Just thought you should know! #HarrisVotes For instance, yesterday was the deadline to receive ballots from military and overseas voters. You would want us to count those, right?

While it seems like election is over in Harris County, there are a few more steps our office is doing to make sure every vote is counted, and complete the election process: Our office has until Monday to receive ballots cast by our overseas and U.S Military voters via Federal Post Card Application (FPCA). For more information about this visit HarrisVotes.com/votinginfo.

Drive-thru voting is a safe, secure, and convenient way to vote. Texas Election Code allows it, and the Secretary of State approved it.

Here are a few other things to know about Drive Thru Voting (a 🧵) Voter suppression is intense, but Drive Thru Voting is actually in tents.

Drive Thru Voting creates a different “structure” for a polling location. The tents are similar to stadiums, community centers, and other places that are typically used for voting centers.

As Voting Centers close on another record-breaking day in Harris County, let's pause to consider the poor souls who aren't even on Twitter! They're not here to hear our #VOTE screams! They cannot see the GIFs! So, where are they? There are still 1.4 million people registered to vote in Harris County that haven't yet voted. Some have made plans to vote. Some don't even know they're registered. Some don't think their vote matters. Consider how YOU might help them this weekend.
