#AvalancheSummit Day 2 is in the books! While none of us are actually in Barcelona it doesn't mean we're not watching @avax carefully! We slipped up and didn't have a recap thread from yesterday's action but slip no more, let's mega thread these two days for you straight away!

1/ First of all, there's SO MUCH happening it's impossible to cover it all, so these are just some standout things from our perspective!

2/ DAY 1

@DeltaPrimeDefi was one of our highlights from Day 1 absolutely crushing the need for lending protocols to evolve and become more capital efficient, we've seen it with every other aspect in Defi, time to see lending unlock all that trapped liquidity to benefit the eco!

3/ DAY 1

There was also a fantastic panel breaking down the details of the brand new #Avaissance program from @avax and introduced the world to the first 50+ creators accepted into the mentorship program.

4/ DAY 1

@MELD_Defi Outlined their Neobank in their talk on "Be Your Own Bank!"

Announcing their subnet and how their protocol lets you borrow fiat against your digital assets in order to better unlock the kinds of financial freedom only found in #web3 👀👀

5/ DAY 1

For all the tech-minded out there the day wrapped up with a great presentation from @_patrickogrady outlining the benefits of using a Merkle Tree Database for Syncing the chain current state (spoiler alert: it's WICKED FAST and WICKED COOL)

6/ DAY 2

For everything DAY 1 had in DeFi day 2 had in #Web3 @GamingOnAvax ! @DreamerDFK had a full session on delivering the core vision of DFK on the DFK subnet. @playSHRAPNEL had their marketing session about how to scale and market a massive scale AAA title in #web3

7/ DAY 2

@PortalFantasyio reminded us just how powerful nostalgia is in the game experience with some details from inside their closed beta testing of their STUNNING RPG adventure game.

8/ DAY 2

And not to bury the lead.... but @chikn_nft came to make some noise and they bokking did! Taking the lid off of their #CHIKN coq fight game, their goals to expand the brand identity with the ChiknX Cross-Chain initiative, closed invite-only alpha testing by EOM

9/ DAY 2

STILL NOT DONE WITH @chikn_nft as they also crisply highlighted the stunning efficiency of the $EGG tokenomics with 60M supply minted, 40M ($9M USD worth!!) burned forever by community, and of remaining 20M just 1.1M in active circ. Showing the power of gamified LP

10/ DAY 2

Not to be outdone by @chikn_nft @avax announced the Cloudverse from @alibaba_cloud as one giant massive juicy fruit of the official partnership between #Avalanche and Alibaba. A metaverse from Alibaba helping anyone get into the space w/as little friction as possible.

11/ DAY 2

And finally @el33th4xor tickled ALL the grey matter with his hypothesis of an LLM driven subnet where validators accept transaction details in plain language and execute them, skipping the smart contracts and all the associated risks that come along with them.

This was all just SCRATCHING the surface of the action that was Day 1 and Day 2. Stay tuned as we'll keep following the action on Day 3 tomorrow and maybe even have some closing thoughts on the best of show? Nah, j/k there is no best OF show when it's simply THE BEST SHOW 💪
