#UPDATE: Pro-ISKP accounts have shared couple of photos of the dead body of Muḥammad Dawood Muzammil, the slain governor of the Afghān Ṭālibān for Balkh province.

@AsadullahLudin reported that at least 15 Ṭālibān fighters/members have been killled in today's suicide bombing in Mazār-e-Sharīf city, Balkh province.
CCTV FOOTAGE shows the suicide bomber casually walking into the office of Muḥammad Dawood Muzammil, the slain governor of Ṭālibān for Balkh province.
Longer version:
Islamic State Wilāyah Khorāsān (ISKP) claims responsibility for carrying out a suicide attack & killing the governor of the Afghān Ṭālibān for Balkh province in Mazār-e-Sharīf city. The suicide bomber has been identified as: Abdul Haq al-Khorāsāni.
DETAILS:

Abdul Haq al-Khorāsāni managed to penetrate all the security fortifications imposed by the Afghān Ṭālibān around its sovereign and administrative HQ. He was able to reach the HQ of the governor for Balkh province in the city of Mazār-e-Sharīf city, Balkh province.
Abdul Haq al-Khorāsāni after entering the building, waited inside a hall for the governor to arrive at his office. As soon as Muḥammad Dawood Muzammil arrived in the hall & was moving towards his office, Abdul Haq rushed towards him & detonated his vest.
AMAQ NEWS AGENCY further says that Muḥammad Dawood Muzammil & some of his guards were killed in this “qualitative blow.”
AMAQ NEWS AGENCY adds:

“The sources have assured that the blow the Afghān Ṭālibān suffered today, at the top of its leadership hierarchy, is not the first & will not be the last.”
A very rare, but terrifying, line in AMAQ's official statement:

“Let the leaders of the militia (Afghān Ṭālibān) know that the mill of the war is raging against them. The days are short & what is to come will be even worse.”
4 days ago, ISKP had released a statement and threatened the Afghān Ṭālibān in a similar tone:

#Afghanistan: Islamic State Wilāyah Khorāsān claims to have attacked a bus that was carrying an Afghān Ṭālibān official with machine guns in Herāt city. The said official was killed, along with 2 of his companions, and 4 others suffered injuries.
The last attack (a suicide attack to be more precise) by the Islamic State - Khorāsān Province (ISKP) in Afghānistān was almost 2 months ago.
#UPDATE: This week's an-Nabaʾ magazine provides some details about the attack:

A source told an-Nabaʾ that the attack was carried out by an Inghimāsī of the ISKP. The source revealed to an-Nabaʾ that the ISKP assailant appeared in a broad daylight...

It seems like the mention of the Coimbatore & Mangaluru blasts in the latest edition of the Voice of Khorāsān magazine has led to a kerfuffle. So, while the investigation goes on, here's my perspective on the whole saga:
The reason why “Voice of Khorāsān” chose to to mention the blasts in its 23rd edition is because “Sawt al-Hind” -- the magazine of Islamic State Wilāyah al-Hind - has been dormant for some 10 months now.
While a lot of people believe that the claims are dubious & exaggerated, they shouldn't be brushed off under the carpet, in my honest & humble opinion, as some utter tripe.

3 roz qabal ek mazmoon shayaa hua jiska mutalea karney ke baad hum is natije par pahuche ke ismey di hui ittelaat pehle hi iss platform pe shayaa ho chuki thi. Iske alawa al-Qāʿidah aur ad-Dawlah al-Islāmiyah se mutalliq ek baat likhi gayi thi jo ke intehaayi ghatiya thi.
Haalanki, agle roz, ye dekhne mein aaya ke uss mazmoon mein ab tarmeem ho chuki hai, jo ke badhiya baat hai. Der aaye, magar durust aaye.
Humare tawajjo dilane ke baad ye tarmeem toh ho gayi, magar, iss tarah se sar-e-aam kisi ke upar tanqid karna, ya zaleel karna, ya phir kisiki dil aazari karna humara maqsad nai hai.
