The villain kisses him harshly before he bites his lower lip and draws a bit of blood that ends up smeared on his own.
"Ngh!" Katsuki moans. When he parts, he chases his mouth like a moth that has been without light for too long, but Izuku doesn't let him get any closer.

"Yes, yes, yes goddamnit!" The hero whimpers. "I was an idiot! It will always be you, it has always been you and only you, so please!!!" Katsuki thrashes on his own spot, desperate for more, but it's in vain. The ropes are way too tight around him.
Izuku gives him a sweet smile that reaches his toxic green eyes before he decidedly moves himself up and down and uses Katsuki like his personal fucktoy.
"Gah! Oh my god, thank you, thank you, thank you Zuzu, I love you, fuck, I love you, I love you," Katsuki groans in ecstasy.

That nickname uttered by the only person he worships in the entire world is enough to make the hero come immediately, fulfilling the villain with hot spurts of his seed while he throws his head back and goes cross-eyed. There's only stars on his sight.
Izuku cradles his face delicately and lands a lingering kiss on his mouth.
"Welcome back, baby," he smiles, finally, and leads a sweaty Katsuki into the crook of his neck. "Don't sleep yet. I'm not done," Deku unties him. "I need you to get on your knees for me."
