Counsel: 21st of April, the complaint went to police station. They took the complaint in 3 hours.

SG Mehta: Everything is video recorded.

Counsel: I'm on affidavit, it may be recorded, they took 3 hours - up to 12.30, just to get a receipt.

Counsel: Then we came to this court. They said we'll register FIR. Next day the minor was interrogated for 3 hours. No formal 160 notice was given to her. 5 police constables came.

SG Mehta: Interrogation is the wrong word, it was a discussion. Venue was his office.

Counsel: Then there was radio silence on part of police. Then yesterday they come up with 6 160 notices for recording. No notice, no complaint despite FIR being registered. Yesterday till late evening, they're recording statements of 4 girls.
