A 🧵on recent #Pfizer documents published early April 2023.

#pfizer searched their safety database for all BNT162b2 vaccine cases reporting any exposure to
vaccine during pregnancy or exposure to baby via lactation from all time through 28 February 2021.

673 cases identified.

Out of 673 identified cases:-
- 458 involved BNT162b2 exposure during
pregnancy (mother/fetus)

- 215 involved exposure during breast-feeding.

In the 248 cases which involved BNT162b2 exposure during pregnancy (mother/fetus), 51 cases of abortion spontaneous was reported.

Details of six cases (in #Pfizer database) related to premature deliveries:-

1. Case - AER 2021166927

- Baby was diagnosed with fetal tachycardia 1 week after the mother received the second dose of the vaccine.
- Baby delivered at 35 weeks and 3 days of gestation.

2. Case - AER 2021015910

- Mother's age 29 yrs
- Recevied #Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine during her pregnancy
- Had spontaneous rupture of membranes at 36
weeks of gestation, one day after her 2nd dose of vaccine

3. Case - AER 2021191405

- Fetus received BNT162B2 transplacentally.
- Mother received vaccination during 2nd trimester and experienced premature labor
- Infant was delivered alive but passed away a day later.

- 32 year old female
- Received #Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine during second-trimester
- Post vaccination, experienced premature rupture of membranes
- Premature baby delivered.

5. Case - AER 2021155967 (baby report)

- Mother (37 year old) received #Pfizer COVID-19 vaccine during 3-28 weeks of gestation and experienced foetal exposure during pregnancy.
- Premature baby less than 26 weeks delivered who sadly passed away.

6. Case - AER 2021203938 (baby report)

- Mother (33 year old) had preterm delivery (emergency caesarean) at 24 weeks and 2 days
- Fetus experienced maternal exposure during pregnancy via transplacental route on an unspecified
date.

There were 53 reports of spontaneous abortion following #Pfizer #COVID19 vaccination.

As women had per-existing health condition(s), these cases were excluded from review.

There were 215 cases reported for exposure via lactation. 41 cases out of the 215, Adverse events (AEs) were reported in infants following #Pfizer COVID-19 exposure via lactation.

There were 10 Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) reported following #Pfizer COVID-19 exposure via lactation.

Six of them were reported in infants, age between 6 months - 15 months.

.@pfizer knew back in 2021 that the medicine (COVID-19 vaccine) crosses the placenta which led to spontaneous abortion(s).

Did regulatory bodies (including TGA #Australia ) provisionally approving this #COVID19 vaccine as part of their approval process knew as well?
