Thread on @ScottPresler’s work at the Gun Show in Oaks PA
Scott and his team of volunteers have been attending gun shows and registering voters.
He’s done this in several states now and is very well received. The shows are not charging him vendor space, they do it pro bono.
The first trend I noticed was fathers stopping with their young adult sons.
Often they know exactly who Scott is and what he does and after some pleasantries they discuss the exact requirements for their son to register.
College residency came up a few times.
Here in Oaks PA, I’ve notice many more people stopping to talk to Scott to thank him for his work.
He’s recognized at most places but some people came specifically to see, meet, and thank him.
It happened a few times and after they were done talking, a few of them would go and find their friends and bring them to meet Scott.
@ScottPresler also used any down time productively.
His lunch sat unopened the entire time and was carried out after the show ended at 5pm.
Here👇 Scott is using a lull in the action to refresh his volunteers on the PA voter registration forms.
@ScottPresler Just another example of Scott and his team getting a true new voter registered.
I listened to these new voters who are not young, including a man in his 50’s, they all opened with a complaint and concern for the state of our country.
‘Enough is enough’ kind of sentiment.
@ScottPresler More and more, I’ve observed new voters taking a stand.
There was even an elderly woman who has never registered or voted in an election her whole life who was eager to register to change the direction of this country.
@ScottPresler is still there now on day 3 getting voters.

Today featured cross of Govt witness Emily Barret then full testimony of both @CapitalPolice Capt Carneysha Mandoza, and Rogers AK @BassProShops Asset Protection employee Gerald Studdy.
Trial resumed in the morning with @McBrideLawNYC cross-examining @SpeakerPelosi’s Chief of Staff Emily Berret who’s desk it was Bigo famously sat at and left $0.25 for the bloody envelope he took from her desk and later voluntarily surrendered along with himself.
Emily Barret made it clear that she never personally observed Bigo on that day or any other and that she had only learned of his presence in @SpeakerPelosi’s office from watching the news.
