The Model Code Agency is committed to the purpose fulfilling our company’s agenda of expanding across the region. We aim to establish ethical standards that will bring vital changes to the fashion industry by empowering the models themselves.

Our mission is geared towards our models being discovered and harness knowledge and skillsets to make an indelible mark in their career while incorporating the cultures of local and international with our corporate communities.

In developing our models our approach is personal and our service is built around our mission to provide opportunity and representation for our models.

Somebody once said "A successful career is determined not by the jobs you take, but by the jobs you turn down"...

We didn't understand this then and would jump at any offer thrown our way but now we understand the importance of only involving yourself in something that doesn't just benefit you financially but emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

We believe that there is a place for everyone in this world. It is important to follow your dreams, to dream big and to stay encouraged.
At the Model Code Agency believes that every ethnicity, age, style, gender, and personality is beautiful and should be highly valued.

Our goal is to create opportunities for those who may have been overlooked as well as to promote diversity within the industry.

We recognise that without people it would be impossible to carry our message into the world. We are aware that there are some in this world who may feel they are not ‘good enough,’ ‘pretty enough,’ or ‘talented enough.’ They may have been told these things at some time by others.

An important message we want to tell you that you are good enough, pretty enough, talented enough.

Of course model agencies needs to be selective, however, we wish to also share everyone is beautiful and valuable – even if they don’t make it in the industry. We are honoured to have the opportunity to promote some of the hidden gems that have not yet been discovered.

We also feel that communicating our message in an effective way is important.
In order to be effective and show our sincerity we feel it is important, in some situations, to communicate our message in a subtle way.

Our mission is to build confidence and self-esteem in each of our models and actors by celebrating and praising their individual uniqueness and talents. We instill the belief that you can be successful in this industry without compromising your morals or values.

The MODEL CODE Agency is a model management agency created specifically for aspiring models.

We provide model representation to clients throughout the United Kingdom.
The Company was founded Mr Ashley Pitter in January 2016.

All of our models are available to do various types of jobs/castings; whether they be photo-shoots, video-shoots, runway shows, live fashion shows and more!
