- Т-90М bn may have either 40 or 31 MBTs
- in 2021 in 27 MRBde: 8 T-90M, 12 T-90A, 20 T-14 Armata
- Feb 2021: two 🇷🇺 MoD contracts with UVZ (10 brand new Т-90М & 50 modernized from T-90A)

Status in Dec 2021:
- 27 MRBde: 32 Т-90А
- 2 MRDiv: 27 Т-90А
- 20 MRDiv: 40 Т-90А
- 136 MRBde & 19 MRDiv: 40 Т-90А each
- Syria: 40 Т-90А

In 2022 UVZ modernized 4 battalion size groups of Т-90А to Т-90M (up to 160 Ms). Distribution not revealed. But T-90M were delivered only to 1 Tank Army (WMD) & SMD.
Furthermore just before the attack against Ukraine, 🇷🇺 army was delivered two battalions of T-72B3M/2022-2023.

Remember #Prigozhin annoyance? On inadequate ammo deliveries?
Here some angry assessments from 🇷🇺: (based on data from 🇷🇺 MoD for 18-20 Feb)
- delivered: 1660 projectiles for MLRS, 10171 for guns/mortars, 980 for tanks.

- (🇷🇺): this is only for 2-5 days, 980 is only for 26 tanks, 1660 is only for 42 BM-21. One mortar needs 100 bombs per day
- 🇷🇺 MoD declared to meet all Feb 2023 ammo requirements from #WagnerGroup by the end of the month! (so at least some were not met)

It is a very narrow entourage. All #Putin’s friends and their families. And they decide all the prices. Obviously the profits are located outside Russia. But one false step and one may end in prison. Especially with fuel contracts. Or cheating top management.
