CLIMATE CRISIS: Spain is currently flooding and we're nearly in JUNE. Holidays are being 'ruined' as a result: as i said the other day it's over: this whole 2019 lifestyle is over: never coming back: done. Will get much worse

BENIDORM in Spain, which has long been a hotspot for boozy Brits looking for cheap holidays is going through huge flash floods right now: as is illustrated by the hashtags here at the bottom of the video: it's 'ruining' ma HOLIDAYS:

It seems likely at this point that the conditions for abroad holidays will simply become too volatile for the travel industry to continue to operate at the scale they are used to: as such foreign travel is likely to become much rarer and more expensive:
reserved increasingly for the rich.

While many parts of Europe flood aggresively out of season the whole of Europe is in drought: illustrating just how severe the crisis is:
The reality is very simple: for decades we've been lied to and told that emissions are going down: in reality they are 6x higher now than in the mid 60s: and we have passed 2 degrees of warming already
Oil companies have secretly told investors that we will reach 5 degrees by 2050: in fact we will be long dead by the time the earth is 5 degrees warmer than pre industrial levels:

twitter.com/i/web/status/1…
Hopefully we can all remember the idea of 'flattening the curve' for the virus: in fact the exact same principle applies to carbon: however, that curve should've been flattened back in the 60s and preferably earlier:

we now are living through the results of not only inaction, but pretending that something was being done to bring down emissions:
The situation is now so glaringly out of control even COP scientists who are paid for shills of industry and governments are saying we are
...'very likely' to go over 1.5 degrees in a few years: this is the establishment's way of telling the public we are already long over 1.5: and this is precisely why it's so much worse than 'expected'
Mirrors could be put all over the place to try and reflect some of the sun back up and buy some time: but much like with the virus we see that power is ignoring the crisis and possible solutions in favour of magical thinking and lies
For Joe Public, mainly in the hugely privileged Western developed world, there will be significant loss of things that have come to be expected: holidays and more luxurious things to start with: as the conditions become increasingly volatile
the food crisis will turn into full-blown famine at some point, and water will dry up: and many are going to die thirsty and starving while being drowned: it's started and will not stop because we're doing nothing to stop it.
Just a few centuries ago our ancestors would've understood that the kinds of indulgence that has been seen as a normal part of life for decades now: would bring disaster one way or another:
The idea that you can always have what you want or 'deserve' in the form of what is historically extreme privilege and indeed to this day still is for the vast majority of the world's population was always destined to cause catastrophe: now it's here: and it will get far worse

Now seems like a good time to dish out Pax authorization, you know, despite the fact we know the new strains have mutated around it already: is anybody paying attention?!

and yet oil industry has secretly told investors we'll be at 5 degrees of warming by 2050: these numbers here are what they gave to the IPCC who
Have essentially acted as the official mouthpiece of the industry while pretending to be stopping climate change: ya'll ever wondered WHY these fucking IPCC pieces of utter shit just can't stop flying around the world to attend the COP conferences?
IT's almost as if the IPCC is getting oil money, isn't it? they certainly can't seem to ever stop flying no matter how grim the news they come out with about climate change: funny that twitter.com/i/web/status/1…

some thoughts on this: the studies that show the T cell depletion are very much tip of the iceberg: they come from extremely conservative journals that are pro corporation all the way: what we see in those journals is a fraction of just how bad the situation is
In science, you don't sample every single person for a study normally: so instead it comes down to a representative sample and generally speaking the sample will hold true for the broader population: yes.
so those two factors combined tell us something of note: 1: the findings that are published are vast underestimates of the true severity and 2: that severity can be applied at population level

well I'm glad to hear that: I'm always happy to tell people that Nicotine has known effects with the heart and so people should be careful: especially as covid damages the heart: I have never heard of nicotine being used for ME and have that condition for nearly 30 years
In my entire years of having ME I have never seen Nictine proposed as a treatment for it: I'm not saying it has never been BTW, I'm saying that's not something I've heard before: from having ME myself and writing extensively about LC I can't say I see many convincing overlaps:
My thoughts are many with LC are being told to push the ME diagnosis and in doing so it's going to help give them some form of validation: but, and I speak from experience here: a lot of awful things come with that diagnosis
