Why aren't Indians intrigued by the idea of an almighty god who is the creator and ruler of all things and has the power to decide what to do with all beings? What discredited him? What does it contradict in the Indian subconscious and philosophy? #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
There are a few questions here merged as one and I am answering from a particular Hindu perspective (Muslims, Christians, Jews, Parsis, Buddhists, Sikhs and animists are also “Indians”.) #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
Firstly to establish the identity of a CREATOR - he, she or it should demonstrate the qualifications of that post. #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
Just as you would not employ a secretary who knows nothing about computers, or entrust yourself to a surgeon who knows nothing about anatomy or #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
get your Tax return done by an accountant that doesn’t know math, so why would you accept a creator who knows nothing about the universe and how it works? #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
None of the available sacred texts that promote a “creator” can demonstrate that the applicant has a thorough working knowledge of the laws of physics or the expanse of the Universe. #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
Secondly, in order for creation to occur there must be three causes, using the example of the potter we have:- #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
Efficient cause - the potter
Material cause - the clay
Auxiliary causes - the wheel, time, water, modelling tools etc. #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
Now in respect of the Universe - let’s assume for the sake of argument, that an Almighty God is the efficient cause of this universe of 2 trillion plus galaxies, expanding into space. #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
From where did the material and the auxiliary causes come? The material cause being energy (E=MC2).
We Hindus do not hold with the absurd idea that something can come from nothing, (nothing is what rocks dream about!) #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
And if you say that God is the cause - then the cause must be inherent in the product (just like ghee is the product of milk as the cause) – #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
so in other words Universe consisting of energy (Shakti) is a transformation of the Cause and not a different product. So once again the idea of an invisible immaterial creator of a material/energetic universe, different to him or herself is rejected. #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
Conclusion - the Universe is eternal, and as such has no need of a creator. It undergoes cycles of contraction and expansion, alternating between potentiality and actuality and has no point of beginning and ending. #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
Thirdly if we accept the idea of a creator different to the Universe, who created the Universe from nothing, and given the inconceivable vastness of the universe #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
why would said Almighty absconding Creator be so concerned with tiny insignificant creatures on a very insignificant grain of sand whose lives in relation to timelessness are not even a blip on the radar of eternity? #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
So in conclusion there are three theological perspectives of God and her relationship to the universe. All three models are found in the various schools of Hindu philosophy the one most popular and preferred is PANENTHEISM. #SanantanaDharma#Hinduism
Science says: In contrast to the global change in light that occurs every day at dusk and dawn, a solar eclipse changes illumination of Earth and its atmosphere under a comparatively small region of the Moon’s shadow. #SolarEclipse#SolarEclipse2023
This localized blocking of solar energy is useful for studying the Sun’s effects on our atmosphere, especially the upper atmosphere, where the Sun’s energy creates a layer of charged particles called the ionosphere. #SolarEclipse#SolarEclipse2023
The ionosphere electron density concentration is sharply reduced to a level closer to night-time values. This affects radio communication through the ionosphere and produces a disturbance in satellite navigation. #SolarEclipse#SolarEclipse2023

When the third eye (Ajna Chakra) opens then each cell of your body becomes non-dual and your vision changes as your eyes also change. This is the first time you see this world without a conscious mind void of subject and object. #enlightenment#spirituality
