Identify those you needs as shops & convert the rest into council houses that are retrofitted to the highest environmental standards so they are carbon neutral & they will alleviate fuel poverty.Poverty in general will be alleviated since there will be a cap on their rent! 1/ Initiate this council refurbishment programme, run by the council who employ the builders, fitters, plumbers, architects, etc. The council trains up the unemployed youth under apprenticeships geared towards these building programmes, as well as retraining older individuals. 2/

Did you know that I order to set up a food bank, it is expected to be a franchise and you pay high insurance and a franchise fee of £1500/yr. you have to identify you food bank as targeting one of the following, refugees, single parents, LGBT, homeless, disabled, etc.
