. Using all senses.
When our mind is at peace with heart & we walk on the path of self-realization, all our senses come together to work in proper synchronization. When you achieve this state in your physical form, the feeling is incomparable. #SanatanaDharma#HarHarMahadevॐ
7. Enlightenment is awakening.
With these laws of Shiva Karma, you achieve enlightenment. The highest form of existence for a human. In this state of mind, you attain self-realization along with the proper understanding of nature and reality. #SanatanaDharma#HarHarMahadevॐ

Surya Bhagwan has a great significance in Sanatan Dharma. He is considered one of the most significant gods with exceptional capabilities and divine powers.
Also, he is the principal source of light on earth and is a supporter of life. Apart from Sanatan dharma Lord Surya is also preached around the world for his gifts to the humankind.
There are many advantages of offering water to Surya Dev & other aspects of worshipping him, with many being scientifically proven. Offering Water to Sun during the early morning promotes absorption of Vitamin D in our body that keeps us healthy.
This statement may seem unusual, if not absurd, for those used to thinking that Vedas and Agamas are different or that Shiva is not a Vedic deity, because his name and form is not much present there.
How do you move your kundalini energy out of your head?
People who feel that kundalini energy is “stuck” in their head usually say that it’s the sort that rises from the base of the spine and stops in one of three specific places: #yoga#Kundalini#spirituality
at the base of the skull, at the prominence of the occipital bone, and at the crown of the head about two inches above the fontanel. #yoga#Kundalini#spirituality
