What happens to the chakras when a person reaches Samadhi?

Sri Ramakrishna who is the most important spiritual figure in the last few centuries used to plunge into Samadhi frequently. I have given below a photo taken of him in Samadhi around 1880.

MASTER: "Well, some say that my soul, going into samadhi, flies about like a bird in the Mahakasa, the Infinite Space.

"Once a sadhu of Rishikesh came here. He said: There are five kinds of samadhi. I find you have experienced them all. In these samadhis one feels sensation of Spiritual Current to be like the movement of an ant, a fish, a monkey, a bird, or a serpent.'

Sometimes the Spiritual Current rises through the spine, crawling like an ant.

"Sometimes, in samadhi, the soul swims joyfully in the ocean of divine ecstasy, like a fish.

"Sometimes, again, the Spiritual Current rises like a bird hopping from one branch to another. The place where it rests feels like fire. It may hop from Muladhara to Svadhisthana, from Svadhisthana to the heart, and thus gradually to the head.

"A man's spiritual consciousness is not awakened unless his Kundalini is aroused.

"Kundalini dwells in Muladhara. Aroused, it passes along Sushumna nerve, goes through centres of Svadhisthana, Manipura, and so on, at last reaches the head. This is called the movement of the Mahavayu, the Spiritual Current. It culminates in samadhi.

This is a very secret experience. I saw a boy 22/23 years old, exactly resembling me, enter Sushumna nerve & commune with lotuses, touching them with his tongue. He began with the centre at anus & passed through centres at sexual organ, navel & so on.

Different lotuses - 4/6/10-petalled & so forth — were drooping. At his touch they stood erect.
When he reached the heart — communed with lotus & touching it with his tongue, 12-petalled lotus, hanging head down, stood erect, opened its petals.

Then he came to the sixteen-petalled lotus in the throat and the two-petalled lotus in the forehead. And last of all, the thousand-petalled lotus in the head blossomed. Since then I have been in this state."

Why is Bhagwan Vishnu called Hari?

Harihi Om.

For many reasons; mainly is because He takes away (performs harana of) pains & sorrow.

Tantra is an abstract religion, it doesn't have a clear definition. Different seekers define it differently, many not even consistent with each other. Tantra, though, is clearly recognized as being very different from the ancient Hindu Vedic tradition.

Before trying to delve into tantrism, it is important to understand that this is not a single coherent system. It is rather a tradition that gradually evolved from an accumulation of practices and rituals, in order to attain the grace of the divine.

The practitioner of tantra uses his own prana or divine energy in order to harness it to the universal prana, thereby attaining his goal. The goal in question could be either spiritual, material or both.

Tantra in Hinduism could be considered to be parallel to the Hindu Vedic tradition. Tantra contains written records of the Agama, which comes in four main parts, as follows:
