While dictating a part of the order Justice Kaul states: Let the needful be done by the concerned HC towards training of the judge at judicial academy.
Justice Kaul: Bail hearings go on ad infinitum. Counsel argue it like an appeal, see the pleadings. It goes on for days altogether. Jurisprudence of bail should prevail and manner of such hearings should change.
