This refers to the interest or return generated from participating in DeFi protocols. It can also be known as DeFi Yield.

#DeFi yield involves participating in a DeFi protocol to earn crypto by providing liquidity to a pool.

As confirmed, Beluga will be conducting a bi-weekly liquidity mining program part 1.

In this part 1, rewards will apply to the liquidity providers for the following pools:

As usual, Beluga users who provide liquidity to the above pools will earn BELA based on the amount of time and the size of their contribution to the pool.

Liquidity Providers will be able to claim the BELA rewards at the end of the liquidity mining program.

2/3 🔷 UNILATERAL LIQUIDITY
Beluga allows users to provide unilateral liquidity.

Instead of pools of token pairs and bundles, Beluga uses accounts of tokens to record assets and liabilities, allowing single-sided liquidity provision.

3/3🔷YIELD BOOSTING
Beluga farms are different from other DEXes on Solana in that they have a boosting mechanism similar to curve.fi but with a little tweak.

The Boosting Pool utilizes an additional token, voting escrow BELA (veBELA), inspired by voting escrow CRV (veCRV) of Curve Finance. veBELA can boost farming APR and act as your vote weight in governance proposals.

CONCLUSION
This concept of ALM(Asset Liability Management) which Beluga uses allowing each token to grow organically based on its natural supply and demand rather than curve.fi which requires all tokens to have the same liquidity is a perfectly innovative approach
