I've got admin assist rules set up that should automatically bounce accounts like this from joining a Facebook group I admin, but I've had a bunch of them get in somehow in the past week. Obvious GANs, fake ladies from New York. IDK what's going on yet but something changed.

It seems I’ve upset some feelings by pointing out that the Centro Cultural Kyle Rittenhouse in La Plata has a portrait of Javier Milei on the walls. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Quite a few bilingual men are Very Upset that I pointed out that portrait. I didn’t say anything else about Milei and they’re all up in my mentions. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Horrible (and confusing) mass casualty event happened tonight in NEPA. Lots of unconfirmed info circulating on social media 😔 There was a tragic house fire last weekend in Nescopeck, PA that was ruled arson. 10 people died including 3 kids, multiple generations of the same family. This Pennsylvania restaurant gained notoriety for opposing PA Dept of Health orders in 2020 & 2021. lebtown.com/2020/10/22/wha… At the end of May 2020 their Facebook page had just under 900 followers. The restaurant was issued citations in June 2020 and after attention from media and various PA politicians, their Facebook page traffic took off.

IDK Mr Noboddy (lilac) but the large labels in that cluster are accounts they’re following; seems like not all labels are to scale and certain accounts have been highlighted. @rocco_castoro is only following 990 people so if this is a graph of the accounts these folks are following, then something else is… off.

I use the word "grift" to describe self-proclaimed "experts" who refuse to retract and issue corrections, despite being laughably wrong. This base motive is especially pronounced when said "experts" are men being corrected by women who are actual experts. Referring to Dave misreading the NYT yesterday and assuming Dr. Donovan does not know that disinformation is Actually very old and something something Koch Brothers? 🤷🏻‍♀️
