#BREAKING Alright because that #nationalpressclub address by @JNampijinpa shouldn't have happened it's 🧵time again. I grew up in the NT & do I have stories to tell you about Jacinta, & the path that led us here today to having to put up with her and her family #auspol #VoteYes

1) First, I need to take you back to the early 2000 where a white trash kid from Nhulunbuy/Gove was obsessed with a show called Yamba's Playtime. This show was big in the NT and I'm talking it was Bluey level, starting the same year as I was born 1995. #auspol

2) This show was big - so big that it had advertisements for its merchandise you guys. #auspol #VoteYes2023

3) And it starred none other than the rightwing nutcase herself. Here she is seen with Yamba the Honey Ant fighting the scourge of wokeism and Marxism and any other -isms that gives her free money @JNampijinpa #auspol

4) My favourite part of the show was the end with the clock. (It is very important that you know this for no other reason than the fact that I want you to.) #auspol

5) Here she is talking about winning a Deadly - the povo NT equivalent of a Golden Globe #auspol

6) Here she is winning a Deadly award because it's easy to win when there's no competition - like being a senator where election is automatically assumed if you're #1 on the ticket of a major party. We really need to fix that in the next Parliament #Senate #auspol #Deadlys

7) While she was running around on Yamba's Playtime her mother Bess Price, was an MP for Stuart for the Country Liberal Party (CLP) our version of the Liberal National Party in the NT. And woah like mother like daughter in how bad she was at her job. #auspol #CLP

8) Here is just a little fun snippet of her speeches. The Price's have a family brand of corruption & self-interest. It doesn't matter who they have to sacrifice to enrich themselves, their culture, their family, the country - if it means money anything is on the table #auspol

9) And I think it's important to note that the tactics being used by Bess Price are identical to Jacinta. Every time someone criticises them - validly - they say its racism or they talk about a family member dying. (A lot of which is false/designed to stop attacks) #auspol

10) I sort of roll my eyes at this kind of behaviour because it's the same way I feel when @AustralianLabor reacts to them opening new coal mines - we like you but the country was literally on fire. We need to do better. I feel the same way about this deflection. #auspol

11) Bess Price was such a bad politician and the CLP were so bad that they were labelled a "moving train wreck". One member of the CLP even sent a filmed sex-act to a constituent so, yeah, that level bad. #auspol #NT theconversation.com/a-moving-train…

13) Bess Price also has a new book, unrelatedly: The Spirit Behind the Voice: The Religious Dimension of the "Voice" Proposal which is retailing for $29.95 because Jacinta can't get ALL the money. (Like, girl, hardcover Twilight doesn't even cost that much) 🤣 #readingisfun

14) While her mother was tanking her political career being, you know, herself - Jacinta rebranded herself a far-right wing personality without any personality and became a councillor in Alice Springs in 2015 by wining a by-election #auspol #LocalNews ntnews.com.au/news/centralia…

15) But Jacinta being Jacinta didn't feel it was big enough for her & that there was not enough adoring praise being showered upon her. Where was the national media in Alice Springs? Where were the adoring fans? What was she to do? Fix issues plaguing her community. That was🤮

16) And so, a year and a half into her 4-year term she said f*ck these nobodies, went back on her unequivocal undertaking to serve her term and announced her intention to stand for Lingiari in 2019 just 6 months after being re-elected to the council in 2017 #auspol #moremoney

17) And how did that election go? Awful. As expected because NO ONE in the NT trusts her, her mother, or her entire family #auspol #useless #fake

18) And so she returned to Alice Springs and became deputy mayor of Alice Springs in 2020 and was forced to endure a torturous existence in which people actually wanted HER to solve PROBLEMS.

19) She continued to be deputy mayor while appearing on @SkyNewsAust to sh*tstir about Australia Day & how Indigenous people "wanted" to be slaughtered and enslaved and really it wasn't that "bad" that we murdered a bunch of people to take their land for ourselves #auspol

20) Also crime in Alice Springs - the place she always complains about - got worse - because of her crappy leadership and the gullible CLP councillors who believed starting this fake/phoney race war was better than, you know, doing the job you are paid $150k to do. #auspol

21) But after suffering enough @JNampijinpa started to pre-select for Senate in the CLP. A job that did not require her to do any work or exert any effort to get elected #auspol #preselection #NT #nationals abc.net.au/news/2021-06-2…

@JNampijinpa 22) And this preselection was weird: there was this rumour that @senator_sam was drunk on the Senate Floor. Now no one knows where this rumour came from but a whole number of CLP voters seemed to believe it because it worked to toss her out. #auspol abc.net.au/news/2021-06-2…

23) There is currently no lost between the two with @senator_sam regularly calling @JNampijinpa out and members of the CLP who actually enjoy, you know, winning elections #auspol #NT x.com/senator_sam/st…

24) Jacinta sold the CLP a lie: she could be deployed to fight @yes23au by being the black face of a racist campaign but how has she really been on an elected official level? Bad: she attempted to sabotage the Restoring Territory Rights Act. Something NO ONE in the NT would do.

25) So I hope you all #VoteYesAustralia because this person is a fake. She was a children's tv character until it wasn't financial profitable for her. You can't put any kind of faith into an elected leader like her. It's never about you; it's always about her. #VoteYesAustralia
