Today I received an invite for my booster because of my risk. My son who shielded isn’t getting a booster. I am heartbroken about the current inadequate policies @UKHSA I was also informed there will be a long wait in a queue and as no one is masking…
I don’t feel it is safe enough for me to attend so I won’t be getting my booster. I don’t want to wait in an indoor environment. We have learnt so much about COVID and yet our government has learnt nothing.

Please realise that as a teacher you are around children who might have underlying health problems and also children who might have very vulnerable family members. 10 million children are now orphans worldwide because governments denied #COVID transmission.

I can’t for the life of me understand why most politicians are ignoring the risks of #COVID. WHO has said ‘hundreds of millions will need long term care’ this is NOT vulnerable they are talking about! This is EVERYONE. 1 in 10 infections (NOT PEOPLE) lead to ‘long term care).
Why aren’t the Tories being challenged over the long term health risks of blood clots, heart attacks, lung damage, diabetes, immune dysregulation, dementia. Even saying it’s mild is patently idiotic gaslighting.
The Tories politicised COVID. Start looking at the facts!

Some medical staff are really angering higher risk patients. Many are opposed to the government policy of removing masks. By not masking and not taking into account many patients individual risks you are upsetting patients.
Realise that hundreds of thousands never had a vaccine. UKHSA have stopped vaccines for many people. Do NOT ask patients in this position to remove their masks! They have real health risks and COVID is not mild.
Stop following this ableist policy that discriminated against vulnerable patients.

The amount of pain and suffering that not wearing a mask in a hospital is causing to so many patients and so many families is heartbreaking. I don’t feel I can hold back any longer in saying that staff should know better. They are seeing the result. Following blindly advice that
is causing harm to patients is wrong. This is not responsible medical practise. I feel it also breaches #righttolife. You are not doing everything you could do to protect your patients. You have a ‘duty of care’. This week I read a story about a young child having Cancer
treatment. She caught COVID in the hospital off the staff and is fighting for her life. This is ideology not science.
