CJI: But what to do you are producing fake videos etc?

Singh: If i have to be under NSA all newspapers should be under NSA including the @EconomicTimes ... he was speaking of cheap labour

SIngh: wherever first FIR is registered... this rule is followed

Singh: if this boy has to be behind the bars for this offence then all journalists should be jailed... and be behind bars

Sibal: no it cannot happen. the offence is different.. it will be then tamil nadu FIRs are quashed...

Singh: these are related to migrant labourers...

Singh: allegations is that I have put on my channel on March 5, 2023 showing that labourers in Bihar... harassed..

CJI: These are distinct offences.. see he has made fake videos and circulated like this..

Singh: I am not being heard.. the same thing reported in Dainik Bhaskar.

CJI: You have stable states.. there are states are tamil nadu.. you share anything and you spread disquiet in those states..

Singh: but it is all there in other media sources as well.. (reads a media report)
