IAEA language in the last report and my translation in few words:
"...Separately, the IAEA has been informed of military activity in Ukraine early this morning that has led to damage to substations critical to nuclear safety and security in Ukraine.
Following this, IAEA teams at both South Ukraine Nuclear Power Plant (SUNPP) and Khmelnitsky Nuclear Power Plant (KhNPP) have reported that each of the plants have lost access to one of their off-site power lines.
Furthermore, the IAEA team at the Rivne Nuclear Power Plant (RNPP) have reported that the plant has reduced the power of two of its four units at the request of the grid operator. The team at KhNPP also had to shelter at their hotel for several hours this morning...."
Translation:
"Russia is a terrorist state that is trying to commit genocide against Ukrainians in this very moment."

1/7 Trump assumes Putin wants to end the war - he's wrong. Trump counts human lives when in Russia they are cheaper than snow. In time, Trump will realise this. I hope it will be sooner than later.
Right now, I'll explain what's wrong with the numbers about WW2 that Trump cited.
2/7 Russia never lost 60 million lives in WW2. The losses of the WHOLE USSR are variously estimated to be between 7 and 46 million population, with most studies agreeing on a figure of 20 million people. Which is tremendously huge, but still three times lesser.
3/7
As of 1941, when the Moldavian, Estonian, Latvian and Lithuanian republics were included in the USSR, their number was SIXTEEN. Yes, for the USSR (as well as for today's Russia) the Second World War did not start in 1939, but in 1941, when the Nazis attacked the USSR itself.
1/2 ⚠️⚠️⚠️ #SpaceX has taken steps to prevent 🇺🇦#Ukraine's military from using the company's #Starlink satellite internet service for controlling drones in the region during the country's #war with 🇷🇺#Russia - Gwynne Shotwell, SpaceX's president said... reuters.com/business/aeros…
2/3 Ukraine has made effective use of unmanned aircraft for spotting enemy, targeting fires and dropping bombs.
"There are things that we can do to limit their ability to do that," she said, referring to Starlink's use with drones "There are things that we can do, and have done."
3/3 This is fucking ridiculous.
Seems like @elonmusk keeps looking for new ways assisting 🇷🇺#Russia in aggression.
Depriving the Internet for missiles and drones at the front deprives the Internet itself of meaning. Absolutely disgusting! #RussiaIsATerroristState@SpaceX#Ukraine
