Ahhh I see...IT IS NOT RISK-FREE. This is terrible terminology as it's highly deceptive for investors. No, it's not free money & yes, the "risk-free" backing can drop as you can clearly see.

Finally capitulated my large $SPA bag today, took a pretty large L on this one. I liked what @Spartacus_Fi & @spartacadabra had to offer, which is why I was invested heavily...however my original hesitations and concerns regarding the protocol weren't addressed.

Thread time🧵👇 1/ Dev is anon & maintains full control of the protocol. Anonymity is something that should be respected, however I offered to do private/secure KYC by @AssureDefi free of charge 5 times and was adamantly refused. Always a red flag for me, esp when it's a major community concern.

Strong chance that your favorite L1's like @avalancheavax & @solana are going to take an absolute BEATING in the coming months.

1) New capital is not flowing into the market right now, which means that existing capital will rotate from projects that have run hard (and are overvalued) like $AVAX & $SOL into new undervalued projects with superior tech like $SYS & $DOT. There will be more beneficiaries...
