Sect Buttigieg was in #EastPalestine Thursday. Here's a fact-checking thread.
During Trump's presidency,there were 5,103 train derailments in the US. Neither Trump nor Transportation Secretary Elaine Chao visited any sites of those derailments. Not one. Unlike Buttigieg.

During Trump's presidency there were 58,920 transportation-related hazardous waste leaks/spills resulting in 26 deaths and many additional injuries.
Neither Trump nor Chao went to these accident sites. Trump didn't call in FEMA, like Biden has, either.

How on earth are Alex Murdaugh's attorneys letting him take the stand?
I think Murdaugh is guilty, but apparently in that community people have affection for this family and think some stranger came in and killed Paul and Maggie Murdaugh for reasons that are unknown.
Maggie, Alex's wife was shot several times, including in the head. Paul was shot in the head and it has been said that Paul's brains were blown out of his head clear across the room. How does anyone do this?

The woman's mother revealed her birth name, ethnic white identity, Ancestry DNA profile and childhood photos in which her skin color is significantly lighter. "She's not Arab and not Latina.I don't know why she's chosen to live a lie. It's very sad," said mother Carole Perrone.
Rachel Seidel changed her name to Raquel Evita Saraswati. People can change their names, but we cannot change the facts of our ethnic and racial identity. A ⬜ woman taking a position meant to be held by a WOC is the antithesis of DEI. Saraswati refused to respond to this story.

The difference between what Sherrod Brown is doing regarding the #EastPalestineOhio train derailment and what JD Vance is doing really does highlight how the GOP side-steps corporate accountability.
Martha Raddatz has experts on @ThisWeekABC talking about how the toxicity is being handled--and they are legit low-key. They both state quite clearly that there has to be much more testing of the air, water and home surfaces. Both said they would not go home without more testing.
Dr. Peter DeCarlo in environmental health at Johns Hopkins said he has two small children and would want more testing. Asst AG for Civil Rights Kristen Clarke says that this Montana man has been convicted of Federal Hate Crimes and Firearms Charges for a shooting "Intended to rid community of all justice.gov/opa/pr/montana…… twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
According to Asst AG Clarke, the intent was to "violently eliminate the entire lesbian and gay community" of a Montana town. The shooter fired "an AK-style rifle" into the home of a Montana lesbian.
Asst AG Kristen Clarke said the sole reason the victim was targeted was her sexual orientation.
